O hotel fica bem perto da estação termini, a poucos passos, tem um ponto interessante que é o fato de disponibilizar água durante todo o dia (exceto das 05 às 07 am) em uma máquina, então se pode encher as garrafinhas. O café da manhã é simples, sem muito luxo, mas tem ovos, frutas, salada de frutas, panquecas, bolso, máquina de café e outros. Com relação ao quarto, inicialmente, fiquei em um standard, e não gostei do banheiro, achei o chuveiro fraco, a cama não era tão boa. No dia seguinte, o Sr Luca, nos ofereceu um upgrade gratuito e que diferença de quarto! Ficamos no último andar, o chuveiro e cama são melhores e tem uma varanda com mesa e cadeiras para se ver Florença!

Close to Firenze Santa Maria Novella located behind the station which was convenient. However, quite a bit of a walk to other locations. No friendly for a person with a disability. Steps only to get inside the bldg. The elevator to get to rooms worked however for breakfast there are stairs and the elevator to get to the 2nd floor was not working most of the time. When we arrived no one offered to help me with the suitcases, and it was myself and my son who has some limitations.

Not handicapped accessible. You must go up about 6 stairs just to reach the lift and 3 or 4 more steps to get to the reception area. The free breakfast was good but once again there was 2 more sets of stairs to get there. The staff were awesome about helping with the luggage and taking care of all other requests. The room was clean and I loved the patio area.

Very close to the central station and breakfast was quite good. Price was pretty reasonable compared to expensive hotels in Firenze. The best service the hotel provides is free water. I would definitely recommend this hotel who wants to stay near the central station.

Very nice hotel. Super close to the train station, and within walking distance to shops, food and attractions. We were able to store our luggage on site, both before we checked in and after we checked out. That was super convenient and free. Very nice breakfast area with lots to choose from. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Triple room was very comfortable and roomy.

I booked it for one night. The room is old-style, and the sheets are dirty—I had to use my own, luckily I brought one. Plus, when I wanted to take a shower, there was no hot water—not even warm. But the front desk guy he was helpful

Our room (with bath tub and balcony) was spacious, clean and quiet on the side of the train station. The doors kept the sound out. Nice breakfast with a lot of choices. Bar area to meet people. Could fill water bottles with sparkling or still water, and coffee and tea were always available in the lounge. Perfect place to explore Florence. The balconies had a perfect view of the duomo. It looked like the balconies were all on 5 th floor. Wonderful time spent there!

Location was great. Unfortunately the train station was noisier than expected and the walls were very thin. We could hear our neighbours using the bathroom. The bathroom door doesn’t close properly either which can be annoying .

Location close to train station was convenient but made for noisy nights. Along with the room itself we were able to hear neighboring rooms toilet flushing and what sounded like moving furniture around. Bathroom was very dated compared to other hotels we stayed at throughout Italy. Staff was friendly and the breakfast got our day started off well.

The staff and service were amazing, they remembered it was my wedding anniversary, and the manager gave us a bottle of wine. Ronald was amazing in making sure we had our needs met. He took care of us during the trip and went out of his way to make sure our entire stay was amazing. Breakfast was good and had an extensive selection, but the sausage/meat could use some variety. The coffee/cappuccino machine was very good! The rooms were big and spacious. The shampoo/shower gel bottles could be bigger though.

Prima drie sterren hotel voor een city-trip. Locatie was in het centrum en daarmee was alles beloopbaar. Alleen de tram komt met veel lawaai elke 5 minuten langs. Kan het hotel natuurlijk niets aan doen maar stoort wel.

A gentileza da equipe me surpreendeu! Reservei um quarto para três pessoas e nos colocaram num quarto enorme como cortesia. O café da manhã maravilhoso. A localização é espetacular do outro lado da rua estação de trem e fizemos todos os pontos turísticos a pé. O banho é maravilhoso e colocamos toalhas no chão pois o box é 1/2 fechado. Adoramos!!!
