Very comfortable beds, room seemed to be recently updated, large bathroom. So close to the Doumo and everything in Florence. Highly recommend!

The suite we stayed in was beautiful but what made the stay was the private terrace. The view was stunning and was a great escape to the crowds that filled Florence. Location was very convenient to the train station and all the sights.

This location was perfect!! Walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and very good!

The hotel is in a great location, walkable to the train station and other major sites like the duomo. We found the property to be somewhat dated. The rooms were clean but small, which is to be expected. We appreciated that there was AC.

Nice room and bathroom, comfortable bed and very central, making most places walkable. Pillows could use an upgrade. Arrived early and was told room couldn't be ready early and luggage could be placed in a sitting space open to guests. Room key had to be left at the front and picked up each time we left/came back from hotel which was very inconvenient. Breakfast room was tiny and when we went to it there wasn't enough room to sit. Nice place but wouldn't choose to stay again.
