The hotel is advertising on expedia that it has hot-tub, partially thats why we chose this property. In the end lobby desk advised there is no such thing on the premises. Expedia should look into it as its false advertising.

Easy enough to find but on a very noisy, busy road. Clean but basic room & bathroom but somewhat dated. Restaurant was fine with dinner served on the terrace but as mentioned it was noisy. Breakfast was very good. My half Italian wife took exception to being identified as 'foreigners' by staff not aware she could speak Italian.

Riktigt smutsigt i typ hiss och mycket som behöver fräschas upp. Vi ville boka en extra natt och det gick smidigt till. Plus på det. Vi upplevde att frukosten var riktigt tråkig. Mest söka saker som är helfabrikat. Mycket mesig terrass som vetter ut mot havet som kan nyttjas av alla. Den var mysig. Rekommenderar denna om man inte är kräsen. Är man kräsen är denna absolut mardröm

Sehr schönes altes grand Hotel , perfekt für uns. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus top. Frühstücks dachterrasse mit wunderbarem Ausblick aufs Meer. Zimmer sauber, Deckenhöhe beeindruckend, neue Schallschutzfenster, Klimaanlage sehr angenehm. Service wunderbar.

Leider ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen (abgesplittertes Holz, Wände im Zimmer ziemlich dreckig). Bei Ankunft geht man davon aus, dass das Zimmer gründlich geputzt wurde, allerdings waren am Duschkopf noch Haare von der Vorgängerin. Zum anderen liegt das Hotel direkt an einer Hauptstrasse, so dass es extrem laut war. Mit offenen Fenster schlafen? - No way! Die Klimaanlagen sind direkt auf dem Dach installiert, so dass man dauerhaft das Brummen hört. Die Zimmer scheinen wohl auch Raucherzimmer zu sein, man wird nur gebeten beim Rauchen das Fenster aufzulassen. Meerblick war schön. Das Frühstück war nicht sonderlich einfallsreich. Jeden Tag das selbe mit sehr wenig Auswahl. Der Kaffee war gut. Für Säfte werden keine Gläser bereitgestellt sondern Plastikbecher, die noch in Plastik verpackt sind. So viel zum Thema weniger Plastik!!!!! Das Personal kam sehr unfreundlich rüber und machen sich nicht mal die Mühe Englisch zu sprechen. Am Empfang wurde auch vom Personal geraucht. Man kam sich als nicht-italienischer Tourist dort sehr unwillkommen vor. Alles in Allem sind die Preise pro Nacht für dieses Hotel nicht gerechtfertigt und die 3 Sterne ebenfalls nicht. Für Durchreisende, die 1 Nacht dort verbleiben sicher ok aber weiterempfehlen kann ich dieses Hotel nicht.

Very convenient hotel, close to Genoa and various beaches. Great position for dining and has private parking. The hotel is in an amazing building but the rooms need renovation, bathrooms are especially outdated. The staff is friendly and helpful and breakfast is a nice plus with fresh pastries and focaccia! Second time stay, I’ll probably come back again.

Ottimo albergo. Camera grande spaziosa e pulita con vista mare spettacolare. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile ogni volta abbiamo avuto bisogno. La colazione era molto buona e varia, contenente sia il dolce che salato , focaccia frutta etc. Consiglierei questo Hotel a chiunque sia interessato a visitare la bellissima Genova.

Das Zimmer ähnelt wie in einem Krankenhaus groß aber sehr wenig Ambiente. Zimmer nach hinten raus was mit Ziglärm war. Nach vorne hat man den Straßenlärm aber gut für 1 Nacht gerade so akzeptabel

La struttura è molto accogliente, la stanza ha solo due difetti: il parquet rumoroso quando vi si cammina sopra. Le stanze lato mare hanno una vista mozzafiato, peccato che danno su una strada molto trafficata e rumorosa con un transito di molte ambulanze con sirene spiegate. Per il resto è tutto OK.

La struttura è molto accogliente, la stanza ha solo due difetti: il parquet rumoroso quando vi si cammina sopra. Le stanze lato mare hanno una vista mozzafiato, peccato che danno su una strada molto trafficata e rumorosa con un transito di molte ambulanze con sirene spiegate. Per il resto è tutto OK.

I liked this hotel, staff were helpful, location is good, close to many restaurants, the airport and grants good access to Genoa. However, what is apparent after closer inspection is that it has seen better days. The rooms are large and bedding is clean but the carpets are rundown, old, the air conditioning is weak, and the flooring has holes in it… at least in our room. The staff do what they can but the property needs an overhaul. I would stay again but don’t come expecting a three star experience.

Sehr umsichtiger, schnell reagierender Service - über den sonst üblichen Standard hinaus. Und: Das Hotel hat Charme; atmet die Grandezza des ausgehenden 19. Jahrhunderts! Cool.

Leider ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen (abgesplittertes Holz, Wände im Zimmer ziemlich dreckig). Bei Ankunft geht man davon aus, dass das Zimmer gründlich geputzt wurde, allerdings waren am Duschkopf noch Haare von der Vorgängerin. Zum anderen liegt das Hotel direkt an einer Hauptstrasse, so dass es extrem laut war. Mit offenen Fenster schlafen? - No way! Die Klimaanlagen sind direkt auf dem Dach installiert, so dass man dauerhaft das Brummen hört. Die Zimmer scheinen wohl auch Raucherzimmer zu sein, man wird nur gebeten beim Rauchen das Fenster aufzulassen. Meerblick war schön. Das Frühstück war nicht sonderlich einfallsreich. Jeden Tag das selbe mit sehr wenig Auswahl. Der Kaffee war gut. Für Säfte werden keine Gläser bereitgestellt sondern Plastikbecher, die noch in Plastik verpackt sind. So viel zum Thema weniger Plastik!!!!! Das Personal kam sehr unfreundlich rüber und machen sich nicht mal die Mühe Englisch zu sprechen. Am Empfang wurde auch vom Personal geraucht. Man kam sich als nicht-italienischer Tourist dort sehr unwillkommen vor. Alles in Allem sind die Preise pro Nacht für dieses Hotel nicht gerechtfertigt und die 3 Sterne ebenfalls nicht. Für Durchreisende, die 1 Nacht dort verbleiben sicher ok aber weiterempfehlen kann ich dieses Hotel nicht.

The size of the room was great, and it was very comfortable! Also, we loved the view from our room, of the water, as well as the convenience of the beach! Also, the hotel breakfast was great! We definitely plan to come back to this hotel! Further, the restaurant right outside of the hotel served great food, had reasonable prices, and was very convenient for us!

I liked this hotel, staff were helpful, location is good, close to many restaurants, the airport and grants good access to Genoa. However, what is apparent after closer inspection is that it has seen better days. The rooms are large and bedding is clean but the carpets are rundown, old, the air conditioning is weak, and the flooring has holes in it… at least in our room. The staff do what they can but the property needs an overhaul. I would stay again but don’t come expecting a three star experience.

Opposite a beach, which is ok but not the best beach, a long way out of Genoa city. Property needs some work, floors squeaked and were dirty. Parking was good. Breakfast offerings were ok, cold selection, no hot food. One good thing was coffee made to order. Not much interaction with staff. Looks grand from the front but inside it feels like it’s due a renovation. Large bedroom size.

La struttura è molto accogliente, la stanza ha solo due difetti: il parquet rumoroso quando vi si cammina sopra. Le stanze lato mare hanno una vista mozzafiato, peccato che danno su una strada molto trafficata e rumorosa con un transito di molte ambulanze con sirene spiegate. Per il resto è tutto OK.

Kannte das Hotel von einer früheren Reise. Sehr gute Lage, sowohl Erreichbarkeit als auch Möglichkeiten vor Ort zum entdecken. Daher dieses Mal perfekter Zwischenstopp auf der Durchreise mit der Familie. Frühstück auf der Sonnenterrasse…😎😍

L’hôtel est très bien placé, il y’a un parking ce qui est très pratique. Notre chambre pour quatre personnes était spacieuse et confortable. L’hôtel a le charme de l’ancien . Vraiment très bien. Le petit déjeuner était très bon ( sauf peut être les « jus de fruit » qui ne sont pas des jus mais de l’eau aromatisée) mais ce n’est qu’un detail. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

Ottimo albergo. Camera grande spaziosa e pulita con vista mare spettacolare. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile ogni volta abbiamo avuto bisogno. La colazione era molto buona e varia, contenente sia il dolce che salato , focaccia frutta etc. Consiglierei questo Hotel a chiunque sia interessato a visitare la bellissima Genova.

Easy enough to find but on a very noisy, busy road. Clean but basic room & bathroom but somewhat dated. Restaurant was fine with dinner served on the terrace but as mentioned it was noisy. Breakfast was very good. My half Italian wife took exception to being identified as 'foreigners' by staff not aware she could speak Italian.

The hotel’s location is very good, and the breakfast was excellent. The morning view was truly one of the best parts of the stay—absolutely beautiful. However, the hotel itself is very old and clearly needs renovation. It’s fine if you’re staying for just one night, but if you’re expecting a modern or updated hotel, be prepared for an older property.
