Hotel was good location. The only fault is the windows should be double glazed so that the garbage can noise is not disturbing you from 5am in the morning which made our sleep terrible afterwards. Did complain but rooms offered otherwise were smaller and stuffy so staying in original room. Service at front desk by young lady was excellent she showed us rooms before we decided to take. Locstion was excellent fir walking in Venice to major attractions restaurants and bars.

The perfect place to stay for your first trip to Venice! Brilliant location in the middle of the main attractions and among some great restaurants and bars. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Will be back without any hesitation!
