No airport shuttle although they called a cab very quickly. The original ad said they had an airport shuttle. They do not. Also-not many places to walk to eat around. It’s very industrial and not particularly a great location. Thankfully their on site restaurant was very good.

Hotel located just 10min drive from Naples city centre. Parking is ok and big enough easy to find also. Not many restaurants close by, but city centre is a short drive away. We were in a superior 3 person's room. It was worn out but space wise good enough for three of us. Sofa bed was a hassle to open no sheets were provided neither pillows for the 3rd bed. Shower was super small 1x1 meter at max and super dangerous. Gym is another 10 mins away so practically no gym in the hotel. Breakfast was limited but never fussy about breakfast.

Hotel avec parking sécurisé et gratuit, à 10min a pied de la gare donc parfait si vous allez à Pompéi. Le petit déjeuner était très bien, c’est un buffet mais 2 personnes sont là pour vous servir: c’est très bien pour la propreté et pour éviter les gaspillages. Il y avait des Fruits frais (fruits rouges: fraises. Myrtille, melon, ananas), variétés de gâteaux, œufs brouillés, bacon, yaourt, oléagineux… Les chambres sont climatisées et mériteraient d’être modernisées. Les environs de l’hôtel sont par contre très sales. Ce n’est pas un super quartier pour se balader. Mais j’invite à choisir cet hôtel si vous vous rendez à Naples pour rejoindre Pompéi en train!

The hotel was attractive and staff were great. We had to leave too early to enjoy the breakfast, but we did eat dinner there and it was very good. The hotel is in a more industrial area so it’s not as convenient to the downtown/historic area. That being said, they do have an evening shuttle to take guests to various locations. We partially picked this hotel because it states that they have an airport shuttle, which it did not.

Albergo bello e pulito. Personale gentilissimo. Colazione varia e abbondante. Sorge in una zona un po’ degradata ma abbastanza vicina alla stazione della metro. Di notte non avrei attraversato quelle strade ma fortunatamente l’hotel mette a disposizione una navetta che da e per il centro ogni ora.

Very nice hotel. Very clean, large room, good air conditioning, with a restaurant in the hotel. 15 minute walk to the train station if you intend to go to Pompeii. Very nice outdoor seating area set up like a quiet garden. Naples itself was a not a great city, very dirty with garbage everywhere. But that is not the hotels fault, the hotel itself was like an oasis in the filth.

The room pictured doesn’t match the actual room. BEWARE OF RED CARPET ROOMS! Given a room w/old disgusting dirty & heavily stained red carpet. Bathroom very outdated & dirty. Complained and counter employee said upgraded rooms are different. He made it right and gave us a clean room w/tile floor. But couldn’t get key card to work though. Gave us physical key to get in and luckily our prior hotel key card worked to get lights & tv on. Also we weren’t allowed to eat in restaurant dinning room bc having a private event so put us downstairs looked like employees’ quarters. Food was not good. We had to check out 5:30am for flight so wasn’t able to have complimentary breakfast starts until 7:30am

29 grader varmt på værelset, aircon måtte ikke tændes. Måtte sove med åbent vindue ud til støjende gade, vågner hver morgen med 10 nye myggestik. Køleskab på værelse virker ikke, trods henvendelse x flere. Synlige fugt og skimmel steder flere steder på hotellet.

Faciliteten i sig är väldigt funktionell och fräsch. Städningen var utomordentlig med nya handdukar, sitsrengöring, duschtillbehör, papper etc. varje dag. Maten på hotellet var superb så jag rekommenderar verkligen att man inkluderar frukost till sin vistelse. Det enda negativa är definitivt området runt hotellet, det känns malplacerat. Betydligt sunkigare än förväntat och verkligen en känsla av industri kombinerat med ghetto. Har man bil/hyr bil så är det dock inga problem att ta sig vidare & runt (om man klarar av den hetsiga trafiken dvs!). Men några långpromenader gör du ogärna häromkring.

We paid for 5 nights but didn’t even stay 1. There is no way this should be classed as a 4 star hotel. The room we got had stained and ripped carpet, wallpaper literally peeling off the wall and a shower that appeared to have mould. When we complained at reception they at first said they didn’t have any other rooms that night, then what I assume was the manager appeared and suddenly one was free. But that room was also unfit to stay in. Aside from being tiny, the smell of sewage filled the whole room and the trash bins directly outside the window didn’t help. We went back to reception to say we couldn’t stay there and were met with a rude receptionist. The hotel refused to refund any part of our stay despite us not staying one night (or one hour), most other 4 star hotels only withhold the first night’s stay if you cannot stay for your trip…

Mé hodnocení je velmi ovlivněno neustálým nepříjemným dunivým zvukem vycházejícím tě strojovny výtahu. Pokoj 301 byl právě přímo u strojovny výtahu a tedy zdroje opravdu obtěžujícího zvuku. Byli jsme v hotelu 4 noci a celou dobu jsme se těšili, až z hotelu odjedeme. Kromě silné plýsně v malé studené koupelně a hluku bych pak vše ostatní hodnotil kladně. Ve výsledku bych do hotelu zcela určitě už nejel.

The hotel was very clean. The bathroom was pristine, beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Delicious breakfast included. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located close to the metro station and not far from the airport. Great spot to rest if you’re planning on busy sightseeing. The metro is nice and clean. The train station is not far either. The sitting area outside the hotel is very nice too.

Neapel ist immer eine Reise wert. Vor ein paar Jahren war ich im Nachbar Hotel Tiempo und war begeistert. Jetzt dachte ich mir buche ich das 4* Magris was zu der Gruppe gehört. Gebucht hatte ich ein 17qm Superior Zimmer was auf den Bildern auch schick aussah. Mit Sofa und genug platz. Bekommen habe ich ein 10-12qm Zimmer. Es war Ok, ich hab dazu nichts gesagt, da es mir tatsächlich reichte, da ich eh nur zum schlafen da sein werde. Zum Glück ist die Gegend relativ ruhig denn Schallisoliert ist anders. Habe früh die Gäste des anderen Hotels gehört und ab und zu auch das nachbarzimmer. Das Bad und die Dusche sind auch ziemlich klein, für eine Person ausreichend, bequem ist aber anders. Waschbecken war kaputt, wurde jedoch direkt nach der meldung repariert. Genug Negatives, alles in allem war es sehr schön, frühstück ist für jeden was dabei, es steht Personal da welches das Essen austeilt(keine SB) Preise an der Bar sind für nen 4* Hotel völlig OK. 0,4l Bier(6,50€) Aperol Spritz(9€). Kostenloser Shuttlebus in den Abendstunden ist perfekt. Nur aufpassen beim Abholplatz(direkt vorm Mercure Hotel(innenstadt) Wurde am ersten Abend woanders rausgelassen, wartete vergebens und bin dann mitten in der Nacht für 40€ mit dem Taxi zum Hotel zurück. Personal ist freundlich jedoch hatte ich niemanden der deutsch sprach wie angegeben. Nicht schlimm englisch geht immer :)

Trevlig personal, välstädat. Vi hade bokat ett superior rum. Det visade sig att rummet hade ett litet fönster med utsikt mot en arbetsplats och en vägg knappt 2 meter bort från fönstret. Det kändes som en källare.

Hotel located just 10min drive from Naples city centre. Parking is ok and big enough easy to find also. Not many restaurants close by, but city centre is a short drive away. We were in a superior 3 person's room. It was worn out but space wise good enough for three of us. Sofa bed was a hassle to open no sheets were provided neither pillows for the 3rd bed. Shower was super small 1x1 meter at max and super dangerous. Gym is another 10 mins away so practically no gym in the hotel. Breakfast was limited but never fussy about breakfast.

Mé hodnocení je velmi ovlivněno neustálým nepříjemným dunivým zvukem vycházejícím tě strojovny výtahu. Pokoj 301 byl právě přímo u strojovny výtahu a tedy zdroje opravdu obtěžujícího zvuku. Byli jsme v hotelu 4 noci a celou dobu jsme se těšili, až z hotelu odjedeme. Kromě silné plýsně v malé studené koupelně a hluku bych pak vše ostatní hodnotil kladně. Ve výsledku bych do hotelu zcela určitě už nejel.

Fint och rent. Personalen i receptionen var glada och vänliga. Mysigt att sitta i trädgården, men man får inte äta därute vilket står i beskrivningen. Serveringspersonalen var väldigt sura, förutom en ung mörk kille. Frukostbuffén serverades av personalen, man fick alltså inte ta själv, vilket innebar att det blev mycket svinn. Staff was very helpful. Arrived near midnight. And left 3:00am as our flight was 6am. Staff directed us to a nearby pizzeria that was open. And the pizza was best that I had in Italy. Parking was available and having 24 hour reception was super convenient for us. Room was great. Wish we could have stayed a little longer. Ever back in Napoli, we will definitely stay here again.

Magris Hotel was excellent, It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and the advice we received regarding various planned trips were spot on. The location was not ideal but it was good value. Enjoyed our stay in Naples.

The hotel was attractive and staff were great. We had to leave too early to enjoy the breakfast, but we did eat dinner there and it was very good. The hotel is in a more industrial area so it’s not as convenient to the downtown/historic area. That being said, they do have an evening shuttle to take guests to various locations. We partially picked this hotel because it states that they have an airport shuttle, which it did not.

Purtroppo devo lasciare una brutta recensione, abbiamo dovuto attendere 1 ora e 15 min per entrare in camera. Ritardo pulizie. Si poteva gestire in modo più professionale, cercando di scusarsi, mettendosi a disposizione per recuperare il disagio offendo un caffè e dell’acqua. Parliamo di uno staff da 4 stelle.

Location was a little scary. The beds weren’t that comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, however. It is kind of a far walk from things so will need to take taxi to most places and after sunset I wouldn’t walk around this location.

Stayed here for four nights, Giantruco train station is a 10 minute walk which you can use to get to Piazza Garibaldi in around 3 minutes, or a 25 minute walk to Piazza Garibaldi, Naples port is around a 50 minute walk or you drive/ get a taxi there in around 10-15 minutes, or a bus that takes around 25-30. The complimentary breakfast is good, as well as the lunch and dinner options. The outside area is very nice,spent a lot of my time relaxing there with a drink and some cigarettes. The bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. Would happily stay here again.

Les environs de l’hôtel sont par contre très sales. Ce n’est pas un super quartier pour se balader. Mais j’invite à choisir cet hôtel si vous vous rendez à Naples pour rejoindre Pompéi en train!

Very nice hotel. Very clean, large room, good air conditioning, with a restaurant in the hotel. 15 minute walk to the train station if you intend to go to Pompeii. Very nice outdoor seating area set up like a quiet garden. Naples itself was a not a great city, very dirty with garbage everywhere. But that is not the hotels fault, the hotel itself was like an oasis in the filth.

Felt more like a 2-3* hotel. The breakfast arrangement is just weird: no self-service, instead you walk up to a counter and need to ask for everything you want from the buffet, which is a strange experience. Otherwise the hotel is cheap and good for a short stay, but not great.

Not the greatest area, with very little at all within walking distance. That being said, the property itself was well maintained. The cleaning staff were excellent in cleaning and resupplying everday. The restaraunt on property was some of the best eating we had while in Italy. And Luigi, who oversees the restaraunt and bar, was above fantastic!

The hotel isn’t close to the city center, so they offer a free shuttle from 8:00 to 11:30, but I think it should be offered at least one time in the afternoon and then start at 8. I was unable to get a taxi to the city for a 5:30 class I had so I just missed it. The restaurant food is not to great, and seeing that they are not close to the city, I expected more from the food. The hotel overall is a good and clean hotel.

Very dated but they were in the middle of renovations so very noisy also. We arrived very late and left right after breakfast. But did its purpose. Continental breakfast was served.
