Hôtel en périphérie de Florence, station tram devant l’hôtel, à 10 mm de la gare ferroviaire, qui évite tous problèmes de circulation et stationnements très cher de Florence, et surtout les risques de PV à répétition, style voie de bus non signaler mais 70€ etc. Dépose bagage très compliqué avec les voies du tram qui passe devant. Place occupée en permanence par des voitures. Réception compliquée sur une réservation de deux chambres, la première au nom de la réservation n’existe pas, seul l’invité (réservation confirmée par l’hôtel). Chambre agréable, calme, clim efficace, mais bruyante. Petit-déjeuner quelconque. L’hôtel nous a proposé un parking couvert à quelques minutes à pied à un prix très intéressant ayant connu cet hôtel en 2015, il ne sait pas améliorer.

Tutto bene , solo una cosa non vera , il sito dice che c’è parcheggio riservato, ma è molto limitato , ho lasciato l auto fuori in strada come detto dal personale della reception in una parte carico e scarico, la mattina seguente nel riprenderla mi sono accorto che me L hanno graffiata con una chiave o simile, ho fatto notare questo alla reception e la risposta data è che non potevano fare nulla

Service at counter was quite nice. There was no porter to help with the luggage. Our price included breakfast and we had a very early flight, so we were offered breakfast boxes. It was very thoughtful of the hotel to do that.

All went well. Rooms were clean, if I’m being picky the rooms could use some upkeep. Marks on walls from suitcases etc.. All in all, it was quiet and safe and staff tried to be helpful with language barrier. They could increase their supply of gluten free for meals.

I was travelling solo for business purposes, I asked a quiet room and was assigned a room at 9th floor which was good. There was enough room space for 1 person, bed was comfortable and sheets were very clean, nevertheless an extra attention has to be directed to the towels! Hotel has still 'old' Italian sockets and there was only 1 socket adapted to laptop plug which was in the bathroom making it hard to use my laptop, therefore if you're booking here, think about an adaptor. Breakfast was ok. Parking is free. Surrounding neighborhood is not ideal, though you can easily reach city center by tram or walk (35min).

Breakfast is very average, like a holiday inn express. Mostly sugary and cold items. Hotel foyer and rooms are dated but our room was clean & comfortable bed. Though it has lot of furniture which is not required, space is small. Reception lady Michelle was very helpful. Hotel Location is 10 mins tram ride from airport and 20 mins to city centre. That’s the only big positive for this hotel, tram stop is just outside hotel.

The property is fantastic. The only negative is that the first person I encountered at checkin was rude and impatient and blamed me for each room requirement on the reservations not matching the names assigned to the our multiple rooms we rented. I book through Expedia because many European websites can't be reached from the U.S.A. But after this initial unpleasant first impression everything was fine.

This was a great place to stay in Florence just outside the downtown area with the train right in front and a short ride to all the tourist attractions in the center of town A shopping mall a block away and a nice park right on front I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Florence

We picked this hotel because the price was fine and the pictures of the facilities looked nice. Outside the hotel looked a bit sketch, but when you go inside, it's not bad. The room we got looked elegant and was very clean. The location is not walking distance to the attractions, but it is right next to the tram stop. We saved hundreds of dollars, by not choosing a place in the tourist area. The tram came by every 6 minutes and gets you to the main part of Florence in just 5 minutes. With the money we saved, we splurged on the great steaks you get in Florence.

We picked this hotel because it was not in the heart of Florence and it offered free parking. We arrived in a rental car. The hotel is modern but lovely and very comfortable. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is fantastic. We even had dinner there one evening and the food is wonderful. The best part is that the trolley/train stop is right in front of the hotel and is a 12 minute ride to the center of Florence.

What’s not to love about this property? It’s close to the tram and a supermarket that stays open late at night. And it has its own restaurant and good breakfast in the morning. The furniture, entire room is luxurious, clean and in excellent form. Would stay anytime I go to Florence.

Hotel muito novo, com boa localização, junto a uma das avenidas principais, com fácil acesso de carro ou trem. Atendimento da recepção e do restaurante muito cordial. Quarto limpo, confortável e bem equipado. Materiais de altíssima qualidade. Banheiro adequado. Café da manhã muito bom, com boas opções de doces e salgados. A única coisa que atrapalhou bastante a nossa estadia foi o calor dentro do quarto, pois a cidade não permite ligar o ar condicionado dos hotéis antes de maio.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was below expectations. Most of the staff didn’t come across as welcoming, which set a bit of a disappointing tone from the beginning. The room was uncomfortably warm, and when we called reception, we were told the air-conditioning was turned off for the season and we should just open the window—not ideal, especially in a hotel of this category. The shower had good pressure, but the drain couldn’t handle the flow, even on the lowest setting, so the water quickly pooled around our feet. Not pleasant. We requested wine glasses and were given small ones, which was fine, but they weren't picked up or cleaned the next day. As for breakfast, it was quite underwhelming. There were no decent cheese or cold cut options—just a very basic "American" breakfast, and not even a particularly good one. Overall, the experience lacked attention to detail and comfort. Not a stay I’d be eager to repeat.

The checking in process was easy and they have parking. The hotel is not too far from the airport, but there is no other reason to go there. Our room was nice, but they had a different style of electrical plug that everywhere else we'd traveled in Europe. There was one of the common outlets in the bathroom though. Breakfast buffett was very nice.
