Hotellet lå helt perfekt i forhold til det centrale. Vi var maks 5 minutters gang fra det berømte madmarked, Mercato Centrale Firenze. Personalet virket lidt uhøflige. Der var ikke noget dårligt ved dem, andet end de virket til at vi irriteret dem ved vores spørgsmål. Parkering med bilen var alt for dyr. 50 € pr. døgn er crazy! Derudover var der slet ikke lydtæt. Vi kunne høre, når vores naboer gik ind og ud af døren samt når de trak ud i toilettet. Der var stillads arbejde ude foran hotellet og det kunne høres tydeligt fra kl. 7-8 tiden om morgen. Selvom vi var lagt væk fra elevatoren, så kunne vi høre den køre op og ned. Og vi kunne høre knirken og rullende kufferter fra etagen ovenpå. Synes det var super øv, når det ellers var en lækkert hotel med god placering.

This hotel was not as described. There was construction to the entire front of the building. They put us in a room on that side so it was noisy as hell. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. Hair on the floor in the bathroom which small and water went everywhere when showing. The comparison would be to a bad Motel 6. Would never ever consider staying here again. Very disappointed by our stay here as we were looking forward to this Accom. The staff (Simone) was great - very helpful and the location was brilliant. However that’s where the good parts of this hotel end. Sadly, there were construction works around the facade of the hotel and we could not open doors or windows in our room. The air con was turned off by management as it was too cold in florence. in spite asking for it to be turned back on - we were told that it was but it was not working; this was pretty sad as our room got incredibly warm in the night and claustrophobic as a result of the shut doors and windows. Worst part is the noise from the lift, which is relentless and throughout the day/night - i used earplugs all 3 nights. Would not recommend staying here if you are a light and early sleeper.

Terrible experience - very expensive and the shower overflowed and bathroom smelled like sewage. The bathroom smelled strongly that it kept me up at night even with the windows open, which also allowed the bar below to make the room loud until after midnight. Asked the front desk for help repeatedly and nothing done to address it.

The staff was friendly and accomodating. My room and inside hotel was clean. It is very near to restaurants, shops all transportation and landmarks. The only negative is they were doing repairs outside the hotel and scaffold was obstructing my window and made the sidewalk very tight to walk. Overall I had a great experience staying at this hotel.

Location was good as it’s close to train station and lots of food places. However, there is construction going on next-door. We were in a terrible room next to the elevator which you could hear all night. The shower is extremely small. Smaller than my RV shower! Thank goodness I only stayed 1 night

I can’t say this is the worst place I’ve stayed but I must warn you. The beds are spring mattresses. You can physically feel the springs under you! That might be ok for someone in their 20s but for me in my 40s—I’ll compare this hotel to camping. The shower was tiny!! Have you ever been on a cruise? Yeah the shower was smaller than that. A/C didn’t work well at all! The staff was nice and that’s why I gave it two stars. Its no where near the. 7.8 rating it had when I booked. Nope not again! We even left before the 2nd nights stay because we couldn’t fathom sleeping there or trying to shower.

There is no wifi in my room, and staff did not do much to help. Room was semi clean. Bed was way too hard. Rooms are also outdated. If you are looking for a modern place this is not it. Would recommend booking somewhere else.

The reception staff were not very friendly. They were rather dismissive when we checked in and when I asked for some guidance with dinner recommendations, etc. However, the lovely woman who was assisting guests at breakfast was lovely. Although the property and the room are a bit cramped, it was perfect for a one night stay as we planned. It was at a walking distance from all the locations we wanted to visit in Florence. The staff were immensely helpful and welcoming, they helped with our late check-in, and guided us to the best places for food and drinks, while also accommodating our requests for the room.
