Jättefint hotell med supervänlig personal. Bra service! Rummen var rena och sängarna var sköna. Frukosten var jättebra och blev ännu bättre när vi kunde sitta ute på takterrassen och äta den. Synd man inte kan sitta där på kvällarna. Hotellet ligger nära centralstationen vilket är bra när man som vi åkte iväg på olika sevärdheter med tågen. Vi har bara gott att säga om detta hotell ich dess personal.

We chose the hotel as we wanted to be close to the main station. We found it easy to walk to the city centre and metro stations. However our room was tiny and dark despite claiming to be superior. We had a small window overlooking tanks and pipe work (our friends had a balcony and view over the square!). The rooftop terrace was great once we managed to find it but there are no lights up there, just wires hanging from the walls where they should be! Some reception staff were very unhelpful. Breakfast was good with great service.

Quite a convenient location. Easy to find the hotel, just around the corner of the Piazza Garibaldi and near to the stop No.7 of the city bus tour (ticket can be bought at the hotel). Helpful staff too. Nice breakfast with a pretty balcony. Such a pity that the restaurant is not open other than breakfast time. Only frozen food available at dinner. My bathroom is fine luckily but two of my friends who live in the same hotel (in two different rooms) found the shower door is not tight and resulting in flooding on the bathroom and even the room floor. Causing quite a mess!

The facility itself was fine, clean. Would have rated it a 4. However the neighborhood was quite unsettling. Staff at least got us a taxi for us to go to a better part of town for dinner. Wish the facility had a bar and restaurant on site for this reason, but they did not.

The hotel itself is okay and the central location close to the train cannot be beat. Staff was very nice and accommodating and breakfast was okay. Area on the whole is shady and sketchy and we had a little trouble getting in during a late night. The walls still kind of smelled of cigarette smoke and it's just an older, very basic hotel. Nothing phenomenal, but nothing terrible either. Cheap.

Helpful staff too. Nice breakfast with a pretty balcony. Such a pity that the restaurant is not open other than breakfast time. Only frozen food available at dinner. My bathroom is fine luckily but two of my friends who live in the same hotel (in two different rooms) found the shower door is not tight and resulting in flooding on the bathroom and even the room floor. Causing quite a mess!

We just spent one night there. Before we booked, we called to confirm there was AC on the property, since Naples was hot even during December. Well, they had. however, we were told that only heating was working during winter..... We were asked to open our windows and the street noise was unbearable. They offered us an inside room, really?, it would be even hotter, no window.... On top of that, there was zero internet signal in the room. ( we tried 4 devices), we complained and they were rough. In the end they only came to verify that the internet was ok in the hallway! . We literally, had to open the room's door and get close to the hallway to receive signal. The mattress had bumps. This is not a 4 stars hotel by any means, perhaps 1 or 2 stars by American standards.

Staff Jafranco is good and helpful for booking taxi from hotel to airport. However, hotel surrounding area is not safe and a lots of African, Indian, and other minorities are hanging around. Perhaps they are living nearby but for tourist definitely is not a good place to stay although hotel is close to Napoli Central Station. In addition, we found out that a kettle is not clean and it seems like some stain or bubbles inside when we boiled some hot water.

Equipe do hotel muito receptiva! Gianfranco (recepcionista) foi muito gentil e nos prestou todas as informações necessárias e importantes sobre a cidade de Nápoles. O café da manhã é excelente! Apesar do hotel ficar muito próxima da estação Garibaldi (trem e metrô) foi muito fácil o deslocamento.

This property is in an excellent location for tram, airport transfer and rail services. Good restaurants are a short walk away. The best part of this hotel is the staff who were friendly and helpful particularly’Gianfranco’. Like any city there are some undesirable aspects but hey look past them embrace it and stay at this hotel.
