We had a wonderful stay with the B&B Hotel Bergamo! The bed and pillows very comfortable, place clean and breakfast was delicious and filling! The only trouble we had was finding parking, but it wasn’t even that bad using paid lots nearby. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

It was about a mile from the train station. If you don’t hame a luggage to stroll it was ok distance to and from the hotel. Airport was around 3.5 miles to the hotel but it costs over 30 euros to get there by taxi. If I didn’t have luggage I would get to the airport by bus. Simple breakfast. There was no cattle no fridge or coffee in the room. There was a cattle and microwave in the lobby. It was a clean and large room, Large bathroom.

Really surprisingly good hotel. Very convenient location in central bergamo, and very helpful staff. Hotel looked brand new in the rooms and was very clean throughout. Breakfast options were very good. I would definitely stay here again next time in Bergamo. Free wifi throughout the hotel.

Desde la llegada a la recepción, que la chica que me atendió no fue muy agradable, la pena es q no recuerdo el nombre, morena y alta. Las opciones de parking que te dan, dado que el del hotel es pequeño y estaba lleno, están como a unos 800 metros de distancia del hotel…. ??? La habitación que me dieron muy ruidosa (102), el WC no funcionaba (entiendo que la persona que limpió la habitación debería haberlo visto) y por último una cama con un colchón incómodo sino en forma de teja en la que estás en cuesta por ambos lados de la cama. Peor hotel y experiencia en años y eso que viajo muchísimo. Sin ninguna duda, no recomiendo este hotel para nada. Debo decir que el desayuno por 9€ está espectacular

Hotel 10-15 minutos andando desde la estación de tren y desde la parada del bus urbano para el aeropuerto de Bergamo (en frente de la estación de tren). Recepción abierta 24/7 y en donde tienen una pequeña "tienda" con productos básicos, desde paraguas, pilas, baterias, hasta comida (que puedes calentar en los microondas del comedor) y bebida, lo cual está genial si llegas tarde a la ciudad y no te apetece buscar donde cenar. Personal atento. Cama muy cómoda y habitacion con todo lo necesario. Lo recomiendo tanto para estancias largas como para pasar la noche si tu vuelo sale temprano.

Staff really friendly and 1st impressions of room were good. However, on closer inspection the bathroom shower area was covered in mould & the sink area wall was stained and plaster was missing in parts. The room was also infected with mosquitos which kept me awake all night and the neighbouring guests were so noisy, slamming doors all night long. I’ve stayed here before and liked it, but this time was very disappointing so I won’t be staying again. Awful experience.

Breakfast N/A - didn't book for breakfast Room clean and bedding and towels clean and fresh daily. Problems we encountered were poor air conditioning just blowing hot. Ask reception to check whilst we were out and about sight seeing to return to hot air. Could not use as room was too warm with it on. Couldn't open windows as we were getting bitten nightly by mosquitoes which seemed to be a problem in the room. They woke us in the middle of the night buzzing around our faces. Horrible and we were both bitten badly. We most had a sleepless night on our second night with the combination of windows shut, no aircon and being bitten. Yes they still appeared with windows shut. Was a passable 3 star but wouldn't stay again due to the bites. Recommend people take mosquito precautions.

The property was totally fine, I was just looking for a place to stay for one night before an early flight out of Bergamo the next morning. When I checked in the night before, I asked the front desk staff if they could call me a taxi the next morning, she said yes and said come down at ... time and it will be very easy to get a taxi. I came down the next morning, a different man was working and said he'd call me a taxi. 10 minutes later he came into the breakfast area and said that there were no taxi's available in the entire area, therefore I missed my flight and had to sit in the airport the entire day. What is the point of a hotel near the airport if there are no transportation services to the airport?

It was ok for us for staying one night. It’s a 10 min walk from the train station and bus station (if planning on going to the airport). It’s slightly far from the historical/top part of the city but it’s still manageable walking (30-40min). We had an issue with the usb port that wasn’t connected to power and it never worked.

Best gluten free breakfast in Italy trip. The First floor is noisy, due to noise from the hotel lounge and noisy doors. Door hinges are dry and gives extreme noisy opening sound. Maintenance and oil is needed.

Bra hotell med god beliggenhet. 10-15 min gange til togstasjon og Porto Nuevo. Hyggelige ansatte som var utrolig hjelpsomme og imøtekommende. Kjekt med mulighet å kjøpe både mat og god drikke fra resepsjonen. Personale i frokostavdelingen var også hyggelige, frokosten var enkel men dekker våre behov, kaffe, te, juice, godt hjemmebakt brød( croissanter, rundstykker, toast), eggerøre, pølser/kjøttboller, ost og syltetøy. + nydelige Italienske bakeverk. Bor gjerne her igjen
