Percfect location in Jing An. Top class breakfast for all tastes. Chinese and western specialities made to order The upgrade I recieved was magnificent , almost a junior suite with 2 bathrooms and wonderful views. Very comfortable bed with pillow menue. A proper SPA with sauna hot and cold pools. A big pool for swimming.

The overall stay was good but the room is quite old and would benefit from a refreshment. The gym is very spacious and with lots of equipment which is comfortable. The staff was also very nice!

Staff friendly(helped buy buffet breakfast via a Meituan App to save cost in half); even house keeping lady said “welcome back next time”; can do foreign currency exchange at front desk nowadays this is rare to find; huge room and clean; very comfortable huge bed and pillows super cozy; great location many dining out of door; view also spectacular; last words: very quiet room almost hear nothing outside. Fitness center a bit small and crowded but staff clean used equipment almost in real time

Grand hotel with good facilities and perfect location to explore Shanghai. A former Hilton hotel where Clinton stayed in the past I was told. Although older, the hotel is comfortable and the spa area is very nice. Close to French district, Jing'An temple and subway station. Good affordable choice for luxury hotel with great service.

一打開窗戶就可以看到靜安寺，非常棒的角色。交通非常方便，靜安寺站12號出口出來（此處上樓才有手扶梯），馬上就到了。附近還有Lawson可以買東西，餐廳也很多選擇！飯店整體服務算還不錯，只是大廳房務人員講話都沒有在看人的，其餘打掃的服務人員則是非常非常有禮貌。房間雖然燈光有點昏暗，但整體住起來非常舒適，床也很舒服，空間很大，廁所乾淨。隔音不是很好，外頭用力關門的聲音都能聽到，走廊講話聲音也很清楚。

The room is clean and big, but it is old. One the positive side , one of the window can open and get some fresh air from outside as the central air conditioning is too hot. The breakfast buffet needs improvement , there is NO CHANGES at all! we stayed for 9 days, the menu remained unchanged, both of variety and quality are not good.

Hotel room is a bit dated, very comfortable bed, the room is big and could use a small table, the lobby is beautiful, fast elevators, next to Metro Subway station, location is great, lots of food choices and shopping around, the cleaning girl 侯赛男 is very helpful, will stay here again.

Rooms need a refurbishment. Air Conditioner not able to handle the warm humid temperatures. Breakfast buffet below standard. The Bar/Lounge area has very rude and unfriendly personnel. Would not recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel located right in the heart of Shanghai. The location is super convenient—perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring the city. It’s also right next to a subway station, which made getting around incredibly easy. The staff were all helpful and professional. One week in Shanghai, excellent location and a nice, well maintained hotel with a little wear here and there. The room was nice and rather big, bathroom with tub and no shower. Beds very comfortable and two different pillows to choose from. Really good breakfast with plenty of western and Asian choices, efficient and very helpful concierge… recommendable… just a few signs of aging, for example the artificial leather in the bar area of the room was brittal and peeling off…

Lovely stay. Everything you need for a reasonable price. Great location! Close to the metro, tree lined streets and plenty of dining options. Nice to have an executive lounge - although breakfast pastries and some other items are not so fresh up there though with the lack of replenishment / low flow of people. Evening drinks would be nice with some crisps or nuts and cheeses rather than salad and too many hot food options. The attendants served soup in the lounge during breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks which is good.
