Very nice hotel, comfortable, quiet air con, breakfast terrace (11th floor) with great views & good selection including self-make waffles! Nice solarium on 10th floor with jacuzzi & sauna. Lobby & bar good too. Restaurant was small for the size of hotel & with only 1 person taking orders, service was slow. Underground parking about 100 metres away was €30 per 24 hours, but staff helpful - brought car back to hotel for a small payment 🙂

Bra läge o fina rena rum. Tyvärr var bubbelpool stängd vid vårt besök men fick en glimt av takterrassen som såg fin ut. Neapel som stad var däremot ingen höjdare med hemsk trafik. Men finns ju mycket att se i närheten.

Stazione dei Taxi davanti all’uscita per poter raggiungere la stazione se si arriva in treno, comodo parcheggio se si arriva in auto. This hotel is very expensive and has a horrible service, First you have to pay to use the Wifi of the hotel it is not like all the hotels that give you the Wifi they charge you 9 euros!!! The front desk employees are people who don't know anything about what you ask besides their bad attitude!! I had been traveling 20 days in the south of Italy and this was the worst and most expensive hotel that I stayed in the city of Napolis! I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

We are not fans of Naples in general. It’s a very scary, run-down city, but this hotel was nice and modern and we felt safe inside. Our room was modern and had an extra bed in it since we booked with our 6 year old. We only stayed for one night on our way to Capri, but it was walking distance to the ferry and good pizza at Brandi.

Amazing hotel with warmth throughout the hallways. Gave an older and upscale feel. We had a huge corner suite on the 10th floor. Comfortable living room to relax in with an amazing view. We would stay there again!

La suite al 20 piano con vista fantastica su porto ,Maschio Angioino e Vesuvio. Stanza e bagno grandi e luminosi. Ma….. check-in previsto alle 15 consegnata la stanza quasi alle 16 e pronta solo per 2 persone e non per 3 come da prenotazione.Terzo letto non preparato e accappatoio e asciugamani terzo ospite mancanti…. Aria condizionata non facilmente regolabile per cui stanza troppo fredda. Il bollitore presente nella stanza non è stato possibile usarlo in quanto necessario di presa Siemens , l’unica presente nella stanza era difficilmente raggiungibile (dietro a un mobile) e il filo del bollitore troppo corto…. La colazione buona ma con cornetti surgelati, succhi di frutta imbevibili, yogurt solo Bianchi o alla ciliegia. Sinceramente mi aspettavo di meglio, sono rimasta delusa .
