L’hotel è comodo all’autostrada, si trova in una zona fuori dal centro di Napoli. È a pochi minuti dalle catacombe e vicino alla fermata del bus. Di giorno ci spostavamo con i mezzi, ma la sera usavamo i taxi che purtroppo sono cari soprattutto per noi che siamo una famiglia di 5 persone. La scelta è stata proprio la possibilità di parcheggiare in struttura. La colazione è super e le camere famigliari sono top! Due letti king-size comodissimi e uno singolo. Fuori mano ma è stata una scelta vincente

Struttura bella anche se datata, bello il giardino così come la vista che si gode dalla terrazza, stanze spaziose e confortevoli con letti grandi e comodi, personale gentile e disponibile, comoda la navetta per il centro ma purtroppo non è sempre garantita ma va in base alle disponibilità, inoltre non è previsto il ritorno, pertanto per tornare in hotel, l'unico mezzo è il taxi in quanto l'alternativa è l'attesa interminabile dell'autobus c63 che non ha orari, a volte l'attesa supera un ora, di certo questo è un problema non attribuibile alla struttura ma di cui bisogna tenerne conto. Se raggiungete la struttura in auto, troverete comodo il parcheggio interno gratuito. Il buffet della colazione è vario e ricco, la colazione viene servita fino alle 11 e questo è un vantaggio. Durante il soggiorno ho avuto un piccolo inconveniente dovuto alla mancanza di acqua calda nella doccia, risolto prontamente con il cambio stanza. Stuttura consigliata dalla buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Excellent breakfast buffet and good restaurant for evening dinner. Very helpful staff. Nice garden area with a view of Naples. Convenient to an expressway to travel to areas of interest. However, road to get to hotel dicey, very narrow and 2 way street.

The property is gated which makes it feel very secure, but you do have to get out of your car to ring the buzzer to enter/exit the gate. It is not particularly attractive outside of the gate, but inside the gate is landscaped well. Overall, the room was okay, but the bathroom had some noticeable issues with the plaster on the ceiling. The breakfast was okay, but I opted to purchase it only one out of three mornings that I was there. The AC and fridge did not work properly. After a day of hiking Vesuvius it was frustrating to come back to a warm room and to open the fridge only to find a lukewarm water.

We booked this hotel as an overnight stay to be able to get a quick taxi transfer to the airport. It is set in beautiful gardens on a hill. It is walkable to the city centre in about 20 mins, which is great, but it is quite a hard walk down and up again via a lot of steps. We thought the hotel provided a courtesy transfer to the centre, but we were told no as this needed to be requested the day before. If you are only staying one night then this isn't possible, so this needs sorted. The evening meal in their restaurant was great. A very large, clean bedroom was also great, but there was only 1cover sheet so it was cold in bed. Friendly, helpful staff and a lovely roof terrace. You can hear planes but this didn't annoy us and there's not so much plane noise overnight. No car noise which is great.

The hotel was great! The property was great and gated so I felt safe and the room was very large. Driving to the hotel was a challenge and parking was limited. We just stayed for 1 night and did not try to go into the city so I am not sure how walkable the location was. Overall, it was a great spot.

We had a great stay at this place. It’s on the top of the hill and you have amazing panoramic views of the city. It is within a 15 to 20 minutes walk to center. It has a very safe parking lot which is gated. The staff is great. They also have a good restaurant on site. I am recommending.

This hotel was fine for our last night waiting to go to the airport. The hotel isn't near other restaurants, and the hotel restaurant is ok. The hotel is in need of some updates for sure, there is mold in the bathroom. Like I said, fine.

Πολύ μεγάλα δωμάτια με άνεση αλλά από καθαριότητα όχι και τόσο καλό. Είναι δύσκολη η περιοχή για πρόσβαση με αυτοκίνητο διότι ο δρόμος είναι υπερβολικά στενός με πολύ κίνηση. Το πρωινό πολύ απλό και σε ένα χώρο όχι και τόσο καθαρό και ειλικρινά πολύ λίγα πράγματα μπορείς να γευτείς. Το προσωπικό ειναι πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο. Για την περιοχή της Νάπολη ειναι από τα καλα σε σχέση με αλλα που είδα.

The front desk was great but the rooms had cockroaches and bugs and the AC did not work and looked shabby. The restaurant was not great and very pricey for the quality of food they offered. The front desk told that they had a discounted rate for the taxi company but we paid more that other taxis and realized not to use their taxi company

Hotel fuori mano, sporco e trascurato. Uniche note positive: il parcheggio interno, i letti grandi e comodi e il personale di reception accogliente. Per il resto servizi da 2 stelle al prezzo di un 4. Stanza grande con un forte odore di stantio, il bagno aveva gli arredi gonfi d'acqua e mezzi smontati, il copriwater corroso e consunto, la doccia sporca di muffa e calcare senza guarnizioni che faceva allagare il pavimento durante l'utilizzo. Ci hanno consegnato uno spinotto per attivare la corrente che non funzionava, ogni volta dovevamo perdere tempo a trovare una posizione adeguata affinché facesse contatto, per non parlare della pulsantiera elettrica con i fili esposti. I muri sembravano di carta velina: la prima notte siamo stati svegliati dai rumori dei tubi dell'acqua delle stanze accanto, la seconda dai tacchi degli ospiti del piano superiore. La cosa peggiore però è stata la colazione. Ambiente carino ma incredibilmente sporco. Uova verdi e affettati secchi e stantii. Dolci surgelati crudi all'interno. Personale che ignorava i clienti e dava risposte scortesi. Dopo oltre mezz'ora che attendevamo che qualcuno ci chiedesse cosa volessimo di caldo da bere abbiamo noi fermato un cameriere per chiedere due caffè. Inutile dire che vista l'esperienza della colazione abbiamo evitato il ristorante. Costo sovradimensionato, non consigliato.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo Hotel e per noi è stato il soggiorno perfetto. Camera ampia, bagno con doccia delle dimensioni giuste, tutto pulitissimo, letti grandi. Colazione ottima. Forse leggermente poca scelta sul salato ma ottima sul dolce. Vista meravigliosa dai balconi e dalla terrazza e comodo parcheggio interno. Assolutamente consigliato

I did not like that booking with expedia, the rooms are in the basement. Dark and muggy. The staff was great. no complaints. The area and location was good as well. Questionable once the sun sets. I found it strange they had no bottled water to purchase at the hotel.

Staff were great. Nice property but obviously 50 years old or more. Could use a bit of love. Bed was horrible. Mattresses broken. If the owners ever chose to update it would be amazing. Their rooftop view of Naples was beyond words...

This place is straight from the 90s. It was clean and beds were comfortable, room was large for the 2 double and twin beds. But, the lights kept going on and off, remote broken and not fixed, broken spots in wall in bathroom, old and needing replaced vanity due to damage. The power also went out 3 times. They kept moving our rental car - maybe so people didn’t see it? You also had to get out of your car to hit the button and ask them to open the gate leaving and arriving. I would not stay here again.

Very nice employees, nice surrounding gardenarea. Bad breakfast, Aircraft noise due to the location in the take-off runway of the airport, Hotel itself is quite outdated, 4* level maybe in the 70s, ambience a little bit like in "Shining"

L’hotel è comodo all’autostrada, si trova in una zona fuori dal centro di Napoli. È a pochi minuti dalle catacombe e vicino alla fermata del bus. Di giorno ci spostavamo con i mezzi, ma la sera usavamo i taxi che purtroppo sono cari soprattutto per noi che siamo una famiglia di 5 persone. La scelta è stata proprio la possibilità di parcheggiare in struttura. La colazione è super e le camere famigliari sono top! Due letti king-size comodissimi e uno singolo. We booked this hotel as an overnight stay to be able to get a quick taxi transfer to the airport. It is set in beautiful gardens on a hill. It is walkable to the city centre in about 20 mins, which is great, but it is quite a hard walk down and up again via a lot of steps. We thought the hotel provided a courtesy transfer to the centre, but we were told no as this needed to be requested the day before. If you are only staying one night then this isn't possible, so this needs sorted. The evening meal in their restaurant was great. A very large, clean bedroom was also great, but there was only 1cover sheet so it was cold in bed. Friendly, helpful staff and a lovely roof terrace. You can hear planes but this didn't annoy us and there's not so much plane noise overnight. No car noise which is great.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We arrived early from a red-eye flight and they let us have our rooms several hours before check-in time, which was a life saver!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Napoli! The service was truly exceptional—every staff member was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and maintained to the highest standards, making it easy to feel at home. The gardens were absolutely beautiful—a serene oasis that provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Everything was fine except that during check-in the reception person insisted on charging my daughter an additional amount for a 5th person even though I booked the room that clearly indicated it sleeps 5. I don’t understand the false advertising and I certainly did not appreciate the additional charges. If you book a room that says it sleeps 5 and you pay the price on line you should not be charged for the 5th person at check in. Get it right!

The property is beautiful. We arrived and were amazed by the beauty. Check in went smoothly and our room was spacious, clean and wonderful. That was where it ended. We went to order a Negroni at the bar (it was on the menu), we were told that they couldn’t make anything on the menu and they didn’t have alcohol for Negroni’s… so we settled for a glass of wine. When dinner came, we asked for menu twice and didn’t get one. Then, the staff told us that the menu was displayed at the entrance was no longer available. So there were no menus. The staff created it for other diners while we were sitting there but we still didn’t receive one. We were told to order with no menu and no prices. We ordered pasta, prawns, calamari and French fries for our kids. We received one bowl of pasta in the first hour, then sat for nearly another 45 minutes without receiving food or updates. We almost left it took so long. We didn’t even bother checking for breakfast after our experience at the restaurant the night before. Then we went to catch the taxi that we booked with the staff at check-in the day before. We double checked with the staff on timing and were assured it would be there, but it didn’t show up. The staff were fairly unhelpful at that point. We asked to book a shuttle with them and offered to pay the fee listed at the desk, but they refused. Our daughters were on the verge of tears with the stress of the situation and we almost missed our flight.

It was a very short stay. The hotel is 10 mins to the airport and it was the main reason I stayed there. It is not walkable. There is really nothing around that you can go walk for shopping or food. The hotel was nice. No pool.

Per lavoro, ho preso una delle stanze al piano 1 (di fatto un seminterrato). Stanza e piano dell'hotel che ricorda i vecchi fasti. Colazione base, ma molto standard, non troppo varia, ma sufficiente. Zona difficile da raggiungere a piedi (e con strade strette), ma molto bella con bella vista su Napoli.

The hotel is nice but location is not convenient at all. It's situated on the top of the high hill and there is no close by public transport. Taxis take sometime to come. The only alternative is to go up and down by long stairs and uphill, which takes around 25 min, if you'r fit then no problem! :))

Excellent breakfast buffet and good restaurant for evening dinner. Very helpful staff. Nice garden area with a view of Naples. Convenient to an expressway to travel to areas of interest. However, road to get to hotel dicey, very narrow and 2 way street.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo Hotel e per noi è stato il soggiorno perfetto. Camera ampia, bagno con doccia delle dimensioni giuste, tutto pulitissimo, letti grandi. Colazione ottima. Forse leggermente poca scelta sul salato ma ottima sul dolce. Vista meravigliosa dai balconi e dalla terrazza e comodo parcheggio interno. Assolutamente consigliato

Run down hotel that is still in the 70’s. Really nothing positive about that hotel, even the terrace with a beautiful view has been terribly designed and felt like abandoned. The hotel is noisy and you hear your neighbors as well as people in the corridor and the constant flights since it is straight underneath the fly path of Naples airport… I’m glad I only had to stay for only one night but I don’t wish to anyone to stay there

The view was amazing on the 5th floor. The air conditioner was warm and did not cool off the room well. It’s an old but beautiful building and well maintained. I loved the rustic and historical charm of hotel.

Make sure you use the shuttle service they recommend. Our driver gave up and dropped us off about 15 minutes away up 400-500 stairs. We grabbed a taxi from the airport, so our fault. Naples is very confusing, even for local drivers. The hotel, staff, restaurant and view from the roof are all great. Once you are up there you are stuck without a taxi. So plan on spending some money to get around and see some things. The stuff within walking distance was pretty rough.
