Staff were really polite, hospitality was great, rooms were very comfortable, spa and massage was excellent. Highly recommend a weekend city visit - perfect public transport for those NITO ATP tennis supporters - excellent to walk or take a tram or both. I have no complaints whatsoever ever

Très bien situé a côté de la gare et non loin du centre ville. Très grande chambre avec terrasse. Possibilité de parking à la gare. Attention tarif assez élevé : 50 euros / jour. Petit-déjeuner très bien avec beaucoup de choix. Petit bemol: pas possible d accéder au spa gratuitement.

God beliggendhed lige overfor togstationen, og tæt på Via Roma og den indre by. Parkeringskælder lige overfor hotellet til 18 € pr. Døgn fra midnat, mod 45 euro på hotellet. Fin morgenmads buffet i skønt lokale. Tag terrasse, men rimelig dyrt - en aperol til 15 € mod normalt 6-8 euro i byen. God service ved tjek ind og ud.

Wir waren zu viert und hatten 2 Zimmer für 3 Nächte im Juli. Beide Zimmer waren sehr sauber, angenehm eingerichtet, mit bequemen Betten ausgestattet und ruhig auch nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster. Die Badezimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Wir haben auch mehrfach das hoteleigene Restaurant auf der Dachterrasse mit sehr guter Küche und toller Aussicht besucht. Das Frühstück bietet eine sehr umfangreiche Auswahl und der Saal, wie auch die anderen Räumlichkeiten im Hotel, sind sehr ansprechend. Spa mit Schwimmbecken und Gym haben wir nicht genutzt, nur besichtigt, wobei letzteres eher klein und etwas stickig war, mit einigen Cardio-Geräten und Kurzhanteln. Das Personal war durchweg hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Hotel verdient seine vier Sterne, was wir in Italien auch schon ganz anders erlebt haben. Können wir sehr empfehlen.

This is an excellent hotel. Convenient for train station (Torino Porta Nuova) and an easy walk to all central sights. Lots of helpful staff. Classic Double room was spacious, very clean and had stylish decor. Smart bathroom with great shower, fluffy bathrobes. Complimentary soft drinks. Amazing breakfast with more choice on the buffet than I’ve ever seen, in a stunning dining room, a real treat!

The hotel facility is lovely and updated and the staff was polite and kind, without exception. We were very happy with the room with the only exception being that the air conditioning wasn't cool enough for comfortable sleeping. The public spaces are lovely and the breakfast room and offering is exceptional. The hotel has good external lighting at night, adding to a feeling of safety.

Gute Lage direkt am Porta Nuova Bahnhof und nur 5 Gehminuten von der Innenstadt gelegen. Zimmer geräumig mit extra Ankleidezimmer. Insgesamt sauber und netter Service. Frühstücksangebot groß, allerdings fehlten Spiegeleier und warme gekochte Eier. Bacon war immer zu fest und glasig gebraten. Minus: Am letzten Abend wurde das WLAN und der Fernseher abgestellt, als hätten wir schon ausgecheckt. Das WLAN wurde nach Anfrage bei der Rezeption nochmal verlängert, der Fernseher funktionierte leider bis zur Abfahrt nicht mehr. Insgesamt aber eine gute Erfahrung.

The staff was excellent. Simona went above and beyond in organizing my train trip to Monte Carlo and helped me buy the tickets online (websites were in Italian and French). Gaida was answering my airport to hotel transfer questions even before I arrived. Janie, the housekeeper, was incredible. The views from the Terrace (and Gabriel, the barman there) are great! Two areas of the facilities need attention - the main entrance revolving doors weren't working automatically and even though I stayed for a week, Iit was still not fixed by the end of my stay. The wall sockets for phone chargers or laptops, etc need to be modernized - need to be universal.or at least have a USB port. Otherwise, overall, a great place to stay! The staff make the stay a really fantastic experience.

Perfectly placed for Porta Nuovo rail station. Classy hotel with a great room, high quality environment and spectacular service: when our train was cancelled after we'd checked out they let us back in the room to make alternative arrangements, and were consistently kind & considerate both before and after. We hadn't realised this sort of service still existed

On check out, I was told I had a bar tab to settle. I never bought anything from the bar. The reception lady couldn't find any documentation and didn't seem to be bothered. I only paid for city taxes at that time. On return home, I found a charge in my credit card statement. This is what happens when staff do not check before allowing anyone to charge items to a room. It was only 22 Euro but it could have been a lot worse. Won't stay there again. If you do, be careful it doesn't cost you more than you thought.
