Excellent location. Welcoming and helpful staff. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Quiet area although you are walking distance from the main highlights of Florence.

It was a great stay. Staff were very friendly and even are helping send something I forgot in my room. Great location too! Walls are thin & I was next to a loud couple fighting, so that’s the only thing to be aware of if you are a light sleeper. Definitely recommend!

Room was great! Bathroom had a good size shower with good water pressure. Entire hotel was clean, friendly staff, good breakfast selection. Would definitely stay here again. Also just a few blocks from the train station.
