Very nice room with nice antique furniture. A nice comfy chair. Breakfast was excellent with protein, boiled eggs, cheese and slice meat. It had a elevator too which was fantastic. Very good location.

Hotel was dated and our room had exposed wires and old sockets. Carpet was stained and safe did not work initially. On the plus side, daily housekeeping and free breakfast. Area around hotel was very unpleasant with lots of poo (mix of ?human ?dog ? unknown) and large amounts of rubbish. Had a balcony but was filthy.

We arrived to a suite whose bathroom smelled bad, the A/C and the mini fridge did not work. We were initially offered a 20 euro discount, but then the front desk offered us another suite with working A/C and mini fridge. The suite didn’t smell great, but it was better than the other one. We were grateful for working A/C. Overall, we would have rated the hotel higher if we wouldn’t have had to fight for a proper suite, and if the suite smelled better.

Next time I will stay at another hotel. The room was pretty hot because the AC was not very good. The toilet needed about 10 minuts before it could flush after the previous person. Funny smell in the room and not possible to open the window. Cannot recommend it. Breakfast was ok.

Great location, close to the train station. Hotel pleasant and clean. Breakfast not the worst. The coffee from the machine is rather weak. Fresh rolls, toasted bread, cheese and ham. Plus, of course, croissants and cakes. A big minus for the lack of heating. During the January rains there was a bit of warmth missing :)

The walls in our room had multiple cracks and the carpet was very old. Lots of stains on bed linens and walls and carpet. Our bathroom had no real shower curtain so water went all over the floor. The building in general was rather dingy. I wouldn’t recommend. Definitely not clean like the pics portrayed. Way way way overpriced!!

Ein günstiges Hotel. Für den Preis konnte man durchaus zufrieden sein. Von dem starken Verkehr vor der Haustür war im Zimmer (zum Innenhof) überraschenderweise kaum etwas zu hören. Frühstück war für den Preis OK, an der Sauberkeit nichts zu beanstanden. Die Matratze war fest und bequem.

This property is just 5 min walk to central station. Its on main road, so its safe. Shopping n food options are plenty nearby. Check in is till late, we checked in at 12.30 am and there was no issues. Staff was very polite and friendly. We just stayed one night n moved to sorrento via train

They helped us out in a pinch when we had to suddenly travel to Naples to avoid a transportation strike happening the next day. We arrived after check in closed at midnight but the clerk waited for us and was an absolute gem of a human being when we got there. He gave us lots of info that made traveling locally the next day so much easier.

El hotel está en un entorno ideal para conocer Nápoles y viajar por sus cercanías, como Pompeya, Herculano, o el Vesubio, al estar a un paso de la estación de Nápoles Central, pero en una calle que llega a la plaza Garibaldi, muy ruidosa. El hotel está un poco ajado, la ducha super estrecha e incómoda, se oye bastante ruido de la calle. El desayuno bien y el personal amable. Creo que la relación calidad precio es adecuada teniendo en cuenta que los alojamientos son cada vez más caros. En diez minutos andando llegas a Tribunali, una de las calles más turísticas, y en metro en nada llegas a muchos puntos de la ciudad.

L’hôtel est facile d’accès, pas très loins de la gare centrale et le métro Garibaldi. Très bon accueil. La chambre reste moyenne mais confortable. Le petit déjeuner reste moyen. MAIS ATTENTION au quartier la nuit, il y a de nombreux pickpockets.

Hotel perto da estação de trem com acesso fácil a metro e ao centro histórico . STAFF atencioso , limpeza adequada e um bom café da manhã . Quarto confortável , banheiro simples porém um ótimo banho . Recomendo para quem quer ficar próximo ao centro histórico .

Overall stay was good but the room in which I was staying had sewerage problems so many times my room was stinky badly because of the bathroom sewerage problem even when I am not using it. Breakfast was included in the booking but there wasn’t many options. There was no eggs in breakfast, no proper yogurt options. So if you are an egg lover then you have to go out for breakfast
