It was unfortunate that the building work was distracting at breakfast. However I’m sure the final verandah will be really lovely when finished. I definitely hope to visit again. It is in a great position being across the way from the bus station. The staff were above and beyond courteous and their hospitality outweighed any inconvenience of the building work.

Hotel Falier is a great place to stay if you would like to be further from Piazza San Marco. It's quieter in this area but still close to some of the more frequented locations. The room itself is good and serves its purpose. The breakfast is a great value and the common spaces are extremely useful and atmospheric. Overall, expect a decent room, great staff, and to walk a bit further to get to the main attractions, which doesn't matter because that's how you get around in Venice.

Love the location , although if you hadn’t been before, the graffiti on some walls in the area could be off putting. The room itself was small but we were never in the room , other than to sleep. Bathroom clean and again small but adequate with good shower power. No fridge or kettle in the room but not a huge problem. Very quiet at nights so peaceful sleep, bed was comfortable too. Reception wasn’t manned a lot of the time but not a problem as just used a code for the side entrance, Bars, restaurants etc on doorstep and of course the smaller canals too

Alletiders hyggelige og personlige hotel🏩Ligger perfekt ift. tranport når man kommer fra toget🚂 Her er stille, nemt at komme til og fra alt - og langt nok væk fra de mange turister😜 værelserne er små, men meget fine, rene og ny istandsat OG goe senge. Et perfekt sted for voksne, og med teenager… Vi delte os-Min mand og jeg i et værelse. Vores unge på et værelse 16 og 21 år - Vi fik ikke morgenmad på hotellet, da vi havde lyst til at prøve forskellige steder i byen, ikke mindst på grund af de mange udvalg - men det så lækkert ud. Brød, croissanter, æg, pålæg, juice mm ☕️Jeg spurgte efter te/kaffe, og fik en kedel på værelset👏Super service. Der er 3 små terrasser, med herlig lille udsigt ud over tagene. Dead mosquitos with old dried blood splattered on all the walls, ceiling, furniture - really gross. Seriously clean that up. Bed rock hard. There was supposed to be AC & an elevator, there was neither. This is the main reason I booked with them! They turned the AC off for the season and only had heat. I had to keep the windows open to not suffocate & instead battled mosquitos all night. I’ll never stay here again & im trying to get compensation from hotels.com for the misrepresentation. Good luck to me, hotels.com service has diminished.

Prisvärt hotell. Bra läge nära busstation, inte långt att gå med resväskan. Rummet är rent, bra städning. Litet rum. Bra aircondition. Vi tog inte frukost. Vi saknade vattenkokare +kylskåp på rummet, det var enda minusstrecket. Hotell har en takterrass där kan man softa. Vi lånade vinglas av värden och tog med vin upp. Hjälpsam värd. Bor gärna här igen, då läget är bra och priset mycket bra.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, tem restaurantes nas imediações e fica proximo as principais atrações turísticas, o unico inconveniente é que o elevador estava quebrado. Mas, ficamos no primeiro andar e só eram uns 12 degraus. Mas o hotel é muito aconchegante e as moças da recepção atenciosas

Wonderful little hotel right on the water, only 5 minutes from the train station. Very comfortable and clean room at a great price. Amazing bathroom with bidet and TV that easily lets you cast your phone for night music and movies. Service was great and the staff was super kind. Highly recommend the bar beside the hotel (AL 133) we went there for a quick cappuccino and apricot croissant every day.

The woman who checked us in was rather rude and unpleasant, didn’t attempt to speak English to accommodate us- also was rude as we checked out by just taking our cards and that was it. The room was full of bugs and we stayed for 3 nights and not once was our room cleaned or did we get fresh towels. Also the lock on the inside of our room did not work which is quite concerning. Overall not a great stay and wouldn’t stay again unfortunately.

Room was not clean. Bed linen looked very shabby. We had to take it off and sleep. The blanket they kept was definitely not washed and it was worn out fleece material. We felt disgusted to sleep on that bed. We stayed for two days. The staff did not make our room on the second day of our stay though we requested for it. There is nobody at the reception after 9pm. So we can't avail any service if needed. Communication was another problem because nobody understood English there. I strongly recommend not to choose this hotel for your stay.

Friendly reception, convenient to Piazzale Roma. Small rooms, as is typical for Venice, but clean and comfortable. I had no problem with the after-hours checkin - they give you the code for the outside doors and leave the room key for you inside. At night the entrance is off of a very small alley, but not hard to find.

We picked the Hotel Falier for its proximity to the train station, price and it's good rating. It is in a great location but it has very small rooms. It is hard to find space for your clothes and luggage.

Es un hotel barato y cercano a la estación de tren y los autobuses que te llevan al aeropuerto. Lo recomiendo si quieres pasar una noche y al día siguiente tomas tu vuelo, el autobus al aeropuerto se toma en piazza di Roma por 10 euros, muy cerca. Esta limpio y lo baños están renovados, pero los cuartos son chicos y el mobiliario algo viejo. Para una noche está bien.

Pleasant aesthetic to the building and our room. Modern touches for the AC and bathroom, with a couple minor quirks. The bed(s) unfortunately, were quite terrible. Super squeaky paired twin mattresses that are probably as old as I am. Frequently found hard spots that pinched nerves and caused some poor sleeps. Also, the claim that there's a 24hr front desk is just false. They do offer a good amount of instructions to allow you to come and go and do contactless check-in/out, but there's only someone at the desk for a select amount of hours during the day, and we ran into cases where the individual on staff couldn't help with what we needed.

The staff were excellent helping us check in. We were early and they stored our luggage safe and secure until check-in time. Staff are friendly and responsive to assist. Not in the thick of the tourist area are which is fantastic. Rooms are very small and efficient. Perfect for a night or two. Highly recommend!

I had no problem with the after-hours checkin - they give you the code for the outside doors and leave the room key for you inside. At night the entrance is off of a very small alley, but not hard to find.

It was unfortunate that the building work was distracting at breakfast. However I’m sure the final verandah will be really lovely when finished. I definitely hope to visit again. It is in a great position being across the way from the bus station. The staff were above and beyond courteous and their hospitality outweighed any inconvenience of the building work.

Our reservations at Hotel Falier was great and everything went very smoothly. The staff (Julia) was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located adjacent to one of the canals, not to far from the "terminal station" (drop off point) that you can walk from...with only two bridges to cross. The hotel is also located within a nice shopping area for restaurants and a variety of shops. All in all we were very satisied with our choice to stay at Hotel Falier.

Pleasant aesthetic to the building and our room. Modern touches for the AC and bathroom, with a couple minor quirks. The bed(s) unfortunately, were quite terrible. Super squeaky paired twin mattresses that are probably as old as I am. Frequently found hard spots that pinched nerves and caused some poor sleeps. Also, the claim that there's a 24hr front desk is just false. They do offer a good amount of instructions to allow you to come and go and do contactless check-in/out, but there's only someone at the desk for a select amount of hours during the day, and we ran into cases where the individual on staff couldn't help with what we needed.

I was told staff would be present for check in until 9pm but a message was sent after we left uk and with no data roaming did not get this, until in hotel snf connected yo WiFi. Late check-in changed to 7pm. On arriving the instructions for getting in for late arrives were not complete in the initial instructions so had to use call button to get instructions to get in. On checkout no one on desk and i think only staff in hotel was cleaner, who could do check out but did not get all details hotel needed for Venice visitors. We felt it was a bit like a ghost hotel. Did not see any other guests either. Room was fine, except shower on second visit dod not have any hot water. and location good for us. Not to far to Piazza Roma and cruise terminal.

The staff were excellent helping us check in. We were early and they stored our luggage safe and secure until check-in time. Staff are friendly and responsive to assist. Not in the thick of the tourist area are which is fantastic. Rooms are very small and efficient. Perfect for a night or two. Highly recommend!

Plain appearance from the street is deceiving. Hotel is clean and comfortable. AC works great. Nice bed. Front desk staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly and helpful. Very quiet neighborhood. Convenient to public transportation. Short 5-10 minute walk from Piazzale Roma train and bus stations and vaporetto dock on the Grand Canal.

Hotel Falier is a great place to stay if you would like to be further from Piazza San Marco. It's quieter in this area but still close to some of the more frequented locations. The room itself is good and serves its purpose. The breakfast is a great value and the common spaces are extremely useful and atmospheric. Overall, expect a decent room, great staff, and to walk a bit further to get to the main attractions, which doesn't matter because that's how you get around in Venice.

Alletiders hyggelige og personlige hotel🏩Ligger perfekt ift. tranport når man kommer fra toget🚂 Her er stille, nemt at komme til og fra alt - og langt nok væk fra de mange turister😜 værelserne er små, men meget fine, rene og ny istandsat OG goe senge. Et perfekt sted for voksne, og med teenager… Vi delte os-Min mand og jeg i et værelse. Vores unge på et værelse 16 og 21 år - Vi fik ikke morgenmad på hotellet, da vi havde lyst til at prøve forskellige steder i byen, ikke mindst på grund af de mange udvalg - men det så lækkert ud. Brød, croissanter, æg, pålæg, juice mm ☕️Jeg spurgte efter te/kaffe, og fik en kedel på værelset👏Super service. Der er 3 små terrasser, med herlig lille udsigt ud over tagene. There was no breakfast served, but the hotel offered a possibility to microwave your own food, which was nice! The location was also pretty good, as everything is in walkable distance, but the area itself is not too crowded. The hotel had a working air conditioning unit, which cooled the room down effectively. However, it was a bit of a hassle to get it to work, as its controlled from the wall (and somewhat automated), instead of a remote controller as usually. Also, bathrooms could have few more hooks for towels and an additional table/shelf for toiletries. Overall a good experience and can recommend it! :)

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Falier. My room was bright and airy, spacious, the bathroom was a good size. I loved my little window which I could open and listen to the church bells and the birds singing. The hotel was excellently situated away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre, but within easy walking distance of all the sights plus the train station. Plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby too, and right next to a canal. I would absolutely stay here again. I felt very safe as a solo traveller. It was a beautiful, peaceful little haven.
