Otima localização, muito próximo a estacao de trem Napoli Centrale, com acesso a trens de alta velocidade, trens regionais e metro. Alem de excelentes opcoes de restaurantes bem proximos. O hotel com ambiente agradável e confortável, alem de bastante limpo. Café da manhã com boas opções. Conseguimos check-in antecipado e guarda de malas sem custo no check-out.

We were here for one night as our flight to Naples arrived in the evening. Check in was super easy, and we had a lovely spacious room. Breakfast was great. AC also worked really well. Another nice touch is that there’s a kettle near reception where you can make yourself a coffee- handy! There’s also a 24h bar service, though we didn’t need to use it. Really recommend this hotel if in Naples, very convenient to main train station, and also close to port.

The hotel was in a very good location for the activities that we wanted to do. A short walk to the central station was very handy. The room was clean and tidy, with a very good breakfast. Also a nice seating area inside and outside the property. The surrounding neighbourhood was a bit on the unpleasant side though. Also the late night trains made it difficult to get to sleep. All in all, great value for money, would stay again if we decided to return to Naples.

Ottimo albergo per posizione, nonostante vicino alla stazione è risultato silenzioso oltre che comodo per tutti i servizi. Non lo consiglio a chi ha bambini, in quanto in questa catena di alberghi non è previsto il minifrigo in camera, neanche a pagare un supplemento!

Veldig sentral beliggenhet like ved tog-, buss- og metrostasjonen. Ca 30 min gange til Via Toledo om en ville gå i stedet for metro. Koselig bakgård der man kunne kose seg med et glass øl eller vin. Vannkoker og kaffe/te i fellesområdet. Fine, men små rom, stort bad. Vi hadde tremannsrom, og det sto at det var med tre enkeltsenger, men det var kun to + en gjesteseng som var ubehagelig å ligge i. (Vi var tre voksne. ) Vi hadde betalt for frokost, men det er nok like bra, om ikke bedre, å kjøpe seg frokost en annen plass. Det var ganske stort utvalg, men ganske smakløst egentlig. Men helt greit. Området rundt virket trygt å gå i til og fra stasjonen. Ser mange har skrevet at det virket utrygt, men den opplevelsen hadde ikke vi. Om vi kommer tilbake til Napoli en annen gang,er jeg ikke i tvil om at vi vil bo her igjen. Anbefales!

Just spent 7 nights at this Ibis which is within 5 minutes walk of the metro and train station. Perfect location for ease of access everywhere, very friendly staff, always smiling, great breakfast which can be eaten inside or in the courtyard. Roberto on reception is super helpful as are all of the breakfast staff. Yes you are next to the train station and tracks but shut the door and you can't hear anything. Great value, felt very safe there and realistic bar prices so what's not to like!!! THANK YOU FOR MY BIRTHDAY CAKE AND CANDLE!!

This hotel was walkable from the Naples central train station with many restaurants and cafe close by. The room was in great condition. It was modern, clean, with food options in the hotel if we so chose. The bedroom was great, with air conditioning. It had a blow dryer that worked. The window overlooked the train tracks so you felt the vibrations on the train when they went by.

If you wan to to stay near the train station, this place is perfect. Unfortunately, we stayed in one the rooms facing the train railways and if you want to sleep with the windows opened, it was imposible due to the noice from passing trains. Shower room was very small.

Naples public areas (streets and sidewalks) are always grubby as is the area around the hotel. However, it is close to transportation, restaurants, shops and laundry. The hotel backs up to small railroad track but the noise was minimal due to the double pane windows. The shower is small. I would stay here again.

Clean and central hotel near the main station. We found the beds pretty uncomfortable and they had to change our room as the bed was broken but all in all it was good and the staff were really helpful .

The receptionist during check-in wasn’t very friendly nor very polite. I was trying to explain something from the hotels.com app about breakfast and she kept interrupting and saying, “no, breakfast you have to pay. Not free”. The room was clean, but the bed squeaked every time I got n and out of bed. The shower is tough because if you have to stand right under the shower head otherwise you’ll get the rest of the bathroom wet since the shower wall only comes out 1/3 of the way.

The hotel is clean with comfortable bed and white duvet comforter. Nice bathroom with amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. Good choice of breakfast. Hotel is 1 block from train station. Neighborhood clean and safe. They can store your luggage and get a taxi for you in minutes. Definitely will stay here again.

The stay was good, the location was great (5 minute walk from train station. The front desk staff were lovely. I wouldn’t say this necessarily reflects the staff, not sure what the hiring process is like for them but friends of ours stayed on a different floor and one of them left for breakfast while the other stayed behind. When he came out of the bathroom, he caught a maid with his wallet in her hands. The door said do not disturb. I can only assume she they both left.

Ibis Styles Napoli Garibaldi Hotel is a hidden gem, located on a side road, with few minutes walk from Napoli (Naples) central train station. Our room was super clean, extremely quiet, spacious and comfortable. All staff members were extremely helpful and friendly particularly as we realised that we had booked our return flight for Sunday but the hotel stay only to Saturday. Nothing was too much to ask. They sorted our extra night with no hassle whatsoever and allowed us to check in earlier than their normal check-in time. I'd warmly recommend Ibis Styles Napoli Garibaldi for a short(ish) stay in Naples and would definitely stay again if my travels ever take me back to Naples.

Very convenient for Central Station and Garibaldi Square but not easy to find down a grotty side street. Hotel is next to railway lines. Room was small, especially the bathroom but this is the city centre. The bed was very hard! Breakfast reasonable continental style with scrambled egg available. Can sit outside. Staff very helpful for early check in and onward taxi booking.

We only stayed one night at ibis Styles Napoli. We booked due to its proximity to the train station (5 min walk). We had a little trouble finding it but thankfully had good signage on building. Room was a little small but comfortable. Breakfast was really pleasant. Lots of seating available and an outdoor terrace. Would stay again.

A very nice hotel with a fabulous buffet breakfast. Near the train station, so transportation is easy. Especially recommend nearby Trattoria da Donato—great food with a delightful nonna in charge.
