Quarto imenso e muito bonito! O café da manhã era excelente, com diversidade e qualidade! O único e pequeno senão: não tem elevador! Tivemos que subir muitas escadas porque o nosso quarto era no segundo piso e o pé direito é alto. E o box do chuveiro era um pouco apertado. No mais, pode ser considerado muito bom!

The hotel was very good and situated close to the main attractions. The staff were all very helpful and made our stay very easy. Es una casa grande y adaptada a hotel no cuenta con elevador lo que hace muy cansado si te quedas varios dias. Las almohadas son duras. El desayuno bueno y el personal amable.

Beautiful room for family of four with two bedroom apartment right outside main building, great space for myself, wife, and two kids. Parking right in front of room, although tight, was as promised. Just make sure you realize hotel is in a restricted area so don't drive right to hotel, find the parking first. Area is great, a bit of a walk to tourist area, but makes it easy to drive to and quieter at night. Beautiful property, gorgeous facility. Highly recommend.

Sjarmerende lite gammelt Hotell, hyggelige betjening. Koselig frokostrom, god frokost. Vi hadde rom ut mot gaten så noe støy høres.Og det er ingen behagelige stoler å sitte i, på rommet. Så det ble å sitte i senga. Og et bittelite bad.Koselig bakgård,med parkering, og fin beplantning. Kunne kanskje vært noen gode hagestoler å sitte i,det var noen i smijern der, de er ikke så behagelige. Så savnet et sted å kunne sitte ute.Ligger ganske sentralt til, ca.15 min.å gå til Domen.

At check-in we were not given much information, and it took us a day to discover that there was a living room with tea and coffee facilities. Our room was okay, but generally "tired," in the sense that we felt it well past its prime. Fittings in the bathroom - including shower screen handles - were broken or missing. Our feeling was that the ground floor and second floor had great character, but that beyond that, it was dated. In addition, with no lift, hauling bags up several flights of stairs was a challenge. The front desk was hit and miss and depended who was on it, with the younger staff most helpful. We did mention to one of these younger people that we were disappointed with the room. Overall, our feeling is that for our next visit to Florence we would probably choose a different hotel.

The lock was broken, but the problem was quickly fixed. There were also problems with the hairdryer. very small parking lot. Breakfast was ok. Quite far from attractions. Towels and linen are clean and rooms are cleaned. There is no elevator, so if you have to carry large luggage on yourself

Hotel bem localizado e com estacionamento disponivel. Nosso maior desconforto foi com relação ao chuveiro. A quantidade de água era insuficiente para tomar um banho adequado. Solicitamos manutenção mais nada mudou.

As soon as we arrived we were told we would be switching rooms the following day. Due a wall caving in somewhere in the hotel. Our new room was 3 flights higher, on the noisy street, dark, dingy, with moldy bathroom and a tiny shower. I asked if I could stay in original room as I have planters fasciitis and the stairs would be difficult. I was told no that someone else needed the room

It’s definitely not conventional in any way, but it’s an ornate and distinctive building located walking distance to the city center. Staff was also great. If you don’t like boring sterile hotels, this is your place.

The hotel was recommended by close friends. However, we were disappointed. At check-in we were not given much information, and it took us a day to discover that there was a living room with tea and coffee facilities. Our room was okay, but generally "tired," in the sense that we felt it well past its prime. Fittings in the bathroom - including shower screen handles - were broken or missing. Our feeling was that the ground floor and second floor had great character, but that beyond that, it was dated. In addition, with no lift, hauling bags up several flights of stairs was a challenge. The front desk was hit and miss and depended who was on it, with the younger staff most helpful. We did mention to one of these younger people that we were disappointed with the room. Overall, our feeling is that for our next visit to Florence we would probably choose a different hotel.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel I also stayed there in 2015, the last time I was in Florence. On this occasion there were seven adults, and everyone enjoyed the stay, tremendously. It is a charming building. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast was great. There is a nearby supermarket should you have any needs. I will recommend this hotel to my friends without hesitation.

The hotel was very good and situated close to the main attractions. The staff were all very helpful and made our stay very easy. The buffet breakfast was excellent including cereals, toast, croissants cold meat and cheeses and cooked eggs. The garden was very tranquil and lovely to sit in at the end of a day sightseeing. Beautiful room for family of four with two bedroom apartment right outside main building, great space for myself, wife, and two kids. Parking right in front of room, although tight, was as promised. Just make sure you realize hotel is in a restricted area so don't drive right to hotel, find the parking first. Area is great, a bit of a walk to tourist area, but makes it easy to drive to and quieter at night. Beautiful property, gorgeous facility. Highly recommend.

Tudo maravilhoso! Atendimento, comodidades, localização para quem vai de carro é perfeita! Da para ir a pé até a área mais central, é fácil acesso de carro pois está no início da ZTL, só não esqueçam de informar a placa antes ao hotel, e eles mesmo fazem a liberação para o acesso via ZTL até o hotel.

The check in is the fastest among the hotels we stayed: they took a photo of our passports and then give us the key. The hotel is about two blocks away to bus stops. So it is convenient. The only thing is that we also have to walk a couple of blocks to find restaurants.

Quarto imenso e muito bonito! O café da manhã era excelente, com diversidade e qualidade! O único e pequeno senão: não tem elevador! Tivemos que subir muitas escadas porque o nosso quarto era no segundo piso e o pé direito é alto. E o box do chuveiro era um pouco apertado. No mais, pode ser considerado muito bom!

Die Lage des Hotels ist richtig gut. Der Zeitraum des Frühstückts ist sehr früh, deswegen hatten wir keinen. Es gibt so viele Moskitos, die man nicht einschlafen lassen. Nicht vergessen alle Fenster immer zu und Moskitospray mit im Sommer.

Lovelly hotel in a historical building, our kids thought they lived in a castle. We had a room at the ground floor with access to a pateo and a small and very cute garden area. Breakfast was ok and staff very friendly.

Hotel is a little gem. On a quiet street with a lovely green garden/parking area in the back. Breakfast was abundant and wonderful, especially served by the warm and welcoming Grazia and her colleagues. Sweet park with tiny carousel and lots of children at the end of the block. If you master the bus network the area is well served, and even without, almost everything is still in walking distance. We would gladly return.
