Camera molto pulita, servizio check-in check out velocissimo e personale molto gentile. Possibilità di parcheggio interno coperto a pagamento molto comodo. Unica pecca la camera da una persona un po’ piccina, però c’è tutto fatta eccezione che per il bidet. Molto apprezzato il libro lasciato come regalo di benvenuto in camera. Colazione molto ricca e buona

This is standard Best Western hotel - upper 3 star. Checking in took 20 minutes on day of arrival, which wasn't great. We received a good quality, clean twin room with shower, good TV, Coffee machine and Fridge at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. We were happy with the room. Breakfast was well laid out, enough for us and good value. The location is convenient for the Rail station, Metro and local attractions. The hotel advertises a Sauna, Wellness facility and an Executive Garden. All these facilities were closed. Using Covid as an excuse is not acceptable - either stop advertising these facilities or offer a refund. Even the downstairs Toilets were closed.

There is construction at the hotel so getting dropped off by a taxi is incredibly difficult. There seemed to be confusion with the staff when we asked to use the jacuzzi - they didn’t realize it was locked, there were no towels, it was dirty. The actual room was nice even though the shower stall leaked so we used a bunch of towels to clean up the floor. Overall, it was okay, has the potential to be great.

Overall good hotel. Clean ans comfortable. The parking is expensive and there's no other choice. One major probelm ials that they disabled the air-conditioning "because it's October'. It is October but it's also hot and I'm paying for a room with aircon. Very helpful and welcoming staff.

Lidt ældre og slidt hotel. Beliggenheden på Via Nizza er ikke den bedste, men få 100 meter fra hotellet er der mange gode spisesteder og Via Roma starter 1 km. Fra hotellet. Air condition virkede ikke på værelset, og da der var 35 grader i Torino med høj luftfugtighed var det lidt af en bet. Morgenmaden er ganske glimrende til prisen, og tagterrassen med ganske vist en meget lille pool fungerede godt. Servicen var god, meget høfligt og imødekommende personale.

Die Lüftung/AC im Zimmer konnte trotz 24 grad Raumtemperatur nicht eingeschaltet werden. Die Jalousien in den Fenstern sind defekt. Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer war ebenfalls defekt und konnte innerhalb unseres Aufenthalts nicht ausgetauscht werden. Das Frühstücksbuffett wäre toll, leider ist das Brot nicht immer frisch oder das Büfett teilweise leer. Der Fitness-Raum ist durch den angrenzenden Wellnessbereich stark aufgeheizt und die Zugmaschine mit den Gewichten in sehr schlechtem Zustand, resp. unbrauchbar. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Angestellten ausnahmslos hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Wir haben zehn Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war super freundlich und das Frühstück frisch, sauber und richtig lecker – besonders die italienischen Käsesorten und der Kaffee. Das Hotel insgesamt war sehr schön und sauber. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder wählen, egal in welchem Land ich reise. Ein kleiner Punkt: Manchmal wurden die Kaffeekapseln vergessen und an manchen Tagen wurde das Zimmer nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht wirklich gestört.

Booked as seemed a convenient spot between the inalpi arena (2 days at tennis finals) and tourist spots (and train station) €12 taxi fare to arena, 35 minute walk back, 30 minutes walk to palace Had a suite 708, lovely big room, all black out curtains pulled down (assume people in courtyard can look straight in, we left them down), big table (not used) big chair (not used), 2 shower rooms and toilets welcome feature, felt like his and hers haha big comfy bed, slept well and didn’t really hear a thing other than the heater fan occasionally) Breakfast was nice, continental and cooked, big choice The suite though, we found a bit odd, we did not have an electric kettle, but a stove kettle that went on a hot plate that you could not tell if the plate was hot or not after use , the stove kettle poured badly, wasting as much hot water as I used. We had two large cups and two small cups with saucers, but had to go and ask at reception for coffee for the machine (I guess to avoid waste, understandable) there was a fridge and mini bar items, BUT NO PLATES AND NO CUTLERY, which we found very odd in a suite, why even provide a stove, may as well be a microwave, but we still wouldn’t have had a knife fork or spoon between us (I know we could have gone and asked but these are £250 a night rooms). Cleaning was perfect, reception staff fab giving maps of where to go and find evening food, and booking us taxis to the tennis, we had a lovely 5 night stay and would definitely visit again

Værelset var fint - dog snyder billederne. Tekøkkenet havde intet service, opvaskeren eller viskestykker, udover 2 kopper og en kedel. Poolområdet var lukket. Hyggehaven i stueetagen ikke klargjort og med masser af ukrudt og ingen hynder - i praksis ikke åben. Vi var der 30/4-4/5 Vi bestilte dette hotel for at få de rekreative områder og køkkenfaciliteter-det fik vi desværre ikke.

This is standard Best Western hotel - upper 3 star. Checking in took 20 minutes on day of arrival, which wasn't great. We received a good quality, clean twin room with shower, good TV, Coffee machine and Fridge at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. We were happy with the room. Breakfast was well laid out, enough for us and good value. The location is convenient for the Rail station, Metro and local attractions. The hotel advertises a Sauna, Wellness facility and an Executive Garden. All these facilities were closed. Using Covid as an excuse is not acceptable - either stop advertising these facilities or offer a refund. Even the downstairs Toilets were closed.

Nice hotel, pleasant staff, room on the smaller side but ok for our one night stay. Bathroom ok, possible shower upgrade would be nice. Hotel just outside of city centre but plenty of restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Would recommend Pasion, Argentinian steakhouse. Hotel has its own car park under hotel.

Lidt ældre og slidt hotel. Beliggenheden på Via Nizza er ikke den bedste, men få 100 meter fra hotellet er der mange gode spisesteder og Via Roma starter 1 km. Fra hotellet. Air condition virkede ikke på værelset, og da der var 35 grader i Torino med høj luftfugtighed var det lidt af en bet. Morgenmaden er ganske glimrende til prisen, og tagterrassen med ganske vist en meget lille pool fungerede godt. Servicen var god, meget høfligt og imødekommende personale.

Agréablement surpris par l’hôtel, très propre et les chambres très spacieuses. Le personnel est très sympathique. Petit bémol sur le petit-déjeuner, censé être servi jusque 10H en semaine… en fait, 10/15 min avant, tout est quasiment déjà remballé !! Je comprends que les journées soient longues mais à 10h il n’y a déjà plus rien!! Et que dire du « responsable » présent qui ne sait pas sourire… c’est dommage, sans cela, le séjour aurait été parfait!!

Die Lüftung/AC im Zimmer konnte trotz 24 grad Raumtemperatur nicht eingeschaltet werden. Die Jalousien in den Fenstern sind defekt. Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer war ebenfalls defekt und konnte innerhalb unseres Aufenthalts nicht ausgetauscht werden. Das Frühstücksbuffett wäre toll, leider ist das Brot nicht immer frisch oder das Büfett teilweise leer. Der Fitness-Raum ist durch den angrenzenden Wellnessbereich stark aufgeheizt und die Zugmaschine mit den Gewichten in sehr schlechtem Zustand, resp. unbrauchbar. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Angestellten ausnahmslos hilfsbereit und freundlich.
