Advertised a restaurant that offered local cuisine but there was no food options as the restaurant was only possibly open for breakfast but it was unclear if the restaurant actually opened at all. The front desk could order in pizza as an option as there were no other restaurants in the area. The only other option was to eat at the airport. The beds were clean but the mattresses were not pillow top as advertised. The window in our room opened to a filthy rooftop. Would not recommend.

The room was clean and comfortable, check-in was easy. The hotel is within walking distance of Naples airport, perfect for early morning flights. When I stayed, there was bar service only and no restaurant.

Gentlemen at front desk not friendly and little rude to short answers concerning any questions. Site photos are very inaccurate. Only positive is 15 min walk or close drive to airport. Ruff area around this hotel.

Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. We had 2 room, neither are as pictured in the listing. Restaurant is open for breakfast only, no close by dining options. Beds were clean but rest of room was in need of cleaning. 15 minute walk to airport but is difficult with luggage. Would likely not stay here again.

Expedia website showed that this property had Airport shuttle service and that was the main reason I picked the hotel; BUT the staff told me they never had a shuttle service. Your website information is incorrect. Because of that I had to hire a taxi for 20 euros, and go thru mental struggle if the taxi would come on time or not. I am not sure Expedia is wrong. Either the property manager reported information wrong or Expedia recorded it wrong

For a hotel that is not that old it looked old and been remodeled and not done very well. Room was stark to say the least. No pictures and just white walls. It looks like there should have been curtains but they were never put up. There were only puĺl down curtains that wouldn't go back up in the morning. Very uncomfortable staying there physically and mentally. Close to the airport but no shuttle. We were charged 25E for a 5 minute drive.

This is not a 4star hotel! The room was dirty, had camp cots for beds, and was nothing like the pictures. We chose this hotel based on the distance to the airport. Next time we’ll set our alarm 15 minutes and stay at a better hotel in Naples.

We booked this hotel for its location near the airport and that is the only aspect that didn’t fail. The rooms were filthy , sheets so worn there were holes, unsecured windows leading to accessible rooftops, no working temperature control. It was literally disgusting. The “restaurant “ wasn’t open so wasn’t able to experience it.

Personnel pas très agréable à l’arrivée. Chambre miteuse et sale (traces aux murs, aliments par terre, poils dans les draps). Le restaurant était fermé, nous aurions aimé avoir l’information avant car sans voiture c’était très compliqué, ayant des difficultés à marcher nous n’avons pas pu aller à un autre restaurant. Nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit à cause du bruit (départ de voyageurs à partir de 2h du matin qui claquaient les portes + bruit de la route). Plus jamais …

My single room was quite basic, but as I used it mainly as a base to explore Naples, that wasn’t a problem. Housekeeping cleaned the room scrupulously each day and replaced the refrigerated bottles of water. The entire hotel looked spotless, and the breakfast spread offered an excellent start to the day. The location is ideal for the airport — just a five-minute walk, though you do need to cross a few busy roads. It’s also convenient for reaching the city centre via the often-crowded Alibus, although squeezing onto it each day did start to feel a bit of a chore after a couple of trips. Next time, I might just take a taxi instead.

The pictures doesn’t match the room we stayed. Very outdated room, the floor wasn’t clean and a cigarette smell. Very noise because the room was on side of the busy street. We only booked because we had a very early flight but we regretted.

This is a great option if you need to walk to the airport. We had rooms on the street-side of the hallway and they were very loud. If you can get rooms off the street, it’s a great option. Very clean.

No hot water in hotel, broken shower, air conditioning not working, room next to bin storage - very noisy and smelly no breakfast available even though rate included it and final insult was tried to charge for bottle of water not consumed. Do NOT stay here. I am pursuing a full refund. Totally unexceptional.

Staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. A/C was great. Bar was nice and drinks were good. The nearest dining options were at the airport a few blocks away, which we walked to and from in daylight. Checked out before breakfast opened. In-room or lobby coffee would have been nice. Hotel is on a busy street, so lots of road noise and sirens during the night. Area is a bit sketchy, so we opted for a taxi to airport instead of walking with luggage for our early morning flight. Would stay here again for nearness to airport.

This property served its purpose. Booked this place to be within walking distance of the airport. It was exactly that. We were able to walk to the airport which was 13mins away. Property was super basic and bit outdated. Honestly the room itself was boring basic but bathroom was more of where I think updating needs to happen first. With being near airport of course can be a bit loud at times. Not in a busy touristy area so the surrounding is definitely sketch, wouldn’t recommend being out past dark. We did end up finding a local restaurant about 12mins walk away. About as authentic as it gets but had really good pizza, just be aware of the sketchy walk. Anyways hotel was exactly as expected. Basic but convenient for airport travel in the morning.

We booked a superior double and there was nothing superior about it… Coffee or tea left in the cup from the previous occupant, yellow stains on the pillowcases, and the room was not representative of what was shown in the photos. There was no bedframe for the bed no chairs in the room to sit on. False advertisement at its finest when I went down to complain and ask for a different room, I was offered the classic double which was significantly better, but it was a downgrade, and I was not offered any compensation. The location of the hotel is great for the airport. We were able to walk to the airport within 10 minutes with luggage. However, there is nothing nearby that you can walk to for food, and it is extremely dirty in the city of Naples. This is not their fault, but you will see trash everywhere.

This was a horrible experience. My room was dirty (stained sheets, garbage not emptied, dirty bathroom etc), the staff were unfriendly when I asked to change rooms, and the hotel was noisy- I couldnt sleep because any time someone turned on their shower I would hear the water ans pipes. I asked Expedia for a refund and am waiting for it to process.

I selected this hotel as I needed a property that was close to the Naples airport for an overnight due to an early morning flight the next day. It is very close to the airport, I walked there but you can take a taxi. And I stayed there 2 nights, on the front and back end of my vacation. The hotel is older but very clean and the rooms are nicely appointed and have air conditioning. Very nice bathroom amenities. I included the breakfast in my rate and it was very nice and plentiful. Alfredo at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. His English was perfect! They only have breakfast at the hotel so he ordered pizza for me that was delivered to the hotel. If my travels ever brought me back to Naples, I would definitely stay here again.

Alfredo at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. His English was perfect! They only have breakfast at the hotel so he ordered pizza for me that was delivered to the hotel. If my travels ever brought me back to Naples, I would definitely stay here again.

It was the first time for me to visit Italy, i was flying into Naples International Airport. So the Millennium Gold Hotel was ideal as it's six minute Taxi journey. The hotel staff was really helpful and extremely polite. The hotel and my room was exceptionally clean. The rooms are equipped with the basic requirements, with a spacious onsuit bathroom. The breakfast area was large, with a excellent hot or cold food selection. The staff attended to breakfast was warm and friendly. My stay was extremely comfortable and i would highly recommended.

Staff is garble. Big liars. While checking into the hotel we asked if they had airport drop off service and they confirmed they did it 24/7. Airport drop-off at 3:45 AM was crucial for my early morning flight. We reconfirmed the night before too! However, on the day of my departure, the man at reception refused outright to provide the service, leaving my family stranded and scrambling to find alternative transportation. This was extremely inconvenient and caused unnecessary stress. The man waa unhelpful and indifferent to my situation and claimed they never dropped off historically! We expected better customer service, especially for something as important as airport transfers. Very disappointed and won't be staying here again.

Everything was broken, our toilet sounded like a constant washing machine and despite reporting it to the front desk 3 times and them saying they'll send a maintenance man, they did nothing. And didn't care whatsoever. Also I chose this hotel as it said it had a resturant but it was shut that evening, no sorry, or explanation given. The outside of this hotel felt extremely unsafe so had to order food from delivery service which took ages and was the worst pizza. Nothing good to say about this place except it is close to the airport which is what we needed.

This property served its purpose. Booked this place to be within walking distance of the airport. It was exactly that. We were able to walk to the airport which was 13mins away. Property was super basic and bit outdated. Honestly the room itself was boring basic but bathroom was more of where I think updating needs to happen first. With being near airport of course can be a bit loud at times. Not in a busy touristy area so the surrounding is definitely sketch, wouldn’t recommend being out past dark. We did end up finding a local restaurant about 12mins walk away. About as authentic as it gets but had really good pizza, just be aware of the sketchy walk. Anyways hotel was exactly as expected. Basic but convenient for airport travel in the morning.

For a hotel that is not that old it looked old and been remodeled and not done very well. Room was stark to say the least. No pictures and just white walls. It looks like there should have been curtains but they were never put up. There were only puĺl down curtains that wouldn't go back up in the morning. Very uncomfortable staying there physically and mentally. Close to the airport but no shuttle. We were charged 25E for a 5 minute drive.

Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. We had 2 room, neither are as pictured in the listing. Restaurant is open for breakfast only, no close by dining options. Beds were clean but rest of room was in need of cleaning. 15 minute walk to airport but is difficult with luggage. Would likely not stay here again.

From the reviews I read prior to my visit I did not expect much. We wanted to be close to the airport. The service was fine and the restaurant was quiet good. The service at the restaurant excellent. A pleasant surprise.

This is a basic hotel with a lovely restaurant on site. Great place to rest for a night before or after a flight. It is in a run down area near the airport but we felt safe. I suggest asking for a top floor room. The first floor room, has a lot of street noise coming through. The bed was clean, good wifi. Bathroom was generally clean but we found mold on the tub. They have parking but it is limited.

The beds were super soft and only one pillow each. The white walls were all scuffed as there was no facility to put suitcases anywhere. The wardrobe was a chrome rail. The bathroom vent was covered in a thick dust. There is no way this hotel is a 4 star. 2 star at most. Convenient to the airport, that's really where it ends.
