La habitación doble tiene un tamaño muy adecuado. El baño está excelente en su tamaño. Tiene un elevador para temas de accesibilidad Solo. Excelente opción para quedarte a pasos del Duomo. Cuenta con elevador para poder subir tu maleta cómodamente. El servicio excelente, instalaciones super limpias y el cuarto igual super limpio, cuenta con todo lo necesario cobijas y almohadas cómodas. Sin duda vuelvo a hospedarme aquí.

Great location but can be noisy at night (esp. on weekend). Elevator was not working for most our stay but luckily we were only on 2 floors up and worked the day we left. Enjoyed the convenience though as right next to Duomo.

Location is fantastic !!! Walking distance to everywhere and you can rest a little bit in the middle of the day then go out again . The rooms are very basic , almost like dorm rooms. A/C worked well in our room but not in my kids room You self check in and enter your room with your phone . There some keys in the room but they are useless for entry into the building if the rooms . We did not used them but do not remember where we put them , so we were charged 5 euro / useless keys Please make sure you give these keys back . It is not like in the US.

This place was incredible . Just at the corner by the Duoma... and in the center of everything. It was a last minute booking and we were surprised at how professional and helpful the staff was. A clean room, nice bed and around the corner from the main tourist area. They also held our luggage while we explored during the next day. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel for one night during a short trip to Florence. The hotel is centrally located. Super convenient to all shopping, dining and sightseeing. The train station is only a short walk away as well. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They let us store luggage before and after the checkout. Which was very convenient. There is none at the front desk at night, so you can’t complain about the noise coming from the other rooms. I’d highly recommend bringing ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Those are good regardless of where you stay, really. Overall we had an excellent stay. Would definitely return.

The front desk staff were exemplary, nothing was too much trouble and all with a smile. The room was immaculately clean and the bed comfortable. It's in a central location with everything on the doorstep. I would highly recommend and as a solo female traveller felt very safe.

A wonderful and beautiful hotel! The best location within minutes/seconds from the main visit points. Oh! And the rooms are left beyond CLEAN smelling AMAZING! (rare to find here in Italy - is not my first time visiting). Also, it is only about 7-10 minutes walk from the train station. Lastly, extremely safe and you are in the middle of everything!!!!!

The staff here were amazing. Sonja was so helpful with information for my first time in Florence. The location could not be better -- immediately out the front door (and out one of the windows of the room) is the Duomo! The air condition was a life saver too, for the time of year I visited. This was exactly the type of lodging I needed for my first time in Italy.

We had an amazing stay! The AC was very helpful. The bed was comfortable and great. We had a massive room! Only thing was the bathroom is super skinny and a bit hard to move around in but we had an amazing stay! The staff was great and the location was perfect for our Florence stay.

overall the property is in an amazing location. the rooms were clean, but felt suffocating. very very small- old rooms. bed was uncomfortable, shower was just okay. light in the bathroom made me feel like we were in more of a hostel. wouldn’t stay here again even though the location is amazing. i’d prefer something a little more spacious and newer and just walk a bit further

Always greeted when you come and go , informative and the most friendly host. I can’t imagine we would ever stay anywhere else now. Thank you all , you made our trip fantastic

Excellent location to all Florence has to offer. Steps away from the duomo and museum, a very short walk not the Accademia, Uffizi, and more. It was right in the historic district so it is definitely an older property and a busy area but still nice and clean. Friendly staff and easy to get around. A walkable distance to the train station, about 15 minutes.

We would never consider staying anywhere but Hotel Costatini ! We even had 3 different sets of friends come and stay In rooms as well. Can’t say enough positive. Perfect location can just about touch the duomo. Rooms large and clean. Staff phenomenal. And on 2nd floor a restaurant with rooftop cafe. Can’t beat it. Looking at dates to come back

What an incredible location! Half a block from the Duomo. And a nice little restaurant on the terrace that is attached to the property. even though we were right in the middle of all the activity the room was very quiet. And you could close the shutters to make it completely dark. Location, location, location.

Fiquei neste hotel durante uma longa viagem pela Europa. De todos os locais que fiquei, este foi o mais simples, no entanto a experiencia foi extremamente agradável. Importante citar que é um prédio bem antigo, como em toda Itália, mas o prédio possui elevador, o staff é muitíssimo gentil e solícito, quarto espaçoso. Nota-se que a estrutura é simples, mas extremamente limpa. Localização indiscutível. Não possui café da manhã. Recomendo a todos e voltaria numa próxima ocasião.

What a great find! Affordable in a great location with wonderful, helpful staff & super clean rooms. We couldn't believe we could almost reach out & touch the Duomo!!! Also, Terrazza Roto Restaurant on the 2nd floor of the building is WONDERFUL!
