Everyone was very nice and helpful. Held our luggage, good shuttles to and from airport. Good food and service in dining areas. Wonderful spa.

Fantastic airport shuttle . Could make it clearer you need to call for the shuttle . A nice welcome from staff. Typical airport hotel , done the job . Breakfast was fine for one night .

The staff was all very pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable, and the shuttle service to the airport was very convenient – and free. But a few things let down what could be a really good hotel. In the evenings, the restaurant doesn’t open until 8pm which, when you’ve been travelling all day and would like an early night, is not ideal, especially as there is no room service before 8pm either. Then, in the morning, the restaurant doesn’t open for breakfast until 7am, which is pretty late for an airport hotel, and when it did open at 7am it was chaotic, with dozens of people queued waiting for it to open, followed by a predictable frenzy at the buffet and single coffee machine. And in a country renowned for its coffee, the bedrooms only have the desperately disappointing basic offering of tiresome Nescafe sachets and paper cups, and this is not a cheap hotel! They really ought to be offering a much better experience, which feels a little unkind on the staff but it’s not their fault. My recommendation – stay at a cheaper hotel and eat at the airport – there are plenty of options for nice food and good coffee there.

Nice and quiet place. Breakfast had more than I expected: a few cold cuts, cakes, cereals , croissants scrambled eggs and kiwi oranges grapes strawberries Coffee was by a machine which was slow and tasteless. It would have been an abundant offering if it was not for a group of arriving Asian tourists who just filled their plates as if they had never seen food before( and left alot wasted): took all the plentiful oranges, kiwis, cakes thus leaving the rest of us with little to take esp if you have to get to the airport. They ran out of coffee cups and spoons Replenishing took a long while. Staff was visibly frustrated There really needed to be limited scheduled breakfast time for these guests so the rest of us could have had a decent breakfast before our morning flights
