Great stay, Arli is in the middle of the city centre, restaurants and shops. There is a parking adjacent to the hotel. They have a wellness centre, but I did not have the time to enjoy that. Their breakfast is okay, enough to seat up in the morning in a good mood.

Great hotel in the middle of the new Bergamo city centre. All necessary amenities available, even single rooms for business travelers. The parking besides the hotel (be aware not under a roof) is not so expensive and close bye.The hotel breakfast and service is good. I can recommend this hotel.

Booked this hotel for my wife. They gave her a room less than what we reserved and paid for and then tried to say she had the correct room. Basically we reserved a room with a twin double bed. They gave her one with a single bed. When my wife showed them the picture of the room/bed we actually reserved they said it was an old photo. Had to have hotels.com intervine on our behalf. Needless to say, be very careful with this place. Also, the spa isn’t free. You have to pay 45euros per 90 mins to use it. Not very clear when booking the hotel. Wouldn’t trust anything they present on the site without verifying first.

Location is this hotel's greatest quality, it's based in the centre of lower Bergamo which makes it very convenient. It's advertised as a wellness hotel but no where in the booking process did it mention that the spa has to be booked in 1.5 hour slots and costs €45 a time. When I arrived it was already fully booked. The receptionist was unhelpful and likened it to using the restaurant, saying that you have to pay for food. I tried to explain that a spa hotel charging for the hotel was a completely different matter. The room was comfortable, if a little dated. They were cleaned well and there was a large selection of toiletries. The shower leaked as the door didn't closed properly and the fridge made a noise all night which made it hard to sleep. I was offered a welcome drink, which was a nice touch, and it included snacks.

We stayed for one night at Bergamo, and we were looking for a hotel near the train station, to be close to take the early train the next day. This hotel is very nice, it seems it has been updated lately because it looks fresh. The frints desk was very warm an attentive, and the bed and pillow SUPER comfortable (the best in our 15 days trip). Although it is not located in the Citta Alta, (the most touristic place), it was no to far taking the bus and funicular up there. And it is much less crowded and quiet than staying there (and cheaper, for sure). Bergamo is a well kept hidden secret, much less crowded and less tourist trap than Verona or Venice, but still very enjoyable.

They allowed me to check in early which was very nice. The room was ok but there was a bad smell that even an open window couldn't get rid of. Also, it has been a while since I've been in a hotel that doesn't provide tea/coffee in the room or a free bottle of water.

Delightful hotel - we would happily stay again. Quite centrally located in a nice area (although all of Bergamo seemed very pleasant from what we saw). Spacious bedrooms, reception staff extremely helpful with booking taxis and so on. A welcome drink on the first night was a lovely bonus. We didn't sample the breakfast as there are so many cafes in the city to try, but it looked good. All in all a very pleasant hotel indeed - can't wait to return to Bergamo and the Arli hotel will be high on our list of places to stay.

hi the property is in a great location however the room was cold most of the time we had a few issues with the heating in the room and had to keep it on all day for the room to stay warm on a night time the ceilings are very high and the heat fan is it at the top of the ceiling so its very hard to keep the rooms warm, i booked a session in the spa and there was some confusion over the time so i only had 1hr not my full 1 and a half i explained this to the staff but they offered no refund, apart from the heat in the room and the mix up with the spar the hotel was ok, the breakfast was advertised as having an english option but we never got it or offered to us this was a bit missleading.apart from the above great location thou. thank you.
