Every time I stay there, they tell me that the washer and dryer is complementary. Only one works. I told the lady at the front desk to put a ticket on it and she did. The lobby has been under construction for over a year.

Had issues with the free Wifi. The swimming pool area was clean but the water nasty and had trash in it. No continental breakfast offered. The room had only one towel when we arrived; had to ask for more.

Staff was great!! But they were working on the work out room and had it closed. And the laundry room was out of order and unusable. I feel these things should have been listed on the website or I should have been told about these issues when I reserved the room. Not find out this information on a sign at the front desk upon checking in.

The picture below shows what they advertised. However out of this list this is what they DID NOT HAVE. On -site Laundry- closed for renovation Free High Speed internet impossible to connect even after contacting the office, and calling a special number. Fitness center- Closed for renovation. We found dirty children clothes behind the bathroom door. The staffs was not very friendly. The fire alarm woke us up at 8 am on our second night.

I loved the kitchen set up. It was clean , great use of space, and cozy.. I have copied the idea of having my kitchen island replaced with the extra two glass stovetops. . That’s a fantastic idea for mass cooking when I have my large family over. It would be even nicer to have a small two seater table or bar setup for eating. Perhaps a smaller fridge would work. Additionally, free laundry, included! I was overwhelmed. I have stayed in many different hotels (expensive) during my travels and had pay for my laundry cleaning. Thank you Candlewood for your hospitality and intuitiveness to making my hotel stay a place where I felt comfortable and at home away from home.

Staff was very nice and professional. Even though the elevator was out (I needed the exercise anyways)they was very sympathetic about it. Very nice and would stay again.

Room was efficient and worked great for the trip we were on, only concern was on floor 1 there were maybe some long term resident's or someone on an extended stay with dogs and there were dog feces in the carpet in the hallway every day that we were there.

Above average property. Clean. Friendly staff. Quiet. Close to good restaurants and shopping. Only complaint was our queen sized bed was worn out. Had big dips in it. Felt like we were sleeping in a hole all night. Needed to be replaced long ago.

Did not tell me they were under renovations in other rooms/floors. Did not attempt or provide me the opportunity to move to a quieter room or area. Did not mention there is also construction across the street. Construction started approximately between 7 and 8 a.m. The air conditioner in my room was so loud I coild brely have a discussion with my spouse. The air conditioning also shut off late during the night and did not cycle, causing a very irritable nights sleep. These things were not brought to my attention and I feel they were dishonest in choosing my room and rate. I could have easily stayed somewhere else. I will not be back to this location even though I frequent Hot Springs.

Booked the room over Thanksgiving weekend for my wedding anniversary. The room was clean but VERY dated. The bathroom didn't have a vanity. So there was no place to put my toiletries. The TV was very small. Overall the room was clean but is despite of need of some cosmetic updates. Also the staff was amazing and very professional.

My stay was good the room had an odor, it seems to have came from the carpet. My experience with rhe Staff was excellent. The young lady that worked the front desk was very informative giving me pamlets to the attractions that was near by. I doesn't remember her name but she's young and of color. The other front desk Staff was also very nice and professional.

This was a family outing with our daughter and all of her family. I booked 4 rooms with queen beds. Her daughter and husband joined the group at the last minute. The check in person was readily helpful in rebooking 2 of the rooms to double full size beds so we could do the guys in one room and the girls in another. Very Helpful and appreciated by us!

Check in was quick and friendly the ring was really nice and clean. Lena helped me tremendously and was amazing. I would definitely stay again. The location was near everything we needed. Dining and activities.

I stayed in room 104. The carpet was torn, the bathtub needs to be replaced, several places where the paint was scratched off the walls, and the bathroom cabinetry and mirror trim needs to be replaced. It's not that the staff was unfriendly, but I wasn't given eye contact or a smile. I didn't ask for a different room because I was only staying one night for a business trip but expected a more up-to-date room for $115. A positive note, it's a great location next to dining and shopping.

The hotel is in a central location in Hot Springs which is very convenient. I had no issues with the check in or our arrival process. I would stay here again and do recommend it.

Clean, safe location. Hotel offers free coffee but no creamer. I asked the front desk clerk on the first morning and apparently I was bothering him. Pointed to the “frig” and said they are in it. I looked and no half and half or any powdered creamers. I asked where so he walked over. He then said, must be out. Turned and went back behind the front counter. I knew the hotel did not offer any type of continental breakfast but if you are offering a free cup of joe, it would be nice to have creamer available.

Great customer service from the check in guy on both stays. The rooms were clean and I love the large fridge. Need more selection in the pantry. It is very limited. The second stay I had an issue with the bathroom primarily the tub drain stopper. It would not stay up for the shower so I had to rig it to fit lopsided. No other significant issues.

There was construction going on in the hotel. Mostly on the first floor. They didn't offer a breakfast. I think these things should have been on the website. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Chris went above and beyond.

The property is convenient to the location we were going and the room was set up for extended stay and would be nice if staying for a longer timeframe. The issues I had was lack of services such as at least a limited breakfast. I do realize this is more of an extended stay but still. Also, we were placed in the room next to the laundry and they were doing laundry all night. The air and heat is kind of hard to regulate. You are freezing or sweating. Maybe due to extended cycle times as indicated on the thermostat but made it uncomfortable.
