Property was neat and clean. Was surprised with the size of the bathroom. Could hardly move around in there. Little to do in hotel. Was told there was a gym but not on site. No pool. Breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful. Good location to the square, restaurants, train station and shopping.

Front desk staff was great, breakfast was great. Beds were not very comfortable but we were able to request slightly softer pillows to replace the flat, hard ones we had on our beds when we arrived. Note that if your room faces the street, there is noise at night. The courtyard was nice but there is no pool- just a jacuzzi. We wrongly assumed from pictures that it was a pool. Location is good for walking around the city.

Dated. Although the hard surfaces were clean, the shower functioned very poorly and with low water pressure. What wasn’t tile or old wall paper was covered in old, dingy cloth. The amenities were extremely dated (blow dryer/clothes press - not iron) appeared to be from eons ago. The jacuzzi/plunge pool appeared to have algae. Not as pictured. Not impressed. Wouldn’t recommend. You can do better.

We booked this hotel because we thought there are pool and gym in the property. We have to get a gym pass daily to go to the gym nearby and the pool is more like hot tub and it’s not allowed to swim. You can swim anyhow because it’s so small. The room is okay. We found the musky smell in the bathroom, room and tiny elevator. The best part about it is breakfast and location.

The staff is thoughtful, helpful and resourceful. Helped with cabs and finding an extra suitcase. The room for 3 was great with the exception of the portable shower head-was fixed once and broke again. The pool is a wonderful respite in the heat. The bartender exceptional. A great location and convenient to all must see spots in Firenze.

* Great location - Close to the train station and a walking distance from so many of the main attractions * The first room we were assigned was spacious and had 2 levels, unfortunately we immediately discovered mold on the walls and a leakage in the upstairs bathroom so we had to be moved to a different room which was comfortable and cozy so we did not mind * The staff is courteous, but I wouldn’t say they were exactly friendly * The person who carried the luggage to the room wasn’t very careful in handling that. The handle of my friend’s luggage got broken while the luggage porter was moving them from that first room to the second * The A/C malfunctioned a couple of times but the reception were able to fix that quickly from their end * Slippers are not provided but upon requesting them we were delivered 2 pairs each

호텔의 기본적인 조건은 괜찮고 피렌체 기차역에서 가까워서 선택했는데 건물이 오래되어서 그런지 방이 너무 습하고 에어컨을 꺼도 공조시설 때문인지 온도가 너무 낮아 이 한여름에 추워하며 잠을 잤습니다 지금 생각해보면 습해서 더 으슬으슬 했었나봐요 화장실에서는 담배냄새가 은은하게 나고 별로 추천하고 싶지 않습니다

The rooms where clean but the AC kept malfunctioning. Good location for the hotel, and also very quiet. The restaurant at the hotel was amazing for dinner, I completely recommend! However their breakfast was not good.

Our first trip to Florence could not have been any better as guests in this fantastic botique hotel. Just arond the corner from the train station (5 min walk) yet so close and walkable to all the main tourist attractions. Our room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable with a fantastic balcony. The restaurant offers both indoor and garden outsde seating. Breakfast was very good and the hotel staff warm and friendly. Highly recommended.

nice hotel.. very friendly staff at front desk, restaurant and breakfast .. professional. very nice location close to trainstation, tram station to airport, river and main attractions. only issue we had is that the our room was not worth the money we paid, small, small window, very small bathroom and worst of all very close to the jacuzzi .. which is verly loud with children and the bubble machine. dont really understand why they gave us taht room??

The hotel had major construction work being done and was annoyingly loud. I asked the receptionist when construction would stop and she said soon. Also, she said it wouldn’t start before 9 am…it started around 8.

The hotel is situated next to florence center. The main reason I would not recommend this hotel is the shower. I think its safe to say that we have never in our life showered in such a small enclosed box. You can stand up straight but cant lean or bend. Breakfast was nice but I have had better selection in other 4 star hotels.

Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful. Room was pleasant although walls were a bit thin! Air con excellent and bathroom clean and well equipped. Breakfast was ok. Hot food was the same everyday and not the best. Lots of choice of cold meats/cheese. Pastries and bread also available and cereals and yogurts/fresh fruit.

I had an awesome time at this hotel! Every employee I have interacted with was very professional and helpful. The only downside would be the thin walls, I could hear the neighbouring rooms conversation very early in the morning when I was sleeping and had them bang on the wall when I was having a phone conversation in a normal tone of voice.. besides that the overall experience was fantastic! Excellent location, very close to many touristic attractions and to the train station. I would also recommend trying to the restaurant in that hotel, delicious food and lovely staff. Will be back!

Das Hotel bzw. die Zimmer sind leider mindestens seit über 30 Jahren nicht renoviert worden. Es existiert auch so gut wie keine Schalldämmung zwischen den Zimmern und zu den Fluren. Das Personal ist dagegen sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das reicht allerdings nicht, um den schlechten Eindruck vom Zustand der Zimmer auszugleichen.

The staff did an amazing job at accommodating to our needs and made us feel welcome. The wifi in our room was not working but the staff did try and fix it. The room we stayed in was recently remodeled but still at some old charm to it. I highly recommend this hotel.
The staff did an amazing job at accommodating to our needs and made us feel welcome. The wifi in our room was not working but the staff did try and fix it. The room we stayed in was recently remodeled but still at some old charm to it. I highly recommend this hotel.

We book the romantic package (as it was our 10 years anniversary) and were super excited to be able to relax before we get the move to our next location. However when you book the romantic package and check out was supposed to be at 3pm. We were rush to leave by 12pm. Keep in mind if you book pay extra and book the package you are not guaranteed to stay longer. Even though we did mention to the hotel and they said you need to book directly from us and not through the app and our friend did book from the hotel directly with his booking and they just made an excuse for us that they were busy and they need the room. It kinda ruin our experience with the hotel as a 4 star. The location itself was great. It was actually our most expensive hotel in Italy because of the romantic package and it was our least favourite. In hospitality, what they stand for truly matters and it’s all in the details and guest experience is everything.

First off, the location of this hotel was terrific. Walking distance to everything and close to the train but past the dodgy area. The morning after the first night was uncomfortable because my mattress was so hard. I talked to the manager and the mattress is replaced immediately. Also, it was my birthday during the stay, and the staff put a card and a package of biscotti as a gift in the room on my birthday. That was very much appreciated. Other than some construction which was only going on during the day, this was a great place that I would stay at again.

My wife and I stayed here during our first visit to Florence in October 2023. I was able to communicate with the very professional staff prior to our arrival to arrange for transportation to/from the airport. This was very important and helpful. This boutique hotel is located very close to a public plaza that the locals frequent on weekends. There are many excellent restaurants and shops walking distance. The staff is outstanding. Florence is a wonderful city with a lot of history and culture to experience and explore.

My stay did not meet the standards I expected — especially from a hotel that presents itself as a four-star property. From the start, there had several serious issues: • The first room had a door that did not close properly and did not include the separated beds we had requested in advance. • We were then moved to a smoking room, despite my clear request for a non-smoking room. • Finally, we were placed in an isolated room outside the propriety, near the pool, which involved multiple stairs and is clearly not appropriate for guests with arthritis. I accepted it only because I was exhausted after a long trip from Venice and needed rest. Most frustratingly, while using my personal hair dryer — something I’ve done without issue in five other hotels over the past month — I received a call from reception accusing me of smoking and demanding I stop drying my hair. I was embarrassed and confused by this inappropriate accusation. The staff later said the fire alarm was triggered by the dryer, but no apology or solution was offered — only a transfer to another room so I could finish drying my hair, after I complained. Additionally, the late room was simply not up to four-star standards, either in layout or amenities, which only added to the overall disappointment. I am checking out tomorrow and would appreciate it if someone from the management team could follow up with me directly to confirm that these concerns have been acknowledged

Booked on Expedia last minute for 2 nights, as our airbnb AC broke. Staff did not inform us there was construction going on on 3rd floor when checking n. They put us on 2nd floor next to elevator. Did not hear or see signs of this upon check in but there was a sign in elevator stating 3rd floor was not accessible. We put our things in room and got on with our day. Came back in evening and other than the AC working great, it was down hill from there. Beds were the hardest we have ever slept on. Pillows hard & flat. No bedside plugs, No working wifi to speak of. Kept dropping or had no bars so couldn’t load anything. Spoke to front desk about wifi & they said, there was no problem on their end & to reboot electronics. Tired & no change. Gave up, went to bed. Contacted them about beds being hard & they said they had no fix & would let housekeepers know in morning. Needless to say it was a horrible nights sleep. Morning came & still no wifi. Spoke to them again about this & the beds & they said they didn’t have a problem with wifi & housekeeping would be there around 1pm to address the bed issue. At 10 am construction started & sounded like the ceiling was going to fall in. Conclusion, we were moved to tiny 1st floor room, no wifi fix & full of mosquitos. Room had door to small smoking balcony. Assume it had been previously left open. Also, if u book on Expedia u don’t get house slippers. Saw them on carts & that every other room had them. How petty! Have contacted Expedia!!!

This is ideally placed to visit most places in Florence, and it is handy for the T2 tram link to the airport. We used the hotel restaurant the first night and were pleasantly surprised by the food, staff and ambience. A short walk away you can find the cocktail bar where the Negroni was invented

Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful. Room was pleasant although walls were a bit thin! Air con excellent and bathroom clean and well equipped. Breakfast was ok. Hot food was the same everyday and not the best. Lots of choice of cold meats/cheese. Pastries and bread also available and cereals and yogurts/fresh fruit.

O quarto do hotel é super confortável. O banheiro bem grande e confortável. A temperatura da água do chuveiro variava um pouquinho durante o banho, deu um trabalho para aprender a lidar com isso, mas conseguimos. Itens de banho disponíveis. O restaurante do hotel é ótimo, fomos muito bem atendidos e comemos super bem. Como era período de Natal, o hotel estava cheio de presépio lindos! Um mais lindo do que o outro. Amamos!!!

The rooms where clean but the AC kept malfunctioning. Good location for the hotel, and also very quiet. The restaurant at the hotel was amazing for dinner, I completely recommend! However their breakfast was not good.

Staff extremely helpful with car, current adapters, check in and out. The restaurant had a nice varied menus for breakfast and dinner. Would recommend a shelf in bathroom. Space very limited. Ended up using top of Kleenex box on wall. Room for toothbrush for 2 and that was all the space. Feather pillows need replacing. They're very flat.
