Bra fräscht rum, enda negativa är när man ska ta extra kostnader för allt, vatten, frukost u name it. När Man redan betalar rätt så högt pris på rummen. 10 min promenad till stadskärnan. Bra bar med lite snacks .

Struttura molto elegante e moderna. La nostra camera nel complesso ritengo fosse leggermente inferiore allo standard di un 4 stelle per disposizione e organizzazione degli ambienti. Rimane una validissima struttura in una zona molto comoda per parcheggiare la macchina e girare il centro a piedi. Colazione davvero buona, internazionale con cura nei dettagli

Le concept de cet hôtel est très bien mais l'hôtel a vraiment très mal vieilli en particulier la salle de bain dont il manquait du carrelage, la poignet de la porte de douche qui tombait et surtout la propreté et l'aspect de joint de douche horrible.

Decoración y layout de las habitaciones espantosa, descuidada, incómodas. Una barra de bar como piesera de la cama horrible, impractica y sumamente incomoda. Los colores y la iluminación agresiva, parece una habitación para película de adultos que para un viaje de negocio que requiere comodidad y armonía. Aparte todo muy descuidado, es horrible barra super maltratada con marcas de baños, quemaduras de cigarrillo, rallada y sucia por todos lados. El baño igual, horrible, la tapa del WC rota, todo agotado por los años de uso y cero mantenimiento. El resto del hotel muy bien, buena comida, estupendo desayuno y una muy buena atención. Requieren las habitaciones una total redecorada por algún decorador con noción de comodidad y práctica elegancia, no uno que sea consumidor de halicinogenos ,😁😁😁😂😂

Mi è stata data una camera senza doccia, sebbene prevista nella prenotazione, con vasca con telo di plastica e doccino e soffitto del bagno scrostato da infiltrazioni/ umidità. Ho chiesto di cambiare e mi è stata cambiata subito la camera da un addetto molto gentile. La nuova camera aveva comunque problemi negli scarichi del wc e del lavandino. Letto non comodissimo per persone di 1.85 m. perché materasso inserito tra testiera e pediera in legno. Il prezzo è comunque accettabile per Firenze ma occorrerebbe maggiore attenzione

Bij oplevering was het hotel vast prachtig, maar de tand des tijds weegt zwaar. Het hotel is helaas niet goed onderhouden: vuil, loslatend hout en ontbrekende mozaïek tegeltjes. Locatie niet perfect: toch zo’n 20-30 minuten wandelen richting centrum. Vip acces verliep niet soepel. Kamerupgrade werd niet gegeven. Melding gedaan bij Expedia: uiteindelijk na 3 nachten verholpen door hotel. Echter: kamer werd dag erna niet schoongemaakt, want wisseling van kamer was niet doorgegeven aan housekeeping.

Review for the Hotel UNA in Florence, Italy Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. While the hotel looks modern, the rooms have several issues, both in appearance and functionality. We were first given a room with a damaged wall (as shown in the photo) and a malfunctioning bathroom. We reported it and were moved to another room, but in the second room, the sink and shower were clogged—they had to send a plumber just so we could use it. It was a disaster. I do not recommend this hotel. I’m sharing this review for the benefit of future guests

The hotel is beautiful, i love the architectural design modern meets vintage fused together to form a beautiful structure. I love how each room door tells a story with a piece of skillfully artistic painting of somone is history. Also, the designs of the bar area and the meshed tiles used all over the interior of the building. The only thing is, the shower needs a whole lot of scrubing with bleach and powered soap to get out all the build up scum thats obviously been ignored for a long time now, its brown. The hotel is a little walk from everything but, there are little shops and restaurant along the road and it was very easy to get taxi from the hotel airport unlike other hotels. Overall, its a very comfortable stay and the room is really nice with all the lights integrated into one touch panel sitting on the bedside table which, is so adorable because the accent wall is magenta and has little fairy lights integrated into each square making it a very beautiful sights when all the other lights are off. It's a beautiful room. The drink cocktail mix from the bar was very nice because I just ordered and they made up a wonderful mixture that I didnt want to finish. Over all 4****

Photos on the website are deceiving. It should be rated a 2 or 3 star at best, not a 4. The bathroom leaked; there were moldy ceilings and a moldy smell. very dated, 70's decore; floors dirty; dark small rooms; wall thin. Pictures and ratings do not match the actual property.

Kamers zien er leuk uit op de foto's, maar zijn in het echt redelijk gedateerd. Beide kamers vergelijkbaar veel beschadigingen aan houtwerk e.d. en de transformatoren van de geinige LEDjes in de muur maakten zo'n herrie, dat je die heel gauw uit zet. Benauwde warme kamer, raam kon gelukkig wel open. Luidruchtige buren in de eerste kamer met verbindingsdeur, waardoor ik kon meegenieten van telefoongesprekken, muziek, hond en sigarettenlucht. Gelukkig snel een andere kamer gekregen zonder overlast maar met vergelijkbare mankementen. Maar als het mijn hotel was zou ik die andere gasten er uit zetten i.p.v. dit gedrag tolereren. Restaurant was erg lekker. Prima eten, lekkere wijn een super bediening. Overall ok maar prijs kwaliteit verhouding is niet heel correct. Je betaalt vooral de locatie.

Le foto sul sito sono reali, ma di molti anni fa. La posizione è comoda: in 10' a piedi si arriva al Teatro del Maggio Fiorentino e in 20' di passeggiata lungo l'Arno si arriva in centro. Il parcheggio e caro e si paga a parte: ci sono una decina di posti auto anche nel seminterrato, ma sono strettissimi e con un'auto di medie/grandi dimensioni una buona parte di essi diventa inutilizzabile. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso l'hotel ha costi alti: si paga l'ottima posizione, ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è altissimo.

Hotel muito bonito, com localização excelente e café da manhã ótimo. O atendimento foi impecável e a estrutura do hotel é moderna e acolhedora. O único pequeno detalhe foi o quarto ser um pouco escuro, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a experiência. Recomendo fortemente!

Was checked in by a lovely lady who made us aware of our VIP status and amenities with it. The hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage when we checked out so we could explore before heading to the train station. They were also kind enough to ask about arranging a taxi for pick up to take us to the train station.

The location was good. Great bars and restaurants in the local area and only 15 minute walk from the main tourist sites. The hotel staff gave great advice and were helpful. Easy bus route to Firenze SMN station, or €7 taxi ride.

We arrived and were told our room was ready. The head guy was a bit pushy and demanding my credit card while the woman was checking me in. We were given our key. The room had a red sign on it saying under construction. We entered and it was. Tools all over lights laying on bed. I told the main guy and he didn’t believe me. So I had to show him. We were instructed to wait in hallway. Not in the restaurant or bar. We waited he came back and took us to another room. Five minutes later the ceiling panel fell down. I took a picture showed it to him and he acted indignant but sent someone to fix it. The restaurant food was excellent. The bartender was perfect. On one night we had a late dinner and when we were finished wanted a taxi. I asked him if he would please call a cab. It was 11pm. And he scrunched up his face and said “now?” I said I don’t want it tomorrow. I need it now. He then told us to wait outside. The hotel itself needs a good updating. The rooms need painting. The missing tiles in shower need replacing. Overall a disappointment. I stayed here in 2019 and loved it.

Le foto sul sito sono reali, ma di molti anni fa. La posizione è comoda: in 10' a piedi si arriva al Teatro del Maggio Fiorentino e in 20' di passeggiata lungo l'Arno si arriva in centro. Our stay in Florence was quite nice and the property was very accommodating. While it states it was located near the city centre, it was not. It was 20 minutes to 30 minutes to walk to the Duomo and other sites. Cabs were expensive and the buses were confusing. The hotel itself was quiet and comfortable in a somewhat hip part of town.

Decoración y layout de las habitaciones espantosa, descuidada, incómodas. Una barra de bar como piesera de la cama horrible, impractica y sumamente incomoda. Los colores y la iluminación agresiva, parece una habitación para película de adultos que para un viaje de negocio que requiere comodidad y armonía. Aparte todo muy descuidado, es horrible barra super maltratada con marcas de baños, quemaduras de cigarrillo, rallada y sucia por todos lados. El baño igual, horrible, la tapa del WC rota, todo agotado por los años de uso y cero mantenimiento. El resto del hotel muy bien, buena comida, estupendo desayuno y una muy buena atención. Requieren las habitaciones una total redecorada por algún decorador con noción de comodidad y práctica elegancia, no uno que sea consumidor de halicinogenos ,😁😁😁😂😂
