Extremely difficult getting to the property. If you are a 1st time driver or new driver to Italy it may be very tough getting through the crowded streets to the front of the hotel. Another downside was when the car is valeted you have to tell the front desk at least an hour prior to get your car out. Totally ruined plans one morning not knowing this. Other than that front desk is extremely helpful, rooms are nice, and the hotel is in a great location with plenty to do and eat around the hotel.

Hotel Milo is in a wonderful area in Florence where you can walk just about anywhere. The breakfast and the upstairs balcony was delightful, as was a complementary Prosecco. 👍 Choi 🇮🇹

3rd time staying here. Perfect location to walk to all the main tourist sites. It’s a boutique hotel filled with modern art. The welcome is lovely, the rooms are cool, comfortable and have everything you need. The top floor is where they serve a delicious buffet breakfast sitting out on the roof terrace, or you can pop up there anytime to get a coffee and a snack. Love the ambience and would happily return.

This is an excellent hotel! We were in Florence for a week and would highly recommend staying at Milu. It is such a beautiful, clean, and quiet hotel. It’s location is great. The staff was amazing and I loved their lounge on the 5th floor where we would have our cup of coffee every morning. When we come back to Florence, we will be rebooking with Milu again!
This is an excellent hotel! We were in Florence for a week and would highly recommend staying at Milu. It is such a beautiful, clean, and quiet hotel. It’s location is great. We booked three rooms here and all I can say is this place was amazing! It was centrally located within walking distance of all the sites you want to visit, plenty of shopping, and dining. The street itself is extremely clean and nice. There are actually horse draw carriages that stroll down the street from time to time which we could see or hear with our windows open from time to time. This added to the beauty of the area. Our concierge Alessia greeted us with a smile and friendly demeanor which was very welcoming after a long day of travel. She helped us with any questions we had and went over all the property amenities with us in detail. Each concierge at the property was very friendly and helpful during our stay! The rooms were very clean which is one of the most important things I look for at a hotel, so we were all very happy about the cleanliness. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was very accommodating. I would 100% stay here again.

Milu hotel might be on one of the fanciest steets in Florence and it is beautifully decorated and modern despite the studied retro style. Our room had a wonderful view over the wide street. It would be redundant to mention that most city historic attractions are a short walk away, and they are. During our stay in Florence we booked two hotels, both were good choices, though Milu is the one we would definitely book again.

The area was so centrally located!!! The hotel was clean and we loved the 5th floor with outdoor seating. The bed was too hard and so my back starting really hurting after years of being fine. The staff stated that was because they had new beds.

Lovely hotel, very central to attractions and shops. Nice size of room and balcony was a bonus. On top floor so room beside communal breakfast/lounge area meant room could be noisy at times of other guests outside room in evening- not really an issue for us. Breakfast basic continental but all tasty.

Balcony on 5th floor was so nice and relaxing. We could hear nightly musicians in Pza. Santa Trinita. Sectioned by bamboo, fabulous lounge chair. Very convenient to local restaurants and museums. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant.

Lovely hotel in a great position - which if you had a room on the front that looked out onto the street could be noisy but great to look at the hustle and bustle. We needed the windows open too as the room was warm and there didn't seem an option to alter the air conditioning which of course made it noisier. Would definitely stay here again though - all the staff were very friendly and super helpful.

Lovely and stylish boutique hotel in a top location. The staff is young, motivated, and super friendly; the rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, beds comfortable. If your room goes to the street, count on some noise at night - Via Tornabuoni is much frequented and there are street musicians. However, the location is top, this is the nicest and most expensive shopping street in all of Florence, and the staff went above and beyond for us to feel comfortable.

My wife and I visited for 4 days. The staff was attentive and made us feel at home. We were particularly pleased with the level of follow-up regarding dinning options, transportation to our wine tour and importantly, to the airport for our 7am flight. We will definitely stay again!

The property was very well located, exceptionally clean and had everything in the room as advertised. It was the staff that took this stay to the next level for me. Milu Hotel was in a great location surrounded by all designer shops. It was a safe, walkable area. All major tourist areas can be reach with a 10 minute walk along with the train station. The staff were very attentive and gave wonderful dinner recommendations. We will definitely be back on our next trip!

Very clean rooms, spacious bathroom, very accommodating, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Free snacks and soft drinks from the in room mini bar. Relly made you feel like they cared about your comfort. And to location could not have been better.

3rd time staying here. Perfect location to walk to all the main tourist sites. It’s a boutique hotel filled with modern art. The welcome is lovely, the rooms are cool, comfortable and have everything you need. The top floor is where they serve a delicious buffet breakfast sitting out on the roof terrace, or you can pop up there anytime to get a coffee and a snack. Love the ambience and would happily return.

The property is exceptional. It’s on a perfect street, not too noisy or crowded (which many are in Florence). The shops around the restaurants are some of the best Italy has to offer. Prada is across the street and the oldest fragrance shop in the world Santa Maria Novella (yes, the oldest dating back to 1221). The most well known sites to visit in Florence are within a 5-20 minute walking distance. The staff is amazing. Everyone I met spoke English which was helpful. I heard the staff speak French, Spanish and Portuguese as well. You can get a cab directly from the airport to the hotel. There is no dragging suitcases on cobblestone streets in Florence. It’s will cost you $28 euros, approximately. There is a beautiful large elevator which could handle four large pieces of luggage and two adults easily. We sometimes preferred to take the stairs to our room so we could see the modern art on the walls. The superior room had a large, king size bed with crisp clean sheets. The bathroom was a nice large size. The furniture was modern and the room spacious with lots of closet space for you things so you don’t have to live out of your luggage during your stay. The room had an espresso machine, a refrigerator with just a few free items for guests to enjoy like water, chips, juice, etc. A nicer hotel will leave a couple of chocolates for guests. At Hotel Milu you’ll receive not only the chocolates but also a personalized, handwritten note welcoming you. Superb!

Hotel Milo is in a wonderful area in Florence where you can walk just about anywhere. The breakfast and the upstairs balcony was delightful, as was a complementary Prosecco. 👍 Choi 🇮🇹

Lovely hotel, very central to attractions and shops. Nice size of room and balcony was a bonus. On top floor so room beside communal breakfast/lounge area meant room could be noisy at times of other guests outside room in evening- not really an issue for us. Breakfast basic continental but all tasty.

This hotel was wonderful. Great location. Walkable to most tourist destinations in Florence. Lots of restaurants, shopping, etc, close by. Very clean. Staff are excellent. Ready to help anytime with directions, recommendations, etc. A beautiful little rooftop cafe is available with breakfast for an additional fee. A coffee machine at your service 24/7. I'd highly recommend Hotel Milu.

We stayed for four nights in May at Hotel Milu, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel felt comfortable and surprisingly spacious for its central location. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options, and the staff were very attentive—my child is allergic to eggs, and they took great care to accommodate his needs. The hosts were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Be sure to ask them for gelato recommendations—their picks were fantastic!

Nice hotel and centrally located, with an excellent staff who were all very pleasant, but the rooms are incredibly small with Queen-sized beds that take up most of the space, and the breakfast was quite poor (even if you order the eggs done fresh). We also had issues with the AC keeping up with the heat and could hear everything that happened in the hallways when still in our room.
