Unfortunately the hotel was under construction so the main reason for our stay here was it shows they have indoor pool. We found out the pool is closed as part of our construction.

Nice little gem in Hot Springs! Front desk clerk was very friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. The indoor pool was fun and the jetted tub in the room was amazing! Breakfast was a nice spread! Will definitely stay here again.

We picked this hotel because of the indoor pool and even booked two rooms a night early to let the kids swim. Only when we got to the hotel was my family told that the pool was under construction. And it was until two days into the three day stay that we were told that we could take our key and use the pool next door. There were stains on that carpets and ironing boards! and every time we left our room our keys deactivated and we had to ride the elevator down again to get the keys redone. There were so many layers of paint on the walls it just looked old and I unkept. Though the food service people were very accommodating and friendly as was the front desk staff but it didn’t make the stay worth extra cost for the non-working pool.

It was pretty good except we had to ask for pool towels at the desk. There were none at the pool. Also the side door going to parking lot would not lock. Anyone could have walked in and we were on the bottom floor with small kids.

Where to begin... The smell of mold hits you when you walk in the front door. The first room we were put in, the door would not lock and smelled horrible. We moved to another quickly and it was... better but in terrible condition, broken furniture, mold on bathroom door inside, dirty pillowcases (but we bought our own, pull out couch bed felt like laying on a chainlink fence, bought a mattress topper for our child. Then the elevator overhead light cover (3' by 4') literally fell on my wife's head! Next day the A/C in room went out so we had to move again! We looked at 4 different rooms before finding one that didn't have a major issue (toilets not flushing, broken fridges, mold, etc). The pool area is completely trashed and the doors to the pool are molded and rusted and the water was cloudy and felt gross. We stayed because every other place was booked or in bad areas or out of our price range. Cleanliness should not be related to the price you pay! We stayed 5 days and our room was only cleaned 1 time. We literally had to take the trash out ourselves and get new towels at the front desk daily. Only positive: The desk clerk staff were kind and helpful, as much as possible. One lady said she was embarrassed to work in a hotel this poorly maintained. It is pet friendly and that is fine but it shouldn't mean that the carpets throught are covered in urine stains! Do NOT stay here!!!

Hotel appeared clean. Safe neighborhood. Friendly staff. Descent breakfast. I stayed in room 219, immediately when I arrived late, 9:30pm, opened my room door & it smelled of mold. Appeared clean but smelled of mold. In my stay remarks I asked to please be put into a room that has never had pets etc... as I have horrible allergies & asthma to pets, dust/dander, dust mites, etc... It was late getting in, I had been driving for 7 hrs & it had been a long day. I had to get up numerous times thruout the night to use my nasal saline rinse, use my rescue inhaler & my regular inhaler. I turned the hvac unit completely OFF & literally tried to sleep with the sheet/covers over my head. I got zero sleep. I was supposed to be here for 2 days to break up my very long travel time just to get an urgent passport. I ended up checking out the next morning & canceling my room for that night. I called & told the front desk what happened. I have not been credited back for any room stay. I was miserable. Drove back home the next day after my 2 appts with passport agency & was exhausted. Still dealing with asthma after effects & breathing issues. A complete mess honestly. I'm still miserable.

The room was very large and the beds were comfortable, however, the room smelled and after walking around the room without shoes for only a few minutes, our feet were black! So black that we had to wash them in the tub and wear shoes the remainder of the time.

We booked a two nights get stay here as we were traveling through and wanted to see Hot Springs NP. Our room was fair. The faucet in the bathtub was loose and water ran constantly. There was trash under the cabinet in the bathroom that hadn’t been cleaned out. The floor did not appear to have been mopped or swept. I killed a roach in the bathroom. I didn’t see any others after that. The curtains had holes in them as did the lampshade.

La Quinta Inn used to be the top of the line, however this one was mediocre at best. The staff was cordial but not super great. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the feather pillows. The a/c was either way too cold or way too hot. The facilities are aged and could really use an upgrade. The coffee is terrible!!! There was a family with small kids next door, the noise was unbearable. Won’t stay there again.

This was the least luxurious of the La Quinta Inns I’ve stayed at but it was adequate for a night. The room was clean, sound travelled from the hall and other rooms, and I could either have hot or cold water in the shower (but not a mix of the two). Breakfast was good. For the price, I would stay here again.

We were in a room with a king bed and a pullout couch to accommodate our family of 3. The pullout couch was so old and broken-down, my 10-year-old couldn’t sleep on it and we all ended up sleeping in the king bed together. Front desk Indian woman was rude. The carpet was badly wrinkled. TV remote did not work nor did the phone in room 202. The rooms were small and doubled bed rooms only had full size bed NOT queen as was reserved, I will not ever stay at the La Quinta in Hot Springs again, I will take my business elsewhere.

Taylor was amazing! She was friendly and extremely helpful. There was a horrible, musty stench in the first room she gave me, but she immediately moved me to another as soon as being made aware and made sure it was acceptable. There was a small issue with the 2nd room (no clean towels and one wet dirty one left behind) and she quickly had that taken care of as well. I always clean/ sanitize the rooms myself, but the room was clean. When I left out later that evening she double checked to make sure everything was ok and even offered recommended local places for dinner. Everyone was helpful and pleasant from check in Monday to my check out Thursday, but Taylor is a definite ray of sunshine and I appreciated her follow up!

It was an amazing stay at the hotel. My grandkids loved the variety of breakfast items, and the pool. Check in was easy, Zane was GREAT, he helped with ideas, things to do , referred us to great spots and eating places. Thanks♥️. We will definitely refer, and return.

My reservation was lost at check in. The hotel had no record of me even though I had the email and text.e ven though the desk guy was nice, It was super frustrating to tell him ALL my registration again and book from a scratch like i hadn't already while standing exhausted at night holding luggage.

The hotel was very convenient and service was great. The staff was very hospitable and helpful. Hailee Willis and others went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were very satisfied with the breakfast options as well. It is an older facility so you can see some wear and tear, however everything was clean and organized. We will definitely stay here again when in Hot Springs.

We were there for a funeral. At 8:30 am, while getting ready for funeral, housekeeping knocked on our door to clean. We had only been in the room overnight. When we asked the next morning for cleaning service and towels, noone came to clean or give fresh towels. Again, we ask. I located towels from staff. Room was finally cleaned the afternoon before we checked out.

We wanted a safe and comfortable stop along the way and found it here. The restaurant next door, The Bleu Monkey Grill was pretty much in the same parking lot and it was perfect in both offerings and pricing.

This chain of hotels makes it so easy to travel with pets and this location was no exception. The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The location is within walking distance of numerous restaurants. Definitely will stay here the next time we are in this area.

Free breakfast was nice. Staff were friendly. There are Kroger supermarket, couple fast food restaurant, and several restaurants near by the hotel. Their elevator was little slow but, I will stay again.

I enjoyed the breakfast. Had nice selection of hot and cold foods. Rooms were large and clean. Had 2 kids traveling with us so it was helpful to have the size room we had. Staff was great and friendly. Will definitely make this a place we return to next trip.

My main complain about this hotel was the breakfast. We have stayed at many la Quinta inns and never had a breakfast this disappointing. The first morning I just assumed that it was the weekend and we made it down there too late to eat. However, the second morning We were down there very early and it was more disappointing. They were out of juice and milk with no other beverages to drink besides coffee. They offered no yogurts or fruits. As far as the room it was okay. The mattress was off the frame and my son stopped his toe causing his toenail to bleed. The blankets had holes in them which we did not realize until we were going sleep. The positive was that the front desk workers were very kind and a tentative. The room seemed clean and was very quiet. There were many TV channels to choose from.

Group of people smoking weed outside the main door. All other doors propped open. Kids running around first floor wet from pool. Room had slight ammonia smell, bathroom was clean but needs serviced(toilet seal had minor leak, walls were soft to the touch, and bath faucet sprayed everywhere when shower was on. Breakfast was terrible. Waffle irons heated up late, no juice, sausage patties were floating in water/grease, and biscuits were so hard they were inedible even if drowned in gravy.

They advertise breakfast buffet 1st day had sausage and biscuits plus your continental breakfast arrived 1and half hours after breakfast started it started at 6am 2nd morning arrived 1 hour after breakfast started only continental breakfast could have gotten cheaper room somewhere else with just continental breakfast but beds comfortable and staff friendly

It was good. The air conditioning was not working to our standards. The breakfast was not as good as it could be. But did the job for what we needed. It is pet friendly which we did loved knowing now we could bring our dog next time.

Our room was clean and suitable for our needs. We noticed a few things that needed small improvements. A lamp shade that was damaged and the ironing board was stored in the closet and it suddenly fell out as I opened the door. No comfortable place outside to smoke (that we found) There were way more good qualities than poor qualities as a whole though. The bed was comfy and it was cozy and quiet. Staff was extremely friendly and hospitality was obviously very important to them.
