Heart of Manitou Springs. Award-winning. Luxurious. Rent all three apartments.

We rented all three units for a weekend wedding and the property did not disappoint! The accommodations were lovely, the home was very clean and well-appointed. Upon arrival, we found a large bottle of wine and wine glasses set out for us, in each unit! We brought takeout back one afternoon and sat outside on the large, private side patio. When we prepared for the wedding, we found an iron as well as a steamer, which proved very helpful! The proximity to everything in town and to the hotel was especially enjoyable - very walkable and cozy!

Kris and Tim made us feel so special by recognizing our special birthday celebration. The house was as beautiful as the photos and the location couldn't been more perfect. We walked downtown Manitou and enjoyed all the shops in town. Dinner was only minutes away in downtown Colorado Springs. We will definitely come back. I highly recommend this beautiful VRBO.

This well cared for historic structure is in a perfect location to enjoy all that Manitou Springs has to offer. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, and right next to the river and park.
