The staff were nowhere to be seen at any point during my stay. There was no concierge service, no reception, no one to ask about anything or raise concerns with. If I’d known this I wouldn’t have booked this hotel! The room was only cleaned once, not daily. The aircon was on full blast with no controls and no way to turn it off and the hair drier didn’t work.

Booked for six nights and only stayed for one. There was no Wi-Fi in the property or air conditioning. There was also a poor level of safety with the main doors being left unlocked all night as well as the safe not working. While in the room there was an overpowering smell of damp and after being moved rooms there was still damp. Both rooms contained damp growing on the interior walls. No staff were present for the majority of the time and when they were present there was nothing they could do. Keys were left in a basket at reception for anyone to be able to access. Paid for breakfast however, there was no facilities available. No refund was giving when requested and one of the other guests had to go purchase food for breakfast. The phone number that was left for emergencies would never get answered meaning if something had happened then no one would have been able to do anything. This hotel was an absolute joke.

Don't stsy there!!! This was a horrible stay. We had an international flight and found out that the air conditioner didn't work and we found out the next day from staff that they have not been working for a while. Our room wasn't the only one. I was eaten up by mosquitos becaise we jad to sleep with our windows open. We had no water pressure in the morning and staff helped me to wash out my hair in other areas of the building. Staff at tge front drsk front desk is non existing but there is a phone number in case of an emergency. I called that number during the night and the person told me he would come in 10 min to liik at the air conditioner. When I called back 30 minutes later he said that this is the hotel in Rome. I had to use my xell phone to call be because the phone in our room had no cord tp ne plugged in. Many people left early leaving notes at the front desk that they had no water and aircondirioner. One of the workers quit thay day...said it was a horrible place to work, wasn't getting paid at times. I'm not surprised.

Planned two day stay in Florence at the end of vacation, 2 rooms. Had a horrible experience here, and ultimately had to book new rooms at a different hotel. Many issues but the main ones were: 1. AC was not working in either room, and appeared to have been out of order for some time. 2. Room one smelled of mold and heavily of chemicals. 3. Room two had now working lights, except for two nightstand lights. Many light switches, none functioning og of mysterious purpose. 4. Contrary to information provided on hotels.com, there is no manned reception. We did not get any email, and there was no information posted int he lobby about this either. After wasting time in 38c degree heat, we discovered that it's self check in, with keys lying loose on the front desk. 5. We did not stay for breakfast, since we booked alternate accommodations. The breakfast area was dirty, and used plates, glassware and cutlery was stacked inside at 15.00 (3pm). 6. Toilet seat missing in one of the rooms, and stained towels where lying on the bed.
