Really enjoyed our stay here! Perfect budget hotel right in the heart of Venice! It is very basic, so maybe not right if you prefer to relax in the hotel a lot, but if you just want a safe comfortable place to stay in the city this is a great choice. Staff were so nice and went above and beyond to help. Location is PERFECT! Just minutes walking from the bus stop, ferry station, and train station, so however you arrive, its easy to get to. You can easily explore the streets of venice from here by foot or it's close to a waterbus stop if you prefer. As I said, it is basic, so there is no microwave, kettle, or fridge, or temp control in the rooms, so it did quite stuffy, but the bed was very comfortable snd the staff gave us a fan to use to help with the air. If you want to stay in the city of Venice but can't afford the other prices you're seeing, this is a really great option and i highly recommend. One word of caution though - the website is outdated. It says they offer breakfast as well as airport pickup, which they apparently no longer do, just FYI.

Hotel was perfect for what I paid for. It was convenient. It was a three minute walk from the metro station. When you get to the hotel your greeted by friendly staff. They did have an elevator.

Good budget hotel in great location near railway station/bus station/car parking so you don't have to carry lots of luggage across Venice. Very friendly staff, basic breakfast, no aircon but provided fan kept us cool. Vaparettos leave nearby, avoid No2 as it very busy, No1 is often quieter. Nearby Ristorante Roma on the Grand Canal is great for drinks and food. (Place gets bad reviews from people expecting premium canalside tables for a couple of espressos, but those are reserved for diners. It'sa good place.)

Localização muito boa, quarto bom, porém cheiro de cigarro insuportável, eles até tentaram disfarçar com cheio de produto mas não tem como. Banheiro com box pequeno para pessoas grandes, o que pode ser um problema. Tivemos a entrega a entrega do quarto sem lixeira e sem papel higiênico, nos precisamos pedir, acredito que foi uma falha pontual.

It is NOT even worth the lower price. This place didn’t even qualify (imo) for 1 star. The site had WiFi at the check-in desk, BUT we could not connect in our 3rd floor room. It repeatedly said that we were not within range. When asked to share the password, the QR code came back “incorrect.” (Photos below) The AC did not work well. Our first night, the room was too warm. We called the front desk to lower the thermostat because it was NOT controlled in the room. Although the front desk claimed it was changed, the room only got hotter throughout the night and woke us up. The shower was exceptionally small with little water pressure. And the shower had mold to an extent that it appeared it had not been well cleaned for quite some time.

The staff we dealt with were great help and service. The hotel is a few minutes walking distance from the trains and buses, very convenient. The room was a good size but the mattress was a little bit bigger than the base so the edges of the matress weren't well supported at the extremities, and the mattress was not that comfortable so we did not sleep well. Our bathroom was not in the room it was a few steps away and we had it to ourselves though. But the bathroom needs some clean up and new caulking as there were dark spots in multiple areas of the caulking and grout. And although I could hear the fan working, I don't think it was pulling much or any humidity out of the air.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the train station and various restaurants, and at a good price. The decor was clean and simple if not a little dated. The windows were well-insulated from the street noise. We had a great night’s sleep ! Breakfast was very simple but tasty

Nous avons eu le malheur de tomber sur l'une des quelques chambres qui n'ont pas la salle de bain et les toilettes dans la chambre... Il fallait traverser le couloir pour avoir accès à la salle de bain et aux toilettes. Certes elles étaient privatives comme indiqué dans la réservation mais nous ne nous attendions pas à ce qu'elles ne soient pas attenantes à la chambre. Donc réserver cet hôtel est une lotterie et bien entendu nous n'avons pas pu changer de chambre. Séjour très désagréable, nous ne recommandons surtout pas cet hôtel.

Room was very basic and small. We were told we were given a bigger room, god knows what the original room would have been like as it was small. It stated in the info curtains or blinds, we just had shutters. It also said the room had a safe it did not. The staff were lovely, the whole of the hotel just needed a bit of love and updating.

In generale l’esperienza è stata molto positiva, personale gentile e disponibile, stanza pulita e comoda ai servizi. Unica pecca il personale che serve la colazione: capisco che viene svolta in una stanza piccola con tante persone, ma la cordialità e la gentilezza non devono mai mancare nei confronti di clienti educati. È andato tutto bene fino al momento della colazione, e così come noi anche tutti gli altri ospiti seduti a colazione con noi sono stati trattati nello stesso modo scorbutico e saccente
In generale l’esperienza è stata molto positiva, personale gentile e disponibile, stanza pulita e comoda ai servizi. Unica pecca il personale che serve la colazione: capisco che viene svolta in una stanza piccola con tante persone, ma la cordialità e la gentilezza non devono mai mancare nei confronti di clienti educati. Very friendly staff on front desk and cleaning staff. The lady managed to get our 2 rooms 1 hour before official check in time. Rooms were comfortable for a stay of a couple of days. Just a few minutes walk from train and bus station.

The staff was very nice and gave great recommendations. The location was very convenient by the train station and also by lots of stores to shop in. I felt safe staying alone and they let me store my bags before I got on my train. I would recommend staying here!

Overall it did the job. Room was clean, location was great, and you couldn't hear the noise from the street. My biggest issue was poor air conditioning. This was our third stay here! We love the close location to the train station and bus to the airport. Also the boat taxi is only a few minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Rooms provide minimal amenities with older decor but perfect for a couple of nights. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They also provide breakfast although we have not taken it. I will definitely stay here again!

Muito bem localizado, bem próximo a estação de trem e de vaporetto. Fica em uma rua bem movimentada e fácil de achar, mesmo com muito movimento na rua, não ouvimos nenhum barulho do quarto. A cama é muito confortável, travesseiros ótimos e o edredom também. Chuveiro com água quente sempre é uma boa pressão da água. Aparentemente o quarto possui um sistema simples de “ar condicionado “. O pessoal da recepção foram super gentis, deixaram a gente entrar no quarto assim que chegamos, sem precisar esperar o horário exato, isso ajudo muitoooo pois estávamos bem cansados e precisávamos de um banho para já sair explorando a cidade! Se eu voltar a Veneza com certeza ficarei aqui! Recomendo a todos!

The staff was very nice and gave great recommendations. The location was very convenient by the train station and also by lots of stores to shop in. I felt safe staying alone and they let me store my bags before I got on my train. I would recommend staying here!

Cute hotel near the train station. Staff at the front desk was wonderful helping with instructions on where to go and how to get there. Shower in the bathroom was a bit small. Breakfast was included but nothing special.

Excellent location, very close to the train station and vaporetto docks. Twin room with my son was nice but the shower temperature was quite temperamental, as was the wifi signal in the 2nd floor. Breakfast buffet was quite basic but plentiful. Good value for the price.

Good budget hotel in great location near railway station/bus station/car parking so you don't have to carry lots of luggage across Venice. Very friendly staff, basic breakfast, no aircon but provided fan kept us cool. Vaparettos leave nearby, avoid No2 as it very busy, No1 is often quieter. Nearby Ristorante Roma on the Grand Canal is great for drinks and food. (Place gets bad reviews from people expecting premium canalside tables for a couple of espressos, but those are reserved for diners. It'sa good place.)

Nice little hotel, small rooms but understandable being on an island. Steps away from the train station and restaurants and the Canal. Breakfast included and free luggage storage. We stayed one night and are happy with the overall experience.

Localização excelente, praticamente ao lado da estação de trem. Não precisa subir escadas arrastando malas, bastante comércios perto, local limpo e atendimento muito bom, atendentes muito receptivos e atenciosos. Café da manhã simples, somente para um desjejum mesmo. Vale super a pena o custo benefício da estadia.
