Very nice hotel. Service is really good. Location very convenient. Soundproof of rooms is terrible. You can hear guests from the left and the right, from top and bottom. Car garage wasn't available due to some facility issues. I was offered a parking in the garage at the next block for 25 euros. Parking was kind of expensive in my understanding.

The hotel is good for location 10 minute walk to old town 15 mins train station .breakfast food good but carnage as so busy.the room good but sound proofing not great could hear room above.the girl on bar service was great.sadly reception probably the unfriendlinest ive ever encountered. Two older men simply appeared to not want me there and young girl needs retraining not interested at all heh ho i will never be using that hotel again but sadly others will encounter the same .on checking out same different gentlemen i did not even get asked if id enjoyed my stay or even get a goodbye .sad really

Gutes 3/4-Sterne Hotel mitten im Zentrum. Sehr gut gelegen und man erreicht alles interessantes zu Fuß . Die Zimmer sind gut .Das Badezimmer ebenso . Das Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung . WiFi funktioniert problemlos . - was nicht so toll war ,ist der Geräuschpegel ...ob von der Straße oder den Nebenzimmern, man kriegt einiges mit.

Our four night stay in August 2024 was excellent. The hotel has been recently renovated, so the room and washroom are perfect. Nice to have a clean washroom and a comfortable bed. Service at the hotel was also excellent as they booked a couple of restaurants for dinner. In addition, rental car parking is close by. All went well, and I highly recommend this hotel in Bari.

Our stay was fine, good location. We booked the cheapest room which was very tiny, but didn’t know there would be no storage. There was only a few hangers on a rod, no drawers. There was a window but view was of an enclosed area. Only day light came through a small window located in the shower. Also no one could finger out how to regulate the air conditioner. They had to run the fan which was loud.

Très bon emplacement à proximité du vieux Bari. Tout est propre et récemment rénové. Personnel accueillant. Le seul bémol une chambre au 1er etage donnant sur un cour intérieure avec des barreaux et du grillage. La chambre est totalement sombre même en pleine journée. Il y a également à peine assez de place pour poser les valises. Je suis certaine que l'expérience est totalement différente en etage plus élevé.

Great location for exploring both the historic and newer parts of the city of Bari on foot. Loved the breakfast buffet and service, very Italiano. If you like cosy beds with soft mattresses and pillows, this is NOT your Hotel. We did not sleep well. The A/C control system is confusing and was not working properly. The Hotel should install a system where guests can easily regulate the room temperature according to their preferences. The rooms are very tiny, so, if you travel with larger suitcases be aware there is no space to keep them open.

Air conditioning did not work for entire hotel. 28C in my room all night long. Had to check out in the morning as I couldn't take it any longer. The hotel front desk were extremely unhelpful. I could go on, but this just is not a 4-star experience, or even a reasonable attempt at one.

Wir haben uns im Hotel nicht willkommen gefühlt. Der Empfang war nicht besonders freundlich. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Beim Frühstück gab es ausreichend Auswahl. Der größte Pluspunkt ist die Lage. Man ist nur einen Katzensprung von der Altstadt entfernt und der Bahnhof ist auch nur 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
