We arrived with an anxious 9yr old at 430pm to be told that we cant access the pool because you need to reserve pool times. Instead we sat in the scalding hot room for the night with non-functioning air conditioning and a staff that refused to come to the room to help. We wouldve booked elsewhere and wont return.

Haven in busy Napoli. Friendly, helpful staff and top spec clean rooms. Easy road access but at least fifteen minutes walk/funicular to get to cafes, shops etc. Book spa access slot in advance (free to guests), had it all to ourselves for 45 mins, which is nice, but they only switch it on as per bookings, so steam room and jacuzzi were not very warm when we used it.

Nous avons passé un week-end romantique dans ce hotel. Le cadre est vraiment de haut standing: superbe position dominant la baie de Naples, décoration remarquable, personnel extrêmement disponible. I travelled to Napoli with my daughter ! We were charmed by the rooftop view from the hotel. The prosecco and snacks were too good. One of the finest stays we had. Highly recommended.

Everything was exceptional except that use of the pool/jacuzzi on the 6th floor wasn’t communicated on the bookings that would be accessible for 50 euros per person for maximum 3 hours. When you advertise a hotel with a pool should be free of charge. Also mini bar items extremely expensive

This property is perched at the top of a beautiful neighborhood with incredible views of Mt Vesuvius, the Amalfi cost and even Capri in the distance. Very modern with multiple push button rain shower, auto lights and other modern features in the room. We had a virtual suite which means they convert the sitting room into a full king size bed since we were traveling with our daughter. The rooftop and restaurant were excellent in both service and views. Very happy with the hotel and will look to stay there again.

Nicely kept and decorated property. The room had a beautiful view of water, was spacious and clean. My only negative comment, and it’s personal preference, were the sheets on the bed. They were not soft and made of a linen like material. Everything else was outstanding.

Tolles Hotel in gepflegtem Quartier. Service top. Priese für Zummer und auch im Restaurant/Bar hoch aber halt standesgemäss. Wir hatten ein tolles Eckzimmer mit zwei Balkonen und atemberaubendem Blick über ganz Napoli. Wer einen ruhigen Rückzugsort vom lauten Napoli sucht ist hier genau richtig!!

Beautiful views of Naples and lovely lobby. The room itself seemed a bit shabby - the bathroom fixtures were loose (the sink faucet would sink down by itself after lifting it up), and there was barely any sink space to place toiletries. We also requested an accessible room since my partner just had surgery, and the toilet was located 1-2cm away from the shower, making it impossible to use the toilet without moving the shower walls around - which was not impossible, just inconvenient and poorly designed and thought out. The room itself was small but cozy with lovely views of the sea. The hotel location is on a busier road so it can be inconvenient to get around

The room was nice but staff were a bit arrogant (breakfast). I would rate price for money the worst Also they were asking an extra €150 per night for my small dog (less than 6 kilos). I am travelling a lot with my pet and never been asked that ridiculous amount of money

I stay with short but lovely.. Angela the reception manager checked us in and she was amazing. There was a taxi strike in the morning so the hotel arranged a private car for us and we were before the breakfast hours so Angel also arranged box breakfasts for us which were fantastic. Room was large and beautiful loved the two full-sized beds put together.

It was a beautiful hotel. It’s a little far from the city center, but that’s plus for me. The city center is too chaotic for me. If you want to go anywhere you can take a taxi or drive. The staff are nice and helpful.

Staff was lovely. Not a luxury hotel at all. Not a convenient location, actually surrounded by not the nicest area in Naples. Clean hotel, yes, new, yes, lacking charm, very corporate and overly expensive food for what it is. More expensive than a Michelin Starred restaurant - Again, lovely staff. But the hotel has no charm, it's all new but small not comfortable rooms, even though they look big on the pictures.

Easily one of, if not the best option for your stay in Napoli. In the "Hilton brand tradition", there's always something stupid that does not make any sense, like charging you €10 for a can of Coke, but other than that, it is easily your best choice.

The view, bed, breakfast, service, peacefulness of the hotel was great. The only thing that we thought could be improved was the dinner menu. We ate there twice, both times due to nothing available in tha area and we were tired. One night they did not check the weather and we had to eat outside in chilly air.
