I stayed here for a total of 7 nights in 2 different rooms and it was great. Firstly the rooms have opening windows which is brilliant for getting fresh air and can be rare in hotels of this size. The rooms are spacious, including the bathrooms clean and have most amenities however you can request items like shavers, toothbrush etc the lighting is also great and temperature ideal with air-con setting, especially for sleeping. Very comfortable beds. This hotel, in my opinion, is in the best location looking out at sea yet close enough to the old town and Bari centrale train station, 15 minute walk which I frequently used for day trips to other towns, Lecce, Ostuni, Polignano a Mare. The breakfast is fantastic and you can order omelettes or eggs how you like a week as coffee, they have decaf, almond, soy, lactose free milks. The pool area has a beautiful outlook over the sea and there are plenty of sunbeds, I never had a problem obtaining one. Finally staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast staff are very efficient. I would stay here again and would recommend

Top Hotel direkt an der Promenade. Personal sehr freundlich und schneller Service. Das beste Frühstückbuffet, sehr grosse Auswahl und sehr gute Qualität. Zimmer sehr schön, grosses Bad mit Bademantel. Leider keine eigene Parkplätze. Parkplätze in der Umgebung kostenpflichtig vorhanden. Kann das Hotel sehr gut weiterempfehlen.

Pool was bliss.

Good Hotel, nice service personell. Our room was clean and quiet. The gym from my pov isn’t a gym it’s a corner with a treadmill and a set of dumbells. The reason why I booked the hotel was cause it said there is a gym. The rooftop is nice with a pool. Breakfast buffet is ok.

Difficult to find parking

The hotel is perfectly located ( maybe not right in the of the oldest part of town but very near the opera house and right on the water!) the room was great! And the balcony view was spectacular. The rooftop pool was amazing but the gym is almost non existent. It would be ok for cardio ( there’s a treadmill, & stationary bike) but not for any type of weight lifting and no room for exercising. The hotel breakfast buffet was awesome I highly recommend that but skip dining in the restaurant for lunch or dinner …. Waiters were totally rude and unaccommodating (especially the female waiters.) we had a table of 6 our bill was $300-$400 and we were treated like “American scum” it was so bad at one point I used google translator to the male waiter & asked him to ask the female waiters to please stop being so rude to us as we are trying to celebrate my friend’s recent marriage in Florence. The drinks took forever! Water, wine, cocktails - u name it - we waited about 20 mins for each drink we ordered and when I reminded the waitress about our drinks we ordered she walked away with her hand up in the air like she didn’t have time for me and said “just wait!” There were 2 other tables sat in the restaurant- it wasn’t busy at all! One other thing to mention is that the shower in our room was located right in the center of the room and only partially private. So if you are traveling with a friend or someone u don’t want to watch you shower … I suggest asking questions about privacy

Nice hotel, close to the sea and boulevard. Great breakfast with many options and good view from the roof floor. Gym was very limited, would expect some more machines and variety for a 5 star hotel.

Excellent swimming pool and spa area, good breakfast with breathtaking view, fantastic toiletries ETRO in bathroom, clean and well located hotel with good service close to old city and all restaurants.

This hotel is ridiculously expensive for what it offers. It’s the type of hotel that pretends to be more than it is. There’s no parking lot in the facility as it suggests. Rather, they drive your car to a lot far from the hotel at the tune of 30 euros. Breakfast is 20 euros. Ridiculous and it’s just an okay hotel - in the US, a 3-star hotel. Location is waterfront and beautiful but it’s a good 15-20 minute walk to old part of town. Will not stay again and cannot recommend.

Recently renovated room with kind of a mid-century modern vibe. The room was large by European standards, the hotel staff was excellent. They do have a fine dining restaurant but there are plenty of other places in town that were more competitive. There is a small gym that was useful for me.

Clean room, seafront location

Rooms were nice, but hallways were dark, carpets were stained. Expect more from a 5* hotel.

The entire hotel is very clean. The rooms are spacious. The only downside is they don’t replace the bottled water daily. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Friendly staff, great location just south of Old Town and short walking distance. Rooms seems worn and cleaning could be better. Breakfast restaurant was located great at top floor with view of the sea. Good varion, but scrambled eggs not cooked enough. Great hotel, but should be 4 star, not five.

Cleanliness , Staff & Service is excellent. Everyone was helpful. Very beautiful Hotel. Well located.

This hotel was extremely shabby and run-down — more like a 2-star motel rather than a 5-star hotel. The more expensive room had moldy, dirty walls, a worn-out floor, and an old, dilapidated bathroom. We couldn't even plug in our phone chargers because the sockets kept tripping the fuse. We reported it, but they couldn’t fix it. The breakfast was awful and of very poor quality. The receptionist was unbelievably arrogant and spoke to us as if we were completely incapable. I’ve never stayed in such a poorly maintained hotel. I will definitely upload photos along with my Google review, so everyone can see that this place is no 5-star hotel — it’s just a run-down motel charging 5-star prices!

The bathroom was molded, because of my condition I need to use several pillows I ask for 4 extra pillows they said they only have 3 extra because they were busy.

Hotel seemed in need of update. Bathrooms looked like they needed a better cleaning, wasn't as mice as pictures showed. Staff was great though.

L'albergo è molto bello e si trova in una posizione strategica sia per quanto riguarda la distanza dal centro, che per quanto riguarda l'appagamento della vista. Si può raggiungere il centro con una breve passeggiata di pochi minuti. Le camere sono ampie, con climatizzazione facilmente regolabile ma bisogna segnalare in negativo la scelta di disporre la doccia al centro della stanza, senza possibilità di chiudere una porta, anche solo per evitare di sentire lo scroscio dell’acqua o essere disturbati dalle luci accese, se il partner desiderasse poltrire nel comodo letto. La sala colazione posta al 6° piano offre un bel panorama sul mare e contribuisce a rendere piacevole il risveglio mattutino. I prodotti offerti a colazione sono ottimi, freschi e abbondanti. Ci è parsa strana l'assenza di prosciutto crudo. C'è un servizio di car valet con un garage convenzionato (a pagamento) sito nelle vicinanze.

This is far from a 5 star hotel. The design is strange but the dark corridors and dirty carpets are not inviting. Room was not as clean as it could have been. Staff control the temperature in your room and won’t provide aircon to the temperature required by guests. Even in 35+ degrees the rooms were at 27 degrees despite asking for it to be cooler. Roof terrace is a bonus but badly needing some maintenance too. Very strange place, not 5 star and certainly far from 5 star service. Would avoid.

Beautiful hotel, rooftop pool, bar, and restaurant with a perfect view of the sea. Centrally located. 15 minute walk to old town, shopping, beach, and train station.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. I wish hotel had told me about parking arrangement before I got there. Would have made check in easier. I stayed at 4 cheaper hotels in Puglia prior to this stay and they qll had better wifi, and showers- water temperature and pressure.

Bad location the shower in the room. Very exposed and cold. Not a great design.

W naszym lokum (podobno o wyższym standardzie) natrysk mieścił się w pokoju. Nie miał pełnego zamknięcia co powodowało, że woda wylewała się na zewnątrz. Oświetlenie prysznica powiązane było z oświetleniem całego pokoju. W kabinie prysznicowej i jej pobliżu brak uchwytów na ręczniki i na ubranie. Umywalka podobnie jak prysznic również znajdowała się w pokoju. Tak zwany panoramiczny widok na morze przez małe okienko, które w dodatku się nie otwierało. Dziwaczny wystrój z małą szafą. Za to bardzo fajna restauracja na 6 piętrze, bardzo dobre śniadania. Hotel nie wart tej ceny.

Rooms are a little outdated / out of style comparative to rest of hotel which is high end. However great hotel. Highly recommend.

This is a traditional Italian grand hotel and everything was as we expected it to be. Had the sea view room which was clean and spacious with a nice balcony. Breakfast in the upper floor was very good and setting was nice. Dinner in their restaurant was good too.

Walkable to old town. Right on the sea front. Lots of places to eat nearby which weren’t all just for tourists 20 mins walk from train station. No noise in hotel. Good breakfast selection Paper cups in room for hot drinks, no idea why there weren’t just proper cups ? Staff weren’t overly friendly but reception always busy.

Great location, service in the restaurants/at breakfast wasn’t great but the front desk was wonderful.

In an otherwise very nice stay my main piece of advice is this - if you plan at eating dinner in the restaurant on the top floor make sure they haven’t used half of the restaurant to cater to a special event. If they have, you’ll have to shout across the table no matter where they seat you; the staff will be overwhelmed; the restaurant manager will have “stepped out”; and when you go down to complain you’ll be met with a blank stare similar to the look on a cow’s face when it watches a train go by.

Location was fantastic for Bari. Right on the waterfront. But staff really made the stay worth it.

Nice location but average service and amenities for the cost.

This property is beautiful. I wish I could have stayed longer along the beaches with walkable restaurants along the coast. Close to the ferries, as well.

Great location to access Bari’s attractions with a little walking.

Nice hotel, looked recently modernised. It didn’t feel like a 5-star, but fine as a 4. Average breakfast, typical for Italy - a lot of cakes and fruit juice that tastes like sugary cordial. Good location, okay price.

Great panoramic views and ideal location for the hotel crops from The sea. , excellent buffet breakfast and staff very friendly.
