Hotel Marconi

“I stayed at Hotel Marconi in Venice and had a very disappointing experience. During my stay, my iPhone went missing from my luggage which was stored at the hotel. The last known location of the phone shows it was at the hotel property. When I contacted the hotel, instead of helping, they denied responsibility and did not cooperate in investigating the issue. I also contacted Hotels.com, but they simply redirected me back to the hotel without any support. This is not about luxury or room size — it’s about safety and customer care. When something serious happens, a hotel should at least show concern and try to help. Very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Travelers should be cautious.”

The best thing this hotel can offer to you is the location close to the Vaporretto Rialto stop. You have to cross the Rialto bridge to catch a water bus going either direction. It is super conveniently located. The room I stayed was clean. The breakfast they serve was very good. I enjoyed it very much. Although the hotel itself is not new, it is quite acceptable considering the location.

Great location, great breakfast and clean rooms. The only problem we had was they arranged transportation to the airport and they didn’t show up for 20 min.

Everything was great! The buffet breakfast was superb and all the staff were very friendly and polite! The room was also great!
