Napolit'amo Hotel Principe

入り口が分かりにくいです。おそらく朝以外は閉まっている大きな扉の脇にインターホンがあって、呼び出すと扉の鍵を開けてもらえます。建物自体は古くてエレベーターも野ざらし、朝食会場等の床も揺れるのがちょっと気にはなりますが水回りは綺麗なので、全体的には満足できました。

A propriedade está localizada a uns 50 metros da estação de Metro Toledo, e isso é um diferencial, alem de estar na rua de maior concentração de lojas e locais de alimentação de Nápoles. Há muita proximidade com vários pontos turísticos e devido ao Metro, podemos nos deslocar para qualquer outro ponto em minutos. Descontando o fato de o elevador estar em reparo quando estivemos na propriedade, os demais itens foram muito bons. Café da manha de certa forma farto para os padrões europeus, Quarto confortável, banheiro amplo para os padrões europeus, quarto silencioso e limpo. Quanto ao staff, deixo um forte abraço a Virginia, que nos recebeu excelentemente bem, e aos demais funcionários que fazem o seu melhor a cada dia que estivemos nesta propriedade. Com certeza, voltando a Nápoles, ficaremos nela. Que mantenham assim sempre. Uma observação extra. Não encontramos o Metro funcionando aos sábados e domingos e isso é um ponto negativo na cidade.

Great Location but pedestrian zone, so you have to park two blocks away. The staff are really friendly. A bit loud from the street if on weekends.

The hotel is in a convenient location on Via Toledo. Steps from the Toledo subway stop, restaurants and shopping. We walked to the Archeological Museum (it’s a bit of a distance but we enjoy walking) The room was spacious compared to others we’ve stay in Europe. The floor was done in large tiles that were clean and cool. One BIG note to others: the entrance to the hotel is not easy to find. Look for very large (think delivery truck passage) green doors just to the right of the Lush store and a bakery. When we were there, a bit of white graffiti was sprayed on them. There is a “people” door cut into one of the large doors. On that wall, ther is a button to press next to a small placard that has the hotel name. They will buzz you in. After that, walk to the elevator and the reception is on the 2nd floor. If you arrive by taxi they need to drop you around the corner because Via Toledo has traffic restrictions. The breakfast is amazing and the dining room is equally as wonderful. We walked to the port with our rolling suitcases to get our ferry. If you take a cab, it takes twice as long. A 15 minute walk, partially downhill was very easy. We walked it the day before to get our tickets and to make sure we knew where we were going. This hotel is a great value and very nice for the price.

Good hotel in old building, friendly staff and breakfast was included. It's on a second floor but there is an elevator available. Only downside is that cab can't reach entrance because front of hotel in on a pedestrian street, but you don't need to walk much.

Located on a great shopping street in a pedestrian area. Really short distance from the Metro. Located within walking distance of the port and other tourist sites. Front desk people were very helpful. Luggage storage is available.

Overall a good property. VERY HARD TO FIND. IT is on a busy pedestrian street. NO signage and be hind a very large steel door. If a shop keeper did not tell us where it was, we would have never found it. It is on the second and third floor of the building. You have to go outside for stairs or a tiny elevator. It is located a 1/2 block from the Toledo metro station. Good breakfast.. We had a problem with reservation. Tried cancelling one day. The request was made within 24 hours of making the reservation. Niether Expedia or the Hotel would help.

At first it was hard to find behind 2 large doors full of graffiti but once inside the courtyard it had so much charm the hotel was great breakfast was very good unfortunately there was no bar has stated We will return

This was a great place right on Toledo Ave with lots of shopping and food options. The staff were very nice, elevator worked and was "free", 24 hour desk service, help with ordering taxi, AC worked. I would recommend this place to travelers. My only suggestion is that the lighting in the bathroom was very dim so not great for getting ready in the morning.

Our experience at this hotel was very pleasant. The location is excellent — close to shops, markets, and all the main cultural sights. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to choose from. The hotel could use a bit of an update, especially in the outside lobby areas, where some extra cleaning and maintenance would improve the overall impression. However, the room and bathrooms were spotless, and we had a great stay overall. I especially loved how convenient it was to everything, and I would definitely return.

Really enjoyed our stay - room was clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff and good breakfast. Excellent location for the Spanish Quarter and very close to the Toledo Metro, so easy transit to Garabaldi/Centrale train station for trips to Pompeii and Herculaneum. Just note that signage for the hotel is poor, the reception is at first floor level after entering the building through so large metal gates on Via Toledo. But I would gladly stay there again

Excellent location, it took us a while to find it bc the signage is very small on a wall not even facing the street, the entrance was behind a large metal door covered in graffiti we would have never thought the hotel was behind the door, we had to get buzzed in to enter, buzzed in to enter our room floor, lights are kept off and only turn on with movement in the hall very eerie. Beds were hard. Room was clean and so was the bathroom. staff very friendly.

Das Hotel liegt seht zentral in der Fussgängerzone der Innenstadt, direkt an der U-Bahn station. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und der Frühstück war gut. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden in dem Hotel gerne wieder übernachten.

The room was spotless and large and the staff are really friendly. The breakfast was great, with delicious sfogliatelle for a Neapolitan touch. The only bad point is the entrance is not what I expected. I did have to wear earplugs because it is on Neaples' busiest street and we were there on a Saturday night, so there was noice outside. But that also means the location is great for sight seeing.

Room was OK but air conditioning not plugged in, window filthy and looking out on scaffolding so it wasn't safe to leave open. Throughout the building, wires sticking out of walls and the place looked unfinished and tired. Lobby area includes tatty and broken furniture (the arms come with you when you get out of the chairs). Breakfast is disappointing - you have to ask for a coffee, the staff may not offer anything better than than tepid brown stuff in a flask. Limited selection of breakfast items, especially fruit, (and no labels).

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The common areas are very dated and could really use some renovation. The room itself was fine for a short stay, but the overall look of the hotel feels old. That said, the location is perfect and makes it very easy to explore the city on foot. If location is your priority, this hotel works well for a quick stay.

I loved the hotel and the location, however, the bed was horrible which is a large part of what I need a hotel for.

We stayed here for three nights and we enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful and the room was clean. Super hot water, which was a plus. The only negative was that the beds were super uncomfortable and the pillows extremely flat we also wish there was a telephone in the room, all in all it was a good stay

Lovely hotel right in the heart of things. The deluxe room is worth it as we enjoyed pizza and drinks overlooking Via Toledo. It’s not a sterile chain hotel and I think that’s the point…

Great area to stay. In the asking distance of most attractions in Naples. Nice breakfast. Rooms clean with comfortable beds and pillows. AC worked well. Although it was on a loud and busy street, the room was quiet. I would stay again. Outlet fixtures, needed to be repaired but that was minor.

We didn’t get to stay at the property as our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next evening. We let the hotel know that we wouldn’t be arriving that evening, using Expedia messaging service, however would still require the room for the following 2 nights. However, they WhatsApp messaged me a few hours before our rescheduled flight the next day to say they could no longer accommodate our booking and had booked us into another hotel. They assured us that the new hotel were okay with our late arrival (estimated 11.30pm). As we were about to go to the gate and would arrive in Naples around 11pm I didn’t feel we were in a position to refuse the alternative accommodation and try to book somewhere ourselves. As it happens the new hotel check in closed at 11pm (shortly after we landed). I had to message both parties, the staff member who’d been messaging me from hotel napolitamo called the new hotel and asked them to wait so we weren’t stranded in Naples in the middle of the night with our luggage. The new hotel was messaging me every few minutes hurrying us along - unfortunately I had no control over how long it took the airline to give us our baggage. Upon arrival at the new hotel, which was further than the airport that Hotel Napolitamo, they charged us a €20 ‘late check in fee’ and they don’t do breakfast. We had breakfast booked with Hotel Napolitamo. All in all it was a pretty dismal affair and we were not offered even a partial refund.

Excelente localização, o básico que funciona. Durante a lua de mel ficamos por 3 dias, o quarto é confortável, mas não tem nada demais, a descarga deu trabalho, um cheiro nada agradável vinha da rua e são desorganizados em relação a limpeza dos quartos. Pedi para não limpar durante nossa estadia e pela manhã simplesmente entraram sem bater, eu dormindo e minha esposa no banheiro. Eles precisam de plaquinhas de não atrapalhe urgente. O café da manhã faltou frutas, muito simples.

I needed a last minute stay and this was well priced and a good location for us. Front desk arranged an early morning taxi to the airport. The room was very clean and spacious. Overall great stay!

Hotel comodissimo, pulito e in posizione strategica. Ottima colazione. Personale formidabile, gentilissimi oltre ogni aspettative. Un amico, che stava in un altro hotel, non aveva deposito bagagli, beh le ragazze al desk hanno permesso di lasciarlo insieme al nostro gratuitamente. Voto 10 e lode. Consigliatissimo!

Location comodissima sia x visitare a piedi tutto il centro città che arrivando dalla stazione con la metro ( la fermata e' fronte hotel) La reception grande valore aggiunto x disponibilità e gentilezza Colazione ricca e variegata di dolce e salato in ampia sala del sapore barocco Siamo tornati più volte in questa struttura e la consigliamo sempre !!!!

Great staff, great location, love it!

We requested an early check in and were pleased to get one. The young lady at the desk was very pleasant and gave us a lot of information. The room was comfortable with everything you need. We had a half balcony on the side of the building. The breakfast was great and was in a large ballroom. The one thing I will mention is that the entrance to the hotel is through a very large graffiti covered door. Once inside it’s not obvious where the hotel is as it is the back of a restaurant and a couple other businesses. There is a small elevator and we asked a gentleman which floor the rooms were on. He says three…it wasn’t, we tried two…not there, finally one. My only complaint is to have more signage to make it clearer coming in the hotel. I would recommend.

Nossa estadia foi muito agradável. O hotel tem uma localização incrível. As instalações estão em um prédio do ano 1800 que pertenceu a um príncipe. Foi todo reformado. As funcionárias Virginia, Francesca e Daria fizeram toda diferença nos dispensando um atendimento de qualidade. Foram extremamente gentis e atenciosas com nossas demandas.

Excellent location within a very short walking distance to the metro stops, which take you to the train station in a few minutes. Good breakfast. Fantastic location on main shopping street. Here there was the best streatfood and best pizza in Naples. It's not luxurious, but great value for money, so I definitely recommend it to anyone.

Very nice hotel in excellent location - close to metro stop and in vibrant part of town. Excellent breakfast! Large comfy rooms, some with balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff, Note can be noisy at night due to location - bring earplugs if that bothers you.

Check in receptionist was excellent, breakfast not so good, could have been much better.

The hotel is right in the middle of the main shopping area and its location is excellent. The room was large and well appointed. Breakfast was in a large airy room, obviously the chief reception room of the old palazzo. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Altogether a very good choice.
