Lovely place to stay. Ideally located for being able to walk to all main attractions and to just meander the city. The hotel breakfast was by far one of the best I have experienced with so much more variety than you would normally expect. Lovely cocktails, reasonably priced and the additional pleasure of being brought a plate of hot, complementary, small bites with our drinks. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

The hotel was in a great spot for walking into the city. Near to the Arno, which made for a scenic walk into town and easy navigation. There is no restaurant in the hotel and no option to make coffee/tea in your room. However, the staff were really helpful, and suggested great places to eat for a variety of budgets. There is the option to make tea at any time in the bar area. The bar itself is very reasonably priced for a hotel bar, and great for a night cap. Still/sparkling water is free from the minibar.

When 3 couples arrived for the night we were very pleased. The hotel, lobby, and bar are all comfortable. Our room was well appointed and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. We had a problem in our room in the middle of the night, which prevented our sleep. and the resolution could have come quicker but was acceptable in the end

We stayed here a few years ago and love the old Italian style and the location. The breakfast is lovely and just enjoying the seating space in the lobby and bar area is very nice. You can have a nice glass of wine or a cup of tea after a day of being out and about.

Hotel itself was with very high standard and quality. Location good but our experience with car park and safety in Florence was terrible. Car park near hotel under construction with not friendly reception and construction work dust everywhere. Florence streets are feel unsafe when walking from hotel to restaurant. We ordered taxi back to hotel to avoid any issues. It is beyond disgusting how the mayor and politicians are allowing for such grat destination to be overwhelmed by drugs and lack of safety in the streets!! TBH hotel staff not warned us and we feel to leave Florence as soon as we can.

Hotel bem localizado, atendimento cordial, limpo, bom café da manhã. Ficamos no Quarto casal clássico, que é confortável, cama King , porém, o quarto é pequeno. A localização do hotel é excelente, porém, se for de carro é difícil estacionar em área pública, a zona existe muitos locais que não pode trafegar, exceto se morador, o hotel não possue estacionamento próprio (eles chamam alguém do estacionamento para retirar o carro, o que pode demorar para quando for usar o carro no dia seguinte) e o estacionamento custa 35 euros o dia, transformando para Real fica bastante caro.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to the railway station and major attractions. Next time I am in Florence,I will definitely stay at the Hotel Executive!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Hotel Executive. The room, including the bathroom, was impeccably clean. I especially enjoyed the large bathtub to soak in. Our room also included a terrace, which I requested as a treat for our Honeymoon and they gave it to us complimentary in addition to a bottle of champagne and strawberries. That said, the service was excellent. Leading up to our trip, their management messaged us to arrange activities on our behalf. We didn't end up needing anything, but it was a nice detail. Plus, I loved the complimentary breakfast. It had SO many things to choose from - meats, cheeses, fresh eggs and bacon/sausage, and pastries galore. It was a real treat. Lastly, the location was perfect. It wasn't in the middle of the tourist madness, just outside of it with an easy 10 minute walk to all of the action. We preferred it that way. It was also very close to the river and an easy walk across the bridge to explore the less-busy neighborhoods. Thank you!!

Room was in basement and smelled like mold. Very difficult to breathe and my wife has asthma. They decided not to do anything. Therefore, we had to move to a different hotel because I did not want to spend our vacation in a hospital.

I had reserved 2 nights in the Executive Suite. Upon hotel arrival, the reception was cold and the worker appeared bothered. I found this interesting. Next, we were shown to the suite. Within thirty minutes, we observed ants on the bed and on the floor. I at first found this unfortunate. More ants were found. I began to look over the room; an open beer bottle was found outside the window. Clearly the room wasn't cleaned well. The bed sheets were stained and dust was seen in various parts of the room. My son began stomping ants, counting 18 or 19. We went to the front desk. The same intake worker said all they could do is clean the room again. Staff was asked if they had ant traps or another repellent. They arrogantly said no, appearing as if they never heard of an ant trap at which point I showed staff a google image of a trap to elaborate their close-mindedness. Two staff members came to our suite. Staff stated they only saw 1 ant, trying to downplay it all. At this time, the room was warm, the thermostat was on 26-27 Celsius. We decided to change rooms; the new suite was in the attic and the room temperature was the same. Temperature would not cool down and we were given an electrical fan. I cant elaborate further because of limited typing space. I was not asked about my stay by staff as I checked out. No surprise there. I was in Italy 2 weeks and stayed in hotels in Venice, Bologna, Florence and Rome. This was by far the worst experience of them all. Dirty hotel.

We, a family of 4 from Seattle, had just a short 24 hour stay in Florence. We worked it in between multi-day stays in Rome and Venice. Glad we did it, v.s. doing Rome-to-Venice train and an extra day in one or the other. Staying in this hotel's Presidential suite really added to the experience. The photos don't do it justice. It was like staying in a palace. Super high fresco ceilings. Kids got a completely separate bedroom off to the side. Overall, a great boutique hotel: * 10 min walk from the train station. We wheeled our suitcases both ways. Despite some cobblestone, and narrow sidewalks, it was very doable. * Super friendly and very professional staff. * Easy walk to all the main Florence sites. Yet, far enough away, where it was way quieter at night. * One block away from the waterfront, which is a perfect place to go for a jog. * Plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and shops right in the neighborhood. * Don't miss the Ferris wheel in the opposite direction from core Florence, also a quick walk from this hotel. * Free full breakfast. It felt like a splurge to get the Presidential suite, but so worth it!

Hotel was very elegant in design and the breakfast was enough to choose. Friendly staff and helpful. The only disappointment in our room the bath and shower together was not a good choice for me. Otherwise a comfortable stay.

Very nice hotel, well located not far from the city center. It would have been 5 stars if their internet worked better, it was very slow and almost impossible to do real work while in the room. If you just need to check your Facebook once in awhile, it's fine. With a name like "Executive", you'd expect someone to be able to work a little, though.

Excellent staff especially Francisco and Manuel, GM Riccardo, front desk personnel who were super helpful with the rental car parking for 2 nights. Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable guest experience. Great location, deliciously filling buffet breakfast, daily housekeeping…everything is top notch. Highly recommended and will be back.

Wonderful hotel, we truly enjoyed our stay! From check in onward everyone was extremely polite and accommodating to us and our two little girls. Our room was amazing and extremely spacious. Breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful. The front desk staff were incredible too and even managed to get us a reservation at a really sought after restaurant. Five stars all around!

Hotel itself was with very high standard and quality. Location good but our experience with car park and safety in Florence was terrible. Car park near hotel under construction with not friendly reception and construction work dust everywhere. Florence streets are feel unsafe when walking from hotel to restaurant. We ordered taxi back to hotel to avoid any issues. It is beyond disgusting how the mayor and politicians are allowing for such grat destination to be overwhelmed by drugs and lack of safety in the streets!! TBH hotel staff not warned us and we feel to leave Florence as soon as we can.

The staff is outstanding. Every time I approached the front desk, everyone knew who i was and what i needed. Clearly the staff communicated well and everyone was up to date on my needs and plans. It is a quick and easy walk to the train station. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Breakfast was excellent.

We, a family of 4 from Seattle, had just a short 24 hour stay in Florence. We worked it in between multi-day stays in Rome and Venice. Glad we did it, v.s. doing Rome-to-Venice train and an extra day in one or the other. Staying in this hotel's Presidential suite really added to the experience. The photos don't do it justice. It was like staying in a palace. Super high fresco ceilings. Kids got a completely separate bedroom off to the side. Overall, a great boutique hotel: * 10 min walk from the train station. We wheeled our suitcases both ways. Despite some cobblestone, and narrow sidewalks, it was very doable. * Super friendly and very professional staff. * Easy walk to all the main Florence sites. Yet, far enough away, where it was way quieter at night. * One block away from the waterfront, which is a perfect place to go for a jog. * Plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and shops right in the neighborhood. * Don't miss the Ferris wheel in the opposite direction from core Florence, also a quick walk from this hotel. * Free full breakfast. It felt like a splurge to get the Presidential suite, but so worth it!

The hotel was in a great spot for walking into the city. Near to the Arno, which made for a scenic walk into town and easy navigation. There is no restaurant in the hotel and no option to make coffee/tea in your room. However, the staff were really helpful, and suggested great places to eat for a variety of budgets. There is the option to make tea at any time in the bar area. The bar itself is very reasonably priced for a hotel bar, and great for a night cap. Still/sparkling water is free from the minibar.

Es un buen hotel, céntrico. La habitación nuestra no era muy grande, pero seguramente el hotel dispone de estancias más amplias. El baño sí que era amplio con un aire italiano (mármol en la bañera).El desayuno bufet bastante variado. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Riccardo welcomed us with open arms as did all of the hotel staff. They were amazing. 15-20 minute walk and you are able to reach all of the piazza’s, restaurants, shopping and Sights of the city. The free breakfast buffet is amazing. Across the street is a wonderful cafe with excellent cappuccino. Try the little near-by restaurants, osteria’s and trattoria’s. You will be pleasantly surprised. We will be back with more of our family next year.

Lovely hotel with an attentive and well-trained staff. There was only one slight hiccup but they made up for it. The wine tasting was such a personalized and exquisite experience. I highly recommend it! Hotel is in a great location and there’s also quite a number of transportation options.

This is a lovely hotel. We had a very nice spacious quiet room. There are tea, coffee and biscuits always available in the seating area near the lobby which was very nice after a day of sightseeing. We had particularly good service from Jean-Luca when we checked in, he was very helpful and friendly.

Main train station is 200 metres away, making it easy to explore the area. Check in/ Out: Completed in 2 minutes Rooms : Clean and quiet. Quiet environment. Property is well located to the main attractions, good breakfast with friendly staff. Property manager was very nice and helpful, he even carried the luggage for us. There is no iron in your room, so luckily I had portable one to flatten my clothes
