The view from our balcony was breathtaking. We overlooked the pool which also provided a direct view of the beach. The pool was a "Lazy River" and was incredibly relaxing.

The pool and hot tub were not available due to renovations, which was not known at time of booking. Room was still full price despite the unavailability. The parking was a nightmare. Not enough spaces, people parking wherever they could. The "breakfast buffet" was nothing more than a continental breakfast at any other hotel, which is charged at $18 per person.

Loved being right on the beach! We had a beachfront room with a gorgeous view. The pool was being worked on and the ramp to beach was NOT wagon friendly. The last day only one elevator worked. And we found out at checkout that we had to pay $10 per day to PARK…

The hotel was fine, but its undergoing several renovations. We would have had to drive several miles down the road to the "sister hotel" if we wanted to swim in a pool. The problem with that is that the pool being closed is that the closure was not mentioned on the hotels.com website.

This is an excellent hotel. Right on the beach, and with a lazy river pool, there's plenty to do. The beach is in excellent condition and the pool was fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful. Grounds were in great condition. I would like to see better food options and better drink prices. Possibly a couple happy hours a day, BOGO free? The bar seemed understaffed but there were few people there.

Super helpful, friendly, & professional staff from desk to bartender to pool caretakers to housekeepers. Excellently clean room & general hotel common areas. Super fun pool area - strongest lazy river I have ever been on & game frames for play. Lovely covered bar next to the pool. Great cleaning station for sand from the beach on walkway from pool to Gulfside. Excellent access to the beach! A huge draw for this hotel obviously but cannot be overstated. Most rooms also have a balcony with at least a sliver of a view of the Gulf. Our room's balcony had more of a view than I expected. Super pleasing. Breakfast is NOT included unless you pre-pay for it, so be aware of that fact. The breakfast is a pretty standard breakfast buffet for one price, but there are also options cooked to order instead of the buffet for other prices. I used the hotel laundry & found that clean & handy to have on site. The store with self-checkout kiosk was handy as well. Elevators were faster than anticipated. Pet friendly (apparently, as many people had dogs). Overall, a great stay. Definitely do recommend.

For starters we couldn’t check in until 3:30 due to non clean linens, i was told, after check in we rushed into our room to get ready for the Festival going on in town, therefore we didn’t check the tub meaning bath tub until the next morning when we were ready for showers - the tub was dirty, had slimy greasy brown gunk in the base of the tub, wifi was unstable always having to reconnect and i asked for towels earlier in the day around 10:00 a.m. I was told they would send some up, however, no one brought them, i had to go by the front desk and ask where are the towels i called about earlier, the desk acknowledge that their was a request, but they never sent them, therefore I got them as I returned from day 2 of the festival that evening around 7:00 p.m., i have stayed at several Hilton properties and never experienced so many descripences and the noise from the hallway was as if the walls were paper thin, just a lot to encounter.

I did not stay. I checked in at 3pm on 07/18/2025 and checked out at 3:30pm. The furniture was old and not in the best codition. Insects were flying in the room and the linen on the bed were dingy and dirty looking. The bathroom was dirty. The key card did not work. Just one push on the door and it opened. Moisture and mold was noted also in the room. .

The room was nasty. Floors were dirty. Carpet had stains and stinky. Our door wouldn’t lock. Smoke detector was hanging down. Bathroom floor was nasty. Had black hair in it. Shower head squatted water all over ceiling and got the floor soaking wet. And you they charge you 10 a night to park. And you’re staying there. Ice machine on 4th floor didn’t work. Do yourself a favor spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. However our room had an unpleasant odor, threadbare carpet, wooden cabinet door housing the refrigerator would not close, holes in the curtain, the only chair in the room was uncomfortable and a sliding balcony door hard to lock. The standards were not what we are accustomed to from Hilton properties.

Laundry service was not free. EV charger was not working the entire duration of my visit. We did get a food comp for our visit which was nice. But the beds were worn out and has bed bugs. Staff was very friendly and helpful where they could be. But I don't think I'll be back at that location due to the beds having bedbugs and very worn out beds.

So this part was out of their control they had issues with their dryers being broke and only had I think one so the room wasn’t ready at check in because all the hotel bedding was being done in one. The front desk guy was happy and made the wait bearable with his fun personality. Then when we got to the room the views were AMAZING. Unfortunately that was followed by outlets not working and then we found an outlet behind the bed that worked and within minutes my phone closed after trying to charge. We had to replace my IPhone because of it. The bed was comfortable and showers were nice and hot. I would stay again but make note to myself to NOT use their outlets.

Wasn’t my favorite Hilton Garden Inn. The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful. The lobby area was typical for a Hilton Garden Inn and in fairly good shape. The rooms and hallways however were lacking. In that sense, it felt more like a best western or Quality Inn. The room wasn’t bad but seemed very dated. There was a thermostat on the wall to control the AC. However it was not working and you had to control it on the unit itself. The lighting inside the room was kind of awkward and it never was enough light to use. Perhaps I haven’t stayed in a hotel in a while, but I was surprised to know that housekeeping only comes on request and after you check out. About that, housekeeping tried to come in my room 30 minutes before check-out. They didn’t give much warning time and I’m glad I had a restrain on the door or they would’ve just walked in on me taking a shower.. Also, the hallways smelled like marijuana bad. They had a small gym with some weights and treadmills, which was fairly nice and I also enjoyed the lazy river pool. Overall, it wasn’t bad but way overpriced for the quality you got out of it. I’m not sure if I will be back to this facility when I’m in the area. It is an acceptable hotel but I feel they are much better choices for the money.

The staff was top notch. The carpet in the room was disgusting. The float stuck constantly in the toilet. The WiFi was hit and miss. The toilet paper was cheapest I’ve ever used, can’t expect a five star rating with one star toilet paper. The people were friendly. We did enjoy our trip. Seems there needs to be some updates done.

The view was wonderful. The staff(Patrick) was so very friendly. The room was clean when we arrived. The room could use some improvement though. The blackout curtain was filled with holes across the middle section of it. The room had the strangest lights that we have ever seen. I’m thinking they were to read by because you really only got about 2 watts per light. And the standing lamp by the window wasn’t strong enough either. So we really only had the one lamp on the bedside table by the wall and the lamp on the desk. You really need to either put in can ceiling lights or invest in more lamps that work.

The property was not clean and looked very rundown. The room had a smell, and there was bugs in there. When you call for towels, they never had any and would tell you you’ll get them when you get them. I waited over an hour for towels to shower. When I asked the front staff for towels when I came in one day, she was very rude and told me I’ll get them when I get them and also cussed at me when I walked away. There is also a sign in sheet for pool towels. That is very inconvenient.

This is a great beachfront hotel in Orange Beach. It is convenient to lots of shopping and good places to eat and the beach is very nice. The only reason I did four stars instead of five is the pool area was closed for renovations. I am sure the upgrade will make it even better in the future. This was my third stay at this property and I will use it again in the future.

This is an excellent hotel. Right on the beach, and with a lazy river pool, there's plenty to do. The beach is in excellent condition and the pool was fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful. Grounds were in great condition. I would like to see better food options and better drink prices. Possibly a couple happy hours a day, BOGO free? The bar seemed understaffed but there were few people there.

Super helpful, friendly, & professional staff from desk to bartender to pool caretakers to housekeepers. Excellently clean room & general hotel common areas. Super fun pool area - strongest lazy river I have ever been on & game frames for play. Lovely covered bar next to the pool. Great cleaning station for sand from the beach on walkway from pool to Gulfside. Excellent access to the beach! A huge draw for this hotel obviously but cannot be overstated. Most rooms also have a balcony with at least a sliver of a view of the Gulf. Our room's balcony had more of a view than I expected. Super pleasing. Breakfast is NOT included unless you pre-pay for it, so be aware of that fact. The breakfast is a pretty standard breakfast buffet for one price, but there are also options cooked to order instead of the buffet for other prices. I used the hotel laundry & found that clean & handy to have on site. The store with self-checkout kiosk was handy as well. Elevators were faster than anticipated. Pet friendly (apparently, as many people had dogs). Overall, a great stay. Definitely do recommend.

They do not disclose that they have no pool, it’s being remodeled but there was no work on it for the 3 days we were there. They also state they are pet friendly, make sure to ask the charge, I was surprised when I looked at my credit card statement after returning home. They also don’t disclose there is a parking fee, again found that out once we returned home through credit charges. We ate breakfast the 1st morning, but I’ve ate better hospital cafeteria food that taste better so we didn’t eat again, it was $18 per person, for powdered eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes and cereal/ muffins. Would not stay again.

All in all, it’s been a great hotel to stay at with very friendly staff ranging from the ladies at the front desk who the people that work at the breakfast and/or bar area and I cannot forget to mention maintenance, Chris was an incredible help today! - The morning breakfast has been good with everything ranging from your basic meal and then Some. Morning. Time they have eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, and more. Make sure to order the pancakes and/or waffles, they’re well worth it! If there’s two of you then one gets the Buffett and the other can get the pancake mean and y’all split everything. - Pool area is under construction, BUT you can use the pools at the neighboring facilities which take less than a few minutes to walk to. - Room was clean and had more then enough towels etc- They checked daily to make that we were good to go which was really cool.

Tub caulking needed to be replaced. Two light fixtures in-between the beds didn't work... one didn’t even have a bulb. It would have been nice for chairs and umbrella service to have been included. There was an empty shower wash bottle that we had replaced. Breakfast was ridiculously priced. .

They did NOT have complementary breakfast they were charging $19 for what looked like a breakfast that went with the room price. The bar by the pool was outrageous prices for drinks.
