This is an older Hampton Inn building (which I like), but it is very well maintained! The place is spotless, very clean, doesn't look "tired", and the staff were great. Good parking and close to plenty of places to eat. I would stay here again!

Didn’t like the cold breakfast and half of the electronic door locks didn’t work on the outside. The door on our room was dragging so bad it was hard to open and shut.overall not the experience we have had there in the past

I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It was comfortable. All amenities were peak. It was clean. Breakfast was filling. Pool was one of the nicest I've swam in. Even the TV was nice.

Website says it has a hot tub. It does not. The pool was too cool to swim in! Came to this hotel because of these 2 things! Even called the day before and was told they did have a heated pool and had a hot tub! Heard children saying they really wanted to swim but it was too cold! Sad!

Room was clean. Carpet in room looked new. Had a nice hot morning breakfast. However there was a fire alarm due to a faulty elevator sensor late one night. Luckily we were on the 1st floor because the elevator was temporarily turned off.

The carpet on the stiars was filthy. The internet was not working on Day 1. Thankfully, it was working on Day 2 as I had work to complete. No housekeeping during 2-night stay, which I was surprised by.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed in this hotel. I booked two rooms. One room had a bad odor when we arrived so we requested a new room. They moved us to a new room and that one's air didn't work. It was hot and stuffy throughout the night. I also felt like the rooms weren't well cleaned. There was a gum wrapper on the table when we walked in and the bed spreads seemed dingy.

You can tell that a lot of people stay here with pets... The odor in the place was much like a bad nursing home only worse because of the animal smell. I will not stay here again.

Location is fine, but the room was dirty, ceiling paint was peeling, only a third roll of toilet tissue in the bathroom and no extra, and the trash basket in the room was full, including a bag of dog poop. Front desk did not respond to repeated phone calls. this was an absolute nightmare stay for us...will never go back to this location. I request that the either Expedia or the Motel give me back a full refund of my payment.

It was conviently located to the interstate and food options. Only complaint is the lights outside keep the room bright even with both privacy blinds shut. The snacks and drinks were not stocked. Breakfast did not have many options unless you like chocalte muffins. Comfort wise minus not being able to blackout the room it was good.

The hotel staff was very nice. When we checked in after 5pm they gave us a room that had not been clean. The beds not made, towels all over the floor. They gave us another room. Seems they sold the hotel. They were giving people keys to rooms that had people in it. Had some people staying there taking up 7 parking spaces by parking sideways in the lot.

Overall good. However, the staff walked into our room twice without waiting for us to open the door. It was rather unnerving. After the first time, my wife spoke to the front desk. The 2nd time, just before we left, there was no one at the desk. The staff did knock, but very quietly. They then just barged in without waiting. My wife was afraid to leave anything of value in the room.
