Ball latch was missing a few screws and looked like wood in door for them was missing. Bed was good and staff was helpful. Overall a good stay. Safe places around hotel to walk dog.

Several maintenance issues with several different rooms…roof leak, broken electronic lock, and a room that took 5 hours to cool off. I do not recommend staying here. Also we had a pet so for the trouble the said the wouldn’t charge us the $20 pet fee which they charged anyway.

The hotel was easy to find and easy to get to. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Not a lot of perks but for the price it was a good place to stay. We couldn’t find available television channels for my grandson but we were able to use my phone and watch Netflix until he fell asleep.

This is a basic hotel, pretty clean inside. Bathroom a little tired with water stain on ceiling but linens/towels etc very clean. Microwave and tea/coffee maker in room. Breakfast is as good with hot and cold options. There are plenty eating places nearby. We had a dog with us and there are grassy areas around to take them a walk. The lady at front desk was lovely and helpful.

Checking in was quick and easy. Ist felt safe and was quiet considering the location. The room was basic, but the price was low so that was expected. A few things I didn’t expect were: a cracked bathroom door, a spot on the sheets, a loud a/c unit I couldn’t turn off, and NO shower curtain. I called the front desk about the missing shower curtain and they didn’t seem to have a resolution. By the time someone came to my room, I was already in the shower. I had places to be so I figured I’d just have to clean up the water on the floor with the extra towel. Never had that happen before ever lol.

The woman at the front desk was pleasant. The room was terrible. Everything was old and worn out. The furniture had holes in the fabric. We couldn't use the AC unit because it was so noisy. The switch plates were dirty and gross. The shower had stains and mildew. The towels were old and thin. The bed was pretty firm although the pillows and bedding seemed ok. We would not stay here again.

The room had a slightly wet moldy odor. Bed sheets had a couple small stains but no bugs or hair. The bathroom was disgusting. I am not sure if it ever gets cleaned or not but I think at this point it wouldn’t help. 2 large holes in the bathtub (which is probably where the moldy smell comes from). What looks like grime or mold all around the edge of floor, toilet, and bathtub.

I had a single night stop on my road trip. Quality Inn was a perfect stop for a one night stay. Great price right on I-40. The front desk lady answered all my questions about the area and made my stay amazing. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and was very quiet. I gave this property a five stars for an awesome 1 night stay

Friendly staff, easy check-in, comfortable beds, but hotel was full with boaters that started getting up at 4 a.m. until daylight waking us up when we were there for my Dad’s funeral. I might try staying here again, but only if they aren’t fully booked due to events going on in town or area.

Breakfast was blah... no fresh fruit, off brand juices, flimsy eatery. Overall I've seen better breakfasts at cheap fast food places. Check in was easy, friendly. Checkout was easy, but our late checkout was not communicated and the housekeeping walked in on us while sleeping without pajamas :-0 Tried to call front desk, no answer. Then moments later front desk called and said no late check out, they could not justify keeping housekeeping just for our checkout (woman, which I believe was the manager, was very harsh in her delivery). As we returned the little credit card key thing it appeared as the manager was fighting (verbally) with a couple which appeared to be guests. We apologized for our tardiness of check out, she intern apologized for her situation and tone.

We only stayed here one night. The lady at the front desk was great. The room wasn't horrible. When I went inside to check in, I asked for a non-smoking room. When I walked in the room, I could smell cigarette smoke and another weird odor. My son said it smelled like an old building. I didn't say anything as we were just staying overnight. The area felt pretty safe at night. I would give it another try, but I would make sure I got a non-smoking room.
