We stayed for one night wanting to swim. We swam that evening. Unfortunately we were woke up around 6:50am to the fire alarm that lasted about 10 minutes. Finally get everything figured out & wanted to swim , it was after 9am & the pool was closed. We left that day & went to a different hotel.

Front desk reps were super helpful and went far above when I asked to stay in our room for one more unexpected night. Breakfast was ok, did its job. The hotel was clean for the most part, room was dated but spacious and bead was comfortable. The gym could definitely do for a serious upgrade and add equipment, expand, and fix items they have. I give the resort 4 stars alone for the room Size and the friendly staff.

The property overall is nice and clean. The bathroom tub was my biggest issue. There was black mold in the corners. The carpet was pretty worn as well. The pool was very small and the water was cloudy. The breakfast was plentiful.

Everything was great. The indoor pool area needed more seating and the chlorine fumes are almost unbearable for person sittimg with children watching. Other than those 2 things no issues at all. It was quiet, staff was nice, breakfast was great, room was clean.

The property is situated off the main highway, but the road dead ends at the hotel. The parking lot is safe and well lit. We feel safe and the staff is helpful and pleasant.

The place was in a quiet area but a few nights there were people in the parking lot blowing horns. The carpet in our room was stained and dirty. Saw a few chips which weren’t ours under the bed. The carpet down the hall on the second floor had a ridge sticking up in the middle. It could cause someone to trip. 24 hour fitness center is not 24 hour accessible. Have to get front desk to open door before 7 AM. There were no disinfectant wipes to clean equipment after using. Television in fitness center did not work. If it wouldn’t have been for those few things, it would be perfect.

Clean, comfortable room. The staff was excellent. Our entire stay was fantastic. The only problem was that I couldn't get into the fitness center in the morning (at 5:30). I just went for a walk instead.

The property is in need of an update. The carpet and furniture, in both the common areas and our room, are stained making it feel unkept and dirty. The bathroom grout was moldy and cracked. The carpet on the hallway is not pulled tight causing a tripping hazard. The lighting in the hallways is dark. Positives: the mattress was comfortable. We all slept well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a typical hotel hot meal.

Rooms were ok. The fabric chair in our room was gross- many stains and would not get near it. The bathroom ceiling was peeling from not having enough ventilation. Shower curtain was badly stained and smelled like mildew. Carpet was very badly stained as well. Breakfast selection was good and well stocked. Sheets were clean.

This property is nested in a good locate but needs to be cleaned badly. The room had a large red kool stain and stains throughout the carpet. The smell was so bad that I had to keep spraying OdoBan every few hours. The bathroom smelled as if it hadn't been mopped in weeks. The young lady at the front desk wad VERY rude. I was telling her about an incident that happen and she never looked up or responded back. I wiill never stay at the Holiday Inn properly again!

The hotel was actually nice, but the cleanliness could be better. We were there for three and a half days, and the bathroom did not appear to be cleaned on any of the days we were there. I reported the clogged bathroom sink the first night and it was not fixed. So, the sink stayed kinda nasty. Luckily, we were only there to sleep for the most part, but it prevented the hotel from getting four/five stars. The staff was not very welcoming, but if you kinda chat with them a bit, they were better. I don’t think chatting them up should be a pre-requisite for a friendly welcome. So, it is a nice hotel just needs to focus on at least making sure everything drains properly.

The wifi was un-usable in over half the suite. Also, the fire alarm apparently set off TWO false alarms. We were out for the day during one time. The problem wasn't corrected then it went off again. This time at 3:30 AM. If this was the only instance the disturbance would be acceptable, but since it was the second time it's less so.

Not the greatest. Not the worst. The walls are thin and there were loud families/kids beside and above me. You can hear them running across the floors, etc…doors slamming: shutting loudly constantly. Bed was comfy, carpet stained and gross looking. Bathroom floor sticky but everything else seemed clean enough. I was exhausted and traveling for work.

We were in room 311. There was a loud clicking noise that started in the middle of the night in the bathroom AC vents that kept waking us up. Even with the door shut, it could still be heard. Reported it to the front desk. Response "Thanks we already knew that".

The long haired man at the desk was terrible. He lectured me multiple times on booking with Expedia. He claimed they could only use 4 certain rooms for Expedia customers and they were dirty at 7:30 pm so we waited over an hour. He is running this hotel in the ground with his behavior. The entire lobby was full at 8pm with families waiting on their rooms to be cleaned. Thankfully the housekeepers were kind and did a great job. The pool was made to look way better in photos it was pretty run down. Breakfast was cold. I hate writing poor reviews but with this experience and $250 for a room it is necessary.

Checkin was awful. Man working the desk was very rude to four different older women before us. Screaming at each one and saying he didn’t know when rooms would be ready. This was at 5pm. It was very un called for. Screaming that housekeeping had walked out. We came back 3 times to check in. Finally got into room at 6pm. Got called next day asking if we were still in room because they had us as cancelled. What a mess. Got charged 3 times. Could not get an answer as to why. Rooms were nice, beds were comfortable, breakfast was very good and ladies working the breakfast were very nice. Could’ve been a great stay if we didn’t have the very rude and awful checkin man.

We had an emergency with our grandson. They gave us an extended checkout time, then stored our luggage, then rebooked our room, then took all our luggage to our new room for us. They did all they could to help us out and we deeply appreciated it all! We will come back and give them an A !!!

I tried calling several times to say we would be a late check in, no answer ever. We arrived at hotel a little after 11:00 and no one as at the desk to let us in. We rang the doorbell several times before someone finally came to let us in and check us in. Front desk person wasn’t very friendly which was fine, but definitely makes the welcome not so welcome.

Once we were able to check into our room, the accommodations themselves were great and met expectations. However, the check-in experience and breakfast service left us disappointed. Our reservation indicated a 4:00 PM check-in, and we arrived at approximately 4:10 PM. Unfortunately, the front desk associate—who mentioned it was only his second day—was left to handle all check-ins and check-outs alone. According to the system, no rooms were clean at that time, so we were unable to check in and were told to return later. I inquired about upgrading to a suite, but the associate was unsure how to process that request since my reservation was made through Hotels.com. We decided to leave and return after an hour or so. When we came back around 6:15 PM, there was a line out the door, and it took another 30 minutes to be checked in. The following day, I noticed additional staff at the desk, which likely helped after the many complaints received the prior evening. Lastly, the breakfast did not meet expectations. I was looking forward to a hot breakfast with eggs, but the only option available was a processed cheese omelet. While the nearby restaurants provided alternatives, the experience was not what I anticipated.

We go to check in and the front desk said they had no rooms ready due to housekeepers quitting. We said that fine we will come back later this was at 3 in the afternoon. We come back at 8:30pm and they gave us a room key to go look at and see if it was clean, it was not. We did this 3 times. The last room everything looked clean but the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. At this point I said it was fine we will take it. Beds were super. comfortable. That’s the only positive. They got a housekeeper in and she was vacuuming until 1030 that night. Walls were super thin. Could hear everybody and their tvs. In the morning when we were getting dressed a roach crawled up the wall. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

We arrived at 12 midnight and the front desk staff was very professional and friendly. We needed a place to wait for our express passport issuance and they gave us a favor of a late check out at 2pm!!! Because of this staffs and hotel, We could have so good memories at Arkansas!
