The room was gorgeous and spotless! Very clean, very kind and friendly staff, breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in the perfect location right next to the train station, very easy with luggage transport. I would definitely stay here again!!

Our stay at The Venice Times was wonderful. The location, right near Venezia Santa Lucia Station, could not have been better! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet. We really enjoyed the hotel breakfast, too! All the staff were incredible kind. We will absolutely be back to stay at The Venice Times again!

Everything went well, except for the fact that 5 minutes after we did check-in, the fire alarm was activated for test. The noise in the room was deafening, in addition to the initial fear, as we didn't know what was happening, the elevators were obviously not working and we had to go down the 3 floors by dialing, despite my aching knees. This could have been avoided if there had been information about this test, as it had only 5 minutes since we passed through reception with our luggage; the reception staff certainly knew about the test.
