The hostel was great! It’s affordable and modern. Very close to the train station. The area is sketchy, so don’t go out at night, and the parking is difficult. The mattress was very hard but other than that everything else was great. Great price for breakfast and a good selection!

Really loved the vibes here. Lots of staff and volunteers so tons of activities and fun people to meet. The rooms have real beds which is nice and the lockers are plenty big for all your belongings. Large kitchen with tons of free food, and amenities to cook for yourself, and was pretty clean considering. Really loved the vibes here. Would stay at this chain again.

The room was great, but the atmosphere between guests overall was a bit mixed, and not a typical happy hostel feeling to the place. The common areas were good but bar service very slow and expensive. The lifts were busy and slow to arrive, so I started getting familiar running down 6 flights of stairs. Only 5 mins walk from station.

Clean, comfortable accomodation right near the bus station and port of Genoa. Staff are very friendly and helpful and facilities are great. The gym could use some work but I didn’t expect one anyway so can’t complain.

This hostel has a very young and hip vibe. I was worried about noisiness, but it wasn't an issue at all, even with our room overlooking the courtyard. The room itself was very clean and well stocked. Plus we were so close to the train station. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Genoa.

Hostel muito bem localizado perto da ferroviária Piazza Príncipe com várias opções perto para café da manhã e almoço. Quarto e banheiro muito limpos, frigobar, ar condicionado, Tv, wi-fi excelente. Ficamos no 6°andar, muito silencioso. Nada para reclamar. Recomendo.

I have stayed in various Hostel's over the years & this one was very clean & safe. I did have my own room at the hostel, the room was very clean and had a safe as well. The hostel has cameras in the halls and keyless entry to the rooms, after 8pm you need a code to get up the elevator as well. The staff give you a map with local attractions to the city as well. The staff all speak good English & are very helpful. The hostel is very close to restaurants & local attractions as well & about 2 blocks from a busy train station. The paid breakfast was also very good, lots of options and fresh. The hallways can be busy in the morning & later at night from people coming & going but overall very quiet even when they had loud evening events going on (I did stay on the 6th floor for my stay). Would highly recommend staying here & would use some of their other locations in the future!

Hôtel propre, personnel sympathique, mais pas facile de dormir dans des lits superposés à 3 niveaux car très peu stables et toujours en mouvement. De plus je pense qu'il serait préférable que les salles de bain et toilettes soient situés à l'extérieur des dortoirs afin de garantir le confort de tous.

Great location. Perfect spot near the principle train station. I booked a private room as a solo female traveler over 50. The common areas are wonderful- well designed and inviting. I was on the 6th floor. There are 2 lifts. However- The AC was not working. July. Very hot in Genoa. The room was uncomfortably hot All day and night. No fans provided (a fan could have helped so much as I was covered in sweat). The only relief was leaving the room a LOT and cold showers ever few hours during the night time. It was so hot I couldn't sleep. I had wide open doors to the balcony felt unsafe but I tried it anyway-- there was zero breeze. I could have paid for a regular hotel and been more at ease-- which I regret as it was short visit. No compensation although the staff knew the AC was not working. They said they "are working on getting it fixed". If you plan to stay there during summer months you might contact them in advance to see if it's been fixed or try to request a floor that has functional AC.

Really good value and great service. I stayed with my family but I got the sense that they were aimed more towards a younger clientele. The 20-30 something’s in the reception were incredibly helpful when I had trouble parking and had good answers and suggestions for all my questions. Surprisingly perhaps is that this blew the service at Disneyland hotel (supposedly 5 star but I suspect they count the star in Star Wars) out of the water.

In viaggio con mio figlio, ostello che consiglio anche con bambini, frequentato da viaggiatori internazionali di diverse età. Oltre alle camerate, vi sono anche stanze private con bagno interno. La nostra era pulitissima, enorme e con un letto molto comodo. Gentilezza, accoglienza, spazi comuni curati e atmosfera top. Drink di benvenuto incluso nel prezzo, come anche una serie di beni di prima necessità! Provato anche il bar / pub / ristorante, frequentato anche da esterni: voto 10. An excellent, open hostel with a young heart. It is situated directly near a railway station Genova Piazza Principe; there are the famous Via Balbi elevator, which travels 300m horizontally before ascending directly opposite and Maritime museum per foot available. The atmosphere is very friendly. Can recommend it to stay in Genova!

C'était une hostel incroyable, le personnel était très gentil et serviable. C'était une auberge incroyable, plusieurs articles disponibles dans l'incroyable cuisine, le bar et les articles d'hygiène de base et même de l'anti-moustique pour une randonnée qui j'ai faire ils avaient. J'ai adoré l'hostel et les gens que j'y ai rencontrés. La seule chose est qu'ils auraient pu avoir plus de salles de bain, même s'il y en avait à l'extérieur de la chambre, car une seule pour 6 filles n'est pas suffisante. Superbe emplacement, belle terrasse. La salle de jeux et la salle de sport étaient très bien. C'est vraiment l'un des meilleurs endroits où j'ai séjourné en Italie.
