Stayed in suite, pullout sofa was very nice, new, god mattress on it. Other bed comfortable. Bathroom good size. Great views, close to Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. Nice upscale neighborhood. Reception is not 24 hours, but the stayed late for us. Held luggage. Coffee maker. The property has a really nice terrace with views, we got a takeout meal and enjoyed it there one night. Highly recommend. Would stay again. There is elevator to 5h floor reception. Stairs to higher floors only. So one or two flights. They helped with bags. Quiet setting.

Overall the property was good. It was in a great location. The street outside was well lit at night and people played music or sang opera in the piazza in the evenings. Lot's of dining options. Bathroom is a little small and the elevator only goes to the fifth floor. We stayed on the 7th floor so we had to carry our bags up two flights.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend – direkt an der Einkaufsmeile gelegen, ideal für alle, die gerne shoppen oder zentral wohnen möchten. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, hell und geräumig, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders praktisch fanden wir den gut bestückten Kühlschrank, der zur Verfügung stand. Auch das Badezimmer hat uns begeistert: sehr großzügig geschnitten und mit allen notwendigen Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet. Es war insgesamt sehr sauber, gepflegt und hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück kann optional dazugebucht werden – eine tolle Lösung, denn es wird morgens direkt ans Zimmer geliefert. So konnten wir ganz entspannt in den Tag starten. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

The hotel is somewhat unusual in that the check-in was on the 5th floor of a building with several other businesses, and there is not a typical lobby with a bar or dining area. However, this was no problem for us. Espresso pods and a bottle of water were provided in the room. Air condition was able to be adjusted to our comfort level. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

This place was very nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and unhelpful. We had a hard time finding the nearby parking lot so we called the phone number provided and someone answered quickly and gave us directions to find the parking lot. The room was very nice and spacious. They do offer breakfast for a fee in your room, but they do not have a restaurant on site. Wish they had a continental breakfast.

Excellent location Spacious room. Ariane was very welcoming and accomodating Only minor comment was that when the room was vacated for a while , we would return to a slight sewer smell that we determined was coming from open sinks etc We simply plugged and and filled the sinks and bidet with water and that seemed to correct the situation It is not uncommon in hotels in Italy We have encountered and figured out the remedy over time However. Hidden away on a main street, this property was an excellent surprise. Clean, well appointed and quiet. Staff was super friendly and we were extremely well cared for. Note: There is a similarly named luxury hotel down the street. We stopped in there first. Not only were they incredibly helpful as they welcomed us into their hotel, they also went out of their way to help us down the street when we realized that our booking was at the suites instead. Simply put, everybody was incredibly nice the entire time. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel because of the incredible location. I’m not sure we could have found a better one.

We loved our stay at Tornabuoni. Perfect location and amazing staff. You can literally walk anywhere, it is very conveniently located. We have a 7 month old baby and having a kitchen and living area was perfect for us. Views are astounding, we will definitely come back.

Tornabuoni Suites rooms were very nice. We stayed two notes in a superior dbl room and one note in a junior suite. The junior suite was most spacious and the bed was a California king. The room felt very opulent. The rooms condition was quite up to date and modern and the location was outstanding. Walkable everywhere in a few mins. Shops right outside the front door even !!

Very disappointed,came in past 3 PM and claimed that room is not ready and they’re fixing the AC since it’s not working . Receptionist person keeps saying in 20 min it will be ready , still when I asked back she tells me again give me another 5 min. Guests that were coming to check in after me got their rooms while I was still waiting. I told her am really tired and just came in from a 16 hour flight and need to rest and shower. I asked her back again and it was past 4 PM and she tells me room not ready. When I told her will complained to Alessandra and Expedia for false promises to check in and her boss came in and finally took care to give me a room. Will never come to this hotel again.

The entrance to the hotel is a bit difficult to find. It is located between Gucci and Prada stores. Everything else about the hotel was amazing. The location is fantastic, the staff was very helpful and our suite was amazing.

This was a beautiful, centrally located place to stay in Florence a few steps from the Arno and somewhat away from the massively crowded streets. Our room was gorgeous and extremely spacious and comfortable. It provided a great oasis in the middle of the city in the summer. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Florence!

The room was large and beautiful. Great bathroom with enormous double shower. Fantastic location -- easy walk to the train station, the Duomo, the Bargello, the Uffizi and the Ponte Vecchio. Surrounded by great high end shopping if that's your thing: Hermes, Prada, Ferragamo, etc. The desk attendants were helpful and friendly. The immediate area was a bit quieter and more relaxed than some of the very touristy areas (such as the Duomo.) I would highly recommend this if you want to be in the middle of the historic district of Florence.
