Having stayed here 3 years ago (2022) I was surprised to find the property entrance area still very much under construction with construction equipment parked exactly where it was 3 years ago. The interior, fortunately, was finished nicely on both visits.

We stayed here because they have a hot tub. The water was a little too hot and the jets were almost non existent. But the room was very well heated and the pool was very nice. We actually swam in it. Fix your jets and turn down water 3 degrees and this would have been perfect on hot tub.

The pool and the spa definitely need some maintenance and probably some remodeling. There was something green on the windows inside the pool area and people had ate in the pool area because there was a pizza crust sitting around the hot tub. The bed was not comfortable due to the fact that it had a spring mattress on it. The foldout couch was so bad that my son had to put it on the floor to be comfortable enough to even sleep. Bedroom had a long Dusty string of something connected to the door in the bedroom. We did not eat breakfast because we overslept. We only came really for the indoor pool And as far as that at least the water was warm. You could smell a strong smell of chlorine which obviously that goes into pools. We should have just gotten the bed with two queen mattresses but they probably still wouldn't have been comfortable. Past that everything else was good.

Room was clean. Bed was clean. Bathroom was clean. The hallway on third floor smelled like dog pee. Around 8am the cleaning staff was super loud. I wanted to get a little more sleep, but she made it impossible.

We stayed here for one night on our way home from vacation, upon arrival the hotel was just fine. The tv did not work. The front desk did take a look but wasn’t able to fix the problem. Pool and hotub worked as expected but wasn’t the cleanest. Overall wasn’t a terrible experience UNTIL we killed a cockroach just before leaving….

Left a soda bottle close to the bed unopened and aunts insfested the whole area another thing the smell in the elevatir ended up giving me a very bad migrane frint he smell of burnt rubber. Other than that the stay was quiet and the staff was very nice. Very nice pool and jucuzzi

Convenient to tech...disappointed both bathrooms in both rooms were dirty with hair and urine...and when i reported it to front desk and asked for disinfectant wipes it took some time to provide with no apology for dirty bathrooms.

The woodwork around door needs to be tightened up- can see through the gaps. The office chair in our room would not lock in when husband was trying to work on his laptop. Need a few new pillow and be nice to have a soft blanket available to use in the room. The bathroom needs more lighting. Lots of interstate noise. Husband did like the sound machine.

Super close to the highway, so if you are on the side facing it, know you will have a lot of highway traffic. The beds were comfortable. However, the pillows were small. Lighting in the bathroom was dark.

Hotel was very quiet, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, except carpet could use a shampoo and it would have been nice to have a chair to sit in instead of only the bed to sit on. Also, we used the sleeper sofa, but were unable to get pillows. That was not comfortable.

The room was clean and passed the smell test for me. It was reasonably up to date and close to a lot of restaurants and the interstate. The only issue I had was noise from the interstate I-40. We had a room on the highway side and it was very noticeable, especially when trying to sleep. Ear plugs solved that problem. That is why I gave the facilities a 3 rating. The breakfast was average.

Fast, easy check in. Ol’ bud at the front desk was pro and on point. Not sure how old the property is, but everything looked new. Room was clean, TV was simple to work, and the AC worked great. Would 100% recommend and stay here again.

The staff was exceptional! They were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to truly make the stay an enjoyable one. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast. I would definitely stay again when in the area. Very nice hotel, but the customer service is what stood out the most and will keep me coming back.

No complaints until leaving. My mom left her Kindle in the room, it was not discovered until we were a few hours down the road. I called the hotel immediately, was told by the gentleman at the front desk that he did not know where the housekeepers would have put it but someone would call. I explained how important it was to my mother and that my husband was still in town and could come by and pick it up. Sveral hours went by with no return phone call so my husband went up there. Still told housekeepers were gone until the next day and not sure where they would have put it. After waiting for a call for 24 hours we called back, were told the same thing, got a return call stating nothing was left in the room or turned in. Sadly that was the last place we were, she had it right before we left. Its sad people cant be honest and take things that are not their's. We were just left with a SORRY.

Nice hotel. Large room. Good choice of items on the breakfast bar. I’m not crazy about the tiny pillows that every hotel has now. I can’t rate comfort higher, because sleeping without a real pillow is uncomfortable. The hotel is hidden pretty well. It took 3 tries to find and get to it.

Very comfortable bed for a one night stay on a road trip. Rooms were really spacious, shower had great water pressure, and overall we had a great stay. Breakfast was mediocre. But the staff were all very friendly and helpful! Also appreciated they were pet friendly for a reasonable cost.
