La habitación estaba bien.. cómoda y limpia... Pero ofrecían el desayuno a pagar en el establecimiento a €17 por persona por día.. carísimo para los precios comparados con hoteles de Edinburgo.. Londres..París.. Ausburgo..Fussen... y Munich que visitamos en este viaje...y en caso de querer desayunar había que salir del edificio del Hotel Neutor Express ubicado en 9 Neutorstrabe cruzar la Avenida e ingresar al Hotel Neutor de 8 Neutorstrabe.... Otra crítica.. la ducha era muy pequeña.. y la habitación ni tenía una pava eléctrica para calentar agua como en los otros hoteles visitados de similar categoría... Ojalá en un futuro cercano tengan en cuenta estás críticas productivas para que los clientes se sientan mejor atendidos y confortables por qué hay otros hoteles de misma categoría pero brindan mejor servicio

This hotel served it's purpose for our time in Salzburg. There were not a lot of amenities. No fridge or coffee in the room and the coffee machine and other vending machine in the lobby were broken. Basically it was a nice little patio and place to sleep within walking distance to the city. No bells or whistles.

Ok clean tidy.good price and central number 10 from airport to outside hotel. Down side we got there early had to wait till 3pm for check in.also very noisy outside building work started at 6.45am drilling

Flur hatte im dunklen kein Licht, mussten mit Taschenlampe die Treppen gehen früh morgens. Grosses Minus. Man könnte im Neutor Express irgendwo ausschildern, dass man im anderen Hotel einchecken muss. Haben lange gesucht da das auch nur ganz klein unten in einer Mail stand. Außerdem wäre es sinnvoll vorher zu sagen, wo der Parkplatz ist. Hatten schon im teureren Parkhaus geparkt ehe wir die Rezeption hatten und dann lohnte sich das umparken auch nivht mehr. Zudem versteh ich nivht, weshalb ich ständig mails mit geänderten Rezeptions-Öffnungszeiten bekommen habe, um dann nach der Frage wann wir auschecken können, mit einem unfreundlichen „Wir sind doch 24h besetzt“ abgespeist zu werden. Ja tut mir Leid, dass ihr mir andere Infos habt zukommen lassen. Zimmer selbst war okay, alles andere nicht so toll

Average lodging overall, it worked for short stay. Hall wayvin the Expeess (pink) building was a bit run-down. No air conditioning but glad the windows open. About 10-15 minutes into the main tourist area, otherwise not much around, pretty quiet.

주차편하고 걸어다니기 좋았어요. 리셉션이 반대편에있어 짐 이동시 조금 불편했지만 그 외는 편했고 시설이 조금 낡아서 아쉬웠어요.

The hotel is in a nice location and the room size was very good, but certain things are looking old and need updating especially in bathroom. However my main concern with the hotel was that there was no electricity to entrance area the whole time we were there. They said a thunderstorm had caused this, but 6 days after it was still not fixed and no one was working to fix it. It a shame as the staff were nice and the hotel could be really good.

Terrible experience. The room was lit only by lamps (there was no ceiling light), the room was dirty (there was dog food and a cookie under the bed), the hair dryer didn’t work, and one of the receptionists was very rude. I do not recommend it.

Do NOT stay at this hotel. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, construction work started in the street at about 7 am -right below our room on the street. Because there is no AC, the windows have to be left open. The water that came out of the shower was yellow at first, the rooms are extremely dated, the bed rock hard. When I went to the desk to complain about the roaches and noise, I was essentially told that unless I had a photo of the roaches, it didn’t happen. Because one of the roaches was in a towel, I was told it wasn’t the hotel’s fault because another company does the laundry. When I asked why we were given a room next to the construction, I was told there were no other rooms. I asked why we were not given notice that there would be construction and was told they just found out the week before. I said that was more notice than I received and guests should be given notice and a change to back out, rather than be trapped and find out the hard way. I asked to check out and for a refund for the 2nd night. That was refused, but they did suddenly find another room for me. I declined and took my losses. The manager was nice, but her co-worker seemed to take glee in finding reasons why I had no reason to complain. DO NOT STAY HERE. You will regret it.

När man går in i rummet möts man av en unken lukt som påminner om mögel. Det är silverfiskar i badrummet och inredningen är som tagen ur någon gammal skräckfilm. Hotellet är gammalt och utslitet, skulle tippa på att det senast var renoverat under 90 tal. Sängarna var hårda och vi sov allmänt dåligt. Den enda fördelen med detta hotell var avståndet till centrum.

Zustand des Hotels ist schlecht, braucht dringend Renovation! Leider war das Zimmer schmutzig, überall Haare! Jedoch konnten wir dieses wechseln, das hat gut geklappt. Standort des Hotels ist gut, sehr nahe vom Zentrum.

Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist in die Jahre gekommen, sieht abgenutzt aus und wirkt auch nicht gepflegt. Im Hotelflur zu den Zimmern empfing uns ein wirklich unangenehmer Geruch nach Desinfektionsmitteln, der sich besonders im Badezimmer fortsetzte. Erst langes Lüften im Zimmer könnte diesen unangenehmen Geruch zumindest mildern, im Flur blieb er. Nach der Nacht im Bett hatten wir ein unangenehmes Gefühl auf der Haut und in den Laken waren kleine Bluttröpfchen zu sehen. Da ist wohl etwas in den Matratzen, was da besser nicht sein sollte. Vielleicht auch deshalb dieser unangenehme Geruch nach Desinfektionsmitteln. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nicht wieder, obwohl die Lage zur Altstadt fußläufig war.

We liked the closeness to downtown. We did NOT like the stained carpets, dirty walls of our room, dusty sink, semi-plugged shower drain, broken/taped mirror door of our closet, and overall dirty appearance of the older section of Neutor Hotel in Salzburg.

Das Hotel war den Preis nicht wert. Für knapp 90 € ohne Frühstück erhielt ich ein schmutziges Zimmer mit Haaren, Flecken an den Wänden und üblem Geruch im Bad. Das Badezimmer war extrem klein, Steckdosen am Bett unpraktisch angebracht, Vorhänge wirkten zusammengewürfelt. Der Check-in war unmotiviert, auf eine Nachricht erhielt ich erst nach Tagen eine Antwort. Außerdem war es sehr laut – Türen knallen bei jedem Schließen. Für mich definitiv keine Empfehlung.

It was roomy, large bathroom. Didnt have much interaction with staff but little that I did they were nice and helpful. Quiet nights sleep. Good location for walking to old town and bus stops right in front of the hotel. Grocery store 2 blocks down and plenty of restaurants on the other side of the tunnel...maybe 5-10 min walk depending on type of food and speed of walking. There was a lot of construction in the area but it was not in the way of getting to and from the hotel

Beds were very comfortable. The pictures online were of a different building. They have 2 buildings and one is old and run down, and the other was new. Most of the pictures online were from the new building. Were we stayed was ok as far as beds tvs and furniture, but the floors were green with red dots and mystery stains. Walls were ok but were in need of a good set of paint. The bathroom had a drain in the floor that you could hear water running all night.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer zur vielbefahrenen Straße im 1. Stock. Es war sehr laut, auch mit geschlossenem Fenster. Da es sehr warm war, war schlafen bei offenem Fenster kaum möglich. Mit dem Vorhänge ließ sich das Zimmer auch nur ungenügend verdunkel, was - zusammen mit dem Verkehrslärm zu einer kurzen Nacht führte.

It was a great spot. The room was very clean and cozy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect! Just a few minutes walk to the center. Only complain is that there is no A/C but other than that it’s a nice spot.

The location is great. 10 minute walk to the old town and Christmas market. However, the woman at reception (except when we checked out) had a very sour disposition. We tried to purchase a hot chocolate from the vending machine. It did not work. She could have been helpful, given us the coins to try again. Nothing. Very unpleasant. At check out. Mentioned it to the other woman, she immediately gave us the money and said it happns all the time. It's an awful machine. Put up a sign! The beds and pillows were not very comfortable, but passable. Honestly, we will not be returning.

The morning receptionist is super friendly and nice, the hotel is convenient with delicious tap water, it has a nice environment or neighborhood, it’s close to the city center after walking under cute tunnel, nice pop culture decors, etc. Mght come back here on my next trip in 5 years.

Great location.. bus to city centre right outside hotel, or just a short walk through the tunnel to old town. Stayed with my Son, safe area to walk around. Get the Salzburg travel card which is brilliant for going to all the attractions that beautiful Salzburg has to offer. Would definitely stay there again.

La habitación estaba bien.. cómoda y limpia... Pero ofrecían el desayuno a pagar en el establecimiento a €17 por persona por día.. carísimo para los precios comparados con hoteles de Edinburgo.. Londres..París.. Ausburgo..Fussen... y Munich que visitamos en este viaje...y en caso de querer desayunar había que salir del edificio del Hotel Neutor Express ubicado en 9 Neutorstrabe cruzar la Avenida e ingresar al Hotel Neutor de 8 Neutorstrabe.... Otra crítica.. la ducha era muy pequeña.. y la habitación ni tenía una pava eléctrica para calentar agua como en los otros hoteles visitados de similar categoría... Ojalá en un futuro cercano tengan en cuenta estás críticas productivas para que los clientes se sientan mejor atendidos y confortables por qué hay otros hoteles de misma categoría pero brindan mejor servicio

This hotel served it's purpose for our time in Salzburg. There were not a lot of amenities. No fridge or coffee in the room and the coffee machine and other vending machine in the lobby were broken. Basically it was a nice little patio and place to sleep within walking distance to the city. No bells or whistles.

The room was fine, but the shower floor was a bit yellow with hard water. The room smelled like cleaning products when I first arrived but this was solved by leaving the window open overnight. Breakfast is very expensive. Include breakfast with booking if you plan to eat there.

The Neutor Express is across from the Hotel Neutor. The Express site is more like apartments. The rooms are clean but show wear. The shower was fine, bed OK, location is great - very easy to walk everywhere. The breakfast was outstanding, but across the street. The price was right and I would stay there again though.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. Is the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed at- there’s nothing in a proper listing saying that they don’t have air-conditioning and it was nearly 90°. I woke up the first night in a hot sweat, I did not sleep well so also I did not enjoy the next day of my trip. I called hotels.com, and the property refused to refund me due to this bait and switch of the selling of the room. The hotel responded, saying, “ since we don't have air conditioning, it obviously cannot be malfunctioning. the new category of room has a terrace, which means even more flies could get in.” Are they kidding ? It’s my fault that I need to open the balcony door due to the heat- it’s my fault that you don’t have screens on your windows or doors? DO NOT BOOK HERE.

The only good thing about this “express” hotel is the location. Otherwise we found it was totally run-down, uncomfortable, and staff lacked people skills. We were there on hot days and had to sleep with the windows/door to the street wide open because the small fan in the room was almost non-functional. The hallway carpets have multiple nasty spots, the walls in the rooms need a good scrub or paint job, and the bathroom sink and tub had hard water stains. Would not recommend.
