Very friendly staff, especially the breakfast staff and chef. We had one evening meal and this was 100euros for 2 very mediocre adult meals and 2 children meals, one pasta dish was inedible. We tried lunch at the bar and had the lasagne which was just pasta sheets, tomato puree and a few shopped pieces of ham, couldnt eat it as it had no taste so really couldnt recommend the meals at all. We were delighted we could use the spa area which had a hot tub but it sadly stank really badly or urine in the spa area. Pool area looks like it would be lovely when open and the gardens are really lovely to walk around but because of the meals we had we wouldnt return.

Property is ok, little outdated needs refreshing. The pool was subpar, water was hot and pumps didn’t seem like they were working to recycle the water. Honestly water was as hot as outside and we were charged for towels????? Coffee and drinks were a little overpriced and not to satisfaction. Personnel were very helpful and pleasant.

The staff was not very friendly nor helpful. The hotel was okay located and had a great pool area. The breakfast buffet was the same all 5 days we where there which was a bit boring. Very unpersonal rooms which needs an upgrade soon.

Very helpful staff and a nice hotel. Located in a quiet area within the neighborhood. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open the night we stayed and there were no others walkable from the hotel. We had specifically selected this hotel because it advertised a restaurant. Close to the train station.

We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the train station. But it was a very pleasant surprise! Large yet very clean. Exceptional staff at front desk. Great restaurant with wonderful service. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff there were awesome as well. Our room was large and very comfortable, as was the bed. We had the pool (which is massive) all to ourselves for over an hour. The grounds surrounding the hotel are beutiful. Parking is easy and very affordable. Great stay, wish we had booked our 1st night in Bari here as well since we had a car to get us into town. If there's a next time, we'll be back.

Gymmet är katastrofalt, litet och trångt. Servicen var ojämn, personalen på frukosten var bra och men i receptionen kändes det som att de inte ville göra sitt jobb, allt var svårt för dem. Rummen var okej men sängarna var stenhårda och extremt obekväma. Poolen var fin och trevlig och parken runt omkring.

This girl could be great, but falls short in quite a few areas. Breakfast is a general shambles, with all cold drinks served in tiny plastic cups. Hot drink offers may or may not be taken. Ordering hot food is strictly at the chef area only (no ordering at table) and it's a lottery if it will be brought to your table or just have to guess when it's ready. Weird things are also just a bit half hearted - the safe in the room wasn't secured to anything and had ran out of battery and no crockery in room for coffee (just paper and plastic cups again) . There's also no bar for the pool and the couple of times I wanted a drink there was a long queue at the only bar inside (which you can't wear swimming costume in). Everything was really clean and the gardens are beautiful though. Bed was comfy and air con worked really well.

- Mould in the shower/bathroom - Staff were not very helpful. They only put one big towel /slippers/one water bottle in the room when 2 people were staying, and we asked for more in the first afternoon around 4pm. We had to ask again 2 more times for the towels to finally show up at 9.30am the following morning, right before we checked out… also no towels available by the pool/spa area but lots of mess around that area - Not much breakfast choice apart from cakes. We were told the teabags in the lobby next to the breakfast were at a cost and not included, we had to take the “worse” teabags from hotel. Felt very stingy - Similarly, our hotel card didnt open the gym- we had to ask for a card every time. - Service in general felt very rude and stingy for the price - Whole thing felt very very budget. We paid over 200 euros for a night but it felt more like a 100 euro hotel in terms of service

Schönes modernes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Bettsofa war nicht sehr bequem, sodass das Zimmer für drei Erwachsene nicht ganz geeignet ist. Das Hotelrestaurant war sehr gut, für italienische Verhältnisse jedoch ein bisschen zu teuer. Das Hotel ist etwa 20 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.

Buffet breakfast was very good. Room was large but poorly designed, there was no dresser only small closet, some rooms had open shelving. Internet was spotty. The bathroom was large but shover cabin was tiny, about 1 sq.m. The location was good.

Positives: staff both Bar (Hector and Grace) and front of house, Pool and garden Negatives: Room was smaller than normal, location is a good 2km from centre of Barri. Bathroom was small with insufficent lights and non working extractor fan. Room was attached to family room so was noisy when room was used by families. Food was o.k. but not at the level expected of a 4 star. Suspect that food is preprepared as unable to deviate at all.

The garden and pool area were beautiful and very peaceful. The pool and its toilets needed to be cleaned. The room was very spacious but was slightly dated and the shower was small. There was a kettle and tea and coffee which was great. It would have been good to have a teaspoon and large china mugs rather than small paper cups. Also every other hotel we stayed in provided small bottles of still and sparkling water in the fridge each day. This one didn’t. The hotel was approx 15 minutes walk from the train & bus stations, and a further 10-15 minutes walk from the old town.

Walkable from the station, super peaceful out by the pool. Front desk staff couldn’t haven’t been more helpful - organised us breakfast boxes for our very early flight and helped with first aid when I cut my leg. Very handy for the airport but also close to Bari where we went for dinner. Wish we’d had more time to spend here!

Very helpful staff and a nice hotel. Located in a quiet area within the neighborhood. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open the night we stayed and there were no others walkable from the hotel. We had specifically selected this hotel because it advertised a restaurant. Close to the train station.

We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the train station. But it was a very pleasant surprise! Large yet very clean. Exceptional staff at front desk. Great restaurant with wonderful service. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff there were awesome as well. Our room was large and very comfortable, as was the bed. We had the pool (which is massive) all to ourselves for over an hour. The grounds surrounding the hotel are beutiful. Parking is easy and very affordable. Great stay, wish we had booked our 1st night in Bari here as well since we had a car to get us into town. If there's a next time, we'll be back.

- Mould in the shower/bathroom - Staff were not very helpful. They only put one big towel /slippers/one water bottle in the room when 2 people were staying, and we asked for more in the first afternoon around 4pm. We had to ask again 2 more times for the towels to finally show up at 9.30am the following morning, right before we checked out… also no towels available by the pool/spa area but lots of mess around that area - Not much breakfast choice apart from cakes. We were told the teabags in the lobby next to the breakfast were at a cost and not included, we had to take the “worse” teabags from hotel. Felt very stingy - Similarly, our hotel card didnt open the gym- we had to ask for a card every time. - Service in general felt very rude and stingy for the price - Whole thing felt very very budget. The hotel was outstanding. The breakfast was absolutely unbelievable and everything was absolutely the best. Most important was the reception staff. My suitcase didn't fly in with me when I arrived in Bari. Somehow it was left in Rome. If it wasn't for the extra work that Veronica, Sipontina and Alessandro did, I really feel I wouldn't have received it in time before checking out the next morning. I was quite stressed since I was leaving to go on a cruise. I want to thank them for all of their willingness and extra work. Bravissimi e tantissimi grazie!

The hotel has a nice garden and pool. The villa in most of the pictures is not the place you stay; instead it seems to be rented for special occasions. At he time we stayed there was a special occasion so there was noise. Be prepared! The staff at the check in were not welcoming at all. It is the first time in a hotel, we felt we were not wanted there. Even emptying our luggage from the car in front of the lobby, was not tolerated. Although there is ample space for a short time period, we were told, or must I say dictated, to take the car to the parking lot right next to the hotel. We were told to wait for 20 min to get our rooms done but Front staff are not hospitable and not experienced at all. We stayed for a night so it was ok.

Very friendly staff, especially the breakfast staff and chef. We had one evening meal and this was 100euros for 2 very mediocre adult meals and 2 children meals, one pasta dish was inedible. We tried lunch at the bar and had the lasagne which was just pasta sheets, tomato puree and a few shopped pieces of ham, couldnt eat it as it had no taste so really couldnt recommend the meals at all. We were delighted we could use the spa area which had a hot tub but it sadly stank really badly or urine in the spa area. Pool area looks like it would be lovely when open and the gardens are really lovely to walk around but because of the meals we had we wouldnt return.

Ottimo hotel business che in passato ho frequentato anche come punto di appoggio leisure vicino alla stazione di Bari. Tra i servizi principali ristorante, piscina e parcheggio (a pagamento). Con piacere ho ritrovato la stessa ottima colazione di qualche anno fa', con la cucina che prepara gustosi piatti dolci o salati.

Point positif: parking facile d’accès. Réception s’exprimant en français. Chambre spacieuse. Point négatif: une literie en mauvais état. Mon dos s’en souvient encore… une très mauvaise gestion des transats de la piscine: la direction de l’hôtel accepte que des gens réservent des transats toute la journée de 8h à 20h sans être présents ! Une serviette posée suffit à bloquer un transat. On se croirait dans un mauvais resort… bien dommage pour les clients respectueux Enfin, mention spéciale au petit déjeuner sans saveur, industriel, et vraiment très très mauvais.
