Perfect spot to explore Naples. You can walk from the port/airport bus stop to this wonderful modern hotel. Then it’s right in the heart of Naples, explore the old town or the amazing designer streets. Great facilities. The room was spotless, comfortable and had easy to use tv and coffee for when you’ve had enough of walking the streets of Naples! The gym is well provisioned. If we returned we would definitely use this hotel again.

Hotel is in a great location! There is a Metro stop right outside the hotel, and the hotel is only a 5min walk from the Airport Shuttle (which stops at the Port). Gym is basic, but has good quality eqipment...gym is open 24h which is very helpful. Breakfast is good....nice selection of food. There is also a beautiful terrace, so when the weather is nice, its great to enjoy your breakfast outside. Good size bedroom, and good bathroom. I would definitely stay here again!!

Un hotel de 4 estrellas que ha sido un desastre. La ubicación es buena. Pero es lo único salvable. El aire acondicionado de la habitación hacía un ruido estridente de forma aleatoria, que no dejaba dormir. El bufet del desayuno era muy, muy justito y de baja calidad. Con bollos que no eran del día, por ejemplo. El agua de la ducha tardaba mucho en salir caliente y con muy poca fuerza. La ducha y el grifo del lavabo se salía. La nevera nos la encontramos abierta con todo caliente. En la caja fuerte no hacían contacto algunas teclas. La tetera de la habitación para calentar agua estaba sucia con restos blancos en el fondo y en la boca de salida. Se fue la luz durante horas uno de los días. He estado 4 días y en 3 de ellos uno de los dos ascensores ha estado estropeado, con los tiempos de espera que eso supone en un edificio de 7 pisos. Vamos.... una completa decepción.

L'emplacement de l'Hôtel MERCURE est idéal, à deux pas du port et de l'embarcadère pour les iles. Au centre de tout. Les employées sont accueillantes et serviables. La terrasse du petit-déjeuner donnant sur le château et le port est parfaite. Le seul bémol est le tarif élevé au mois d'Août 140 € la nuit sans le petit-déjeuner (sur place pas de bar, de restaurant, de salle de sport, de piscine, de salle de détente)

L’accueil était très chaleureux. Nous avons eu l’occasion de rencontrer plusieurs personnelles féminins de l’équipe d’accueil. Service impeccable. La station du alibus est également à 5 mn à pieds un vrai plaisir à l arrivée ! De plus, je trouve que la situation de l’hôtel est parfaite pour se rendre tôt pour les bateaux vers les îles trois minutes à pied! la station de métro est située sur le trottoir d’en face ligne 1 parfait pour se rendre jusqu’à la gare. Départ de notre excursion vers Pompéi, le tout en 10 minutes. Je recommande vivement le petit déjeuner au soleil, le matin sur la terrasse de cet hôtel!

We walked straight from ferry from Amafi to this hotel. It was the first and nicest affordable we found on our walk. It was all new modern and clean. They offered free coffee in lobby area. As soon as we arrived we walked to the corner to a hop on hop off bus tour to get a full flavor of the city of Naples for 2 hrs for 20 euros each. After we got off by our hotel and ate at a place called Sano Sano. It was our best meal with a pesto pasta dinner and capri toast. So yummy. There is a beautiful castle a short walk from the hotel. We had an early 6;30 am flight to LAX in the morning. So the hotel booked a 4:15 am taxi for us the night before. The total cost of taxi ride to airport was 22.50 euros for me and my husband. It only took 13 minutes to drive to airport. You are in the middle of town so everything is walking distance. We were very happy with the hotel.

A estadia foi boa mas o pessoal do hotel poderia orientar melhor a questão do estacionanento. Perguntei quando cheguei e disseram que poderia parar do lado do hotel. Antes de parar o veiculo perguntei o preco e disseram 60 euros por 3 noites. Quando parei o carro no estacionamento disseram que o preco era 75 euros. Comentei o problema com o hotel e disseram que tinham uma indicação de estaciinamento. Entao por que nao indicaram quando perguntei???

The property is extremely overrated considering many aspects : The rooms were fairly clean, but not as clean as would you expect from a brand hotel. Bathrooms were not as clean as expected, our room smell started to become really bad. There were not enough variety of food in the restaurent. Towels were of the worst quality possible.

Stayed for 6 nights. The front reception staff were always pleasant and helpful with any concerns i had. My room was always kept tidy, and fridge was always restocked. The area is extremely convenient and you are always a good walking distance from everything. You are in front of a busy street but the sound proof balcony doors really do their job and block out the noise. It was an exceptional experience and I look forward to booking again on my next trip.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, including the pillow which is hard to find a from yet soft pillow that supports the neck well. Nice location and friendly staff. I was told I could look at the breakfast before deciding whether to pay for since I’m vegan and gluten free and the staff at breakfast did not speak English which is fine but they wouldn’t let me take a look before paying/probviding my room number.

Convenient to walk around/explore. Close to the port, rooms/bathroom are small and no A/C but they do have a cooling fan system that we found the second night and it was better. Pillows and bed are really hard/stiff, so if that’s your thing, you’ll sleep well.

The property was nice overall and the train is accessible right across the street. As far as the hotel goes, the first night the electrical sockets weren’t working, so we had to move to a basic room for one night. The next day we returned to our premium room, but Netflix and YouTube weren’t usable due to the poor internet connection. If you’re not someone who relies on TV or streaming, this would be a good place to stay.
The property was nice overall and the train is accessible right across the street. Clean functional hotel well situated in the port area. Room I had very hot, air con not turned to cooling in March. Room was 324 above an alley and next to breakfast room so quite noisy. Good breakfast selection and friendly staff.

The room given to us didn’t match with what we saw when booking through Expedia. In Expedia the Superior Rooms has full height glass door that has views of the outside. However. our room has window that faces a dark alleyway.

We stayed for one night as a stop over. We walked from the port to the hotel. The staff was very helpful as they gave us a tour to do of Naples on foot. We didn’t try the breakfast as we had an early flight, so I can’t comment on that. But the rooms were fine for a night to stay. The bathroom amenities were great, they had NUXE that smell great!

This Mercure is very well located indeed for the heart of Naples, including the port, Opera house, Piazza Plebiscito, Palazzo Reale etc. It is well connected to the railway station at Municipio metro station. The hotel is unassuming, but clean and efficient. Staff helpful. I shall certainly use again

Stayed for 6 nights. The front reception staff were always pleasant and helpful with any concerns i had. My room was always kept tidy, and fridge was always restocked. The area is extremely convenient and you are always a good walking distance from everything. You are in front of a busy street but the sound proof balcony doors really do their job and block out the noise. It was an exceptional experience and I look forward to booking again on my next trip.

The staff was welcoming and helpful with any questions I had. They helped me get a taxi at 5:30am when I had to check out early due to a flight change. The hot breakfast buffet was awesome and the view from the terrance was breath taking. This hotel is right across the castle and near hop on n off bus. The bed was comfy and room was very clean. Location was great. I got excusions booked by the corner agency down a block right across from the port and castle corner. We booked a excursion to Pompeii and boat ride to Capri which was safe. The area around the train station is a bit scary and be careful at all train and metro stations as I was surprised with the amount of pick pockets in all Italy areas like Naples, Rome, and Florence. I recommend to take Ubers or Taxi's around vs Metros. It was 30 Euros from the airport to the hotel and 13.50 euros for a taxi from the hotel to the train station. But i was very happy this hotel it was in a good area and I would stay here again if I visit again. I also found a great exchange rate place that the ratewas 88 euros per $100 US with no commission fee which is located a few stores down on the same side as you walk to the castle. I highly recommend this place.

A estadia foi boa mas o pessoal do hotel poderia orientar melhor a questão do estacionanento. Perguntei quando cheguei e disseram que poderia parar do lado do hotel. Perfect spot to explore Naples. You can walk from the port/airport bus stop to this wonderful modern hotel. Then it’s right in the heart of Naples, explore the old town or the amazing designer streets. Great facilities. The room was spotless, comfortable and had easy to use tv and coffee for when you’ve had enough of walking the streets of Naples! The gym is well provisioned. If we returned we would definitely use this hotel again.

Hotel is in a great location! There is a Metro stop right outside the hotel, and the hotel is only a 5min walk from the Airport Shuttle (which stops at the Port). Gym is basic, but has good quality eqipment...gym is open 24h which is very helpful. Breakfast is good....nice selection of food. There is also a beautiful terrace, so when the weather is nice, its great to enjoy your breakfast outside. Good size bedroom, and good bathroom. I would definitely stay here again!!

Un hotel de 4 estrellas que ha sido un desastre. La ubicación es buena. Pero es lo único salvable. El aire acondicionado de la habitación hacía un ruido estridente de forma aleatoria, que no dejaba dormir. El bufet del desayuno era muy, muy justito y de baja calidad. Con bollos que no eran del día, por ejemplo. El agua de la ducha tardaba mucho en salir caliente y con muy poca fuerza. La ducha y el grifo del lavabo se salía. La nevera nos la encontramos abierta con todo caliente. En la caja fuerte no hacían contacto algunas teclas. La tetera de la habitación para calentar agua estaba sucia con restos blancos en el fondo y en la boca de salida. Se fue la luz durante horas uno de los días. He estado 4 días y en 3 de ellos uno de los dos ascensores ha estado estropeado, con los tiempos de espera que eso supone en un edificio de 7 pisos. Vamos.... una completa decepción.

L’accueil était très chaleureux. Nous avons eu l’occasion de rencontrer plusieurs personnelles féminins de l’équipe d’accueil. Service impeccable. La station du alibus est également à 5 mn à pieds un vrai plaisir à l arrivée ! De plus, je trouve que la situation de l’hôtel est parfaite pour se rendre tôt pour les bateaux vers les îles trois minutes à pied! la station de métro est située sur le trottoir d’en face ligne 1 parfait pour se rendre jusqu’à la gare. Départ de notre excursion vers Pompéi, le tout en 10 minutes. Je recommande vivement le petit déjeuner au soleil, le matin sur la terrasse de cet hôtel!

This hotel was a lovely place to escape the not so nice city of Naples. The breakfast terrace was nice and I would have liked to have it serve lunch and dinner too. Hotel was close to the port where we took a trip to the lovely Island of Ischia. Glad we chose this hotel.
