The place could use a few touch ups. Pool area and outside of the pool could be cleaned up a bit. The pool was clean and clear. The room I stayed in had an issue with the tub draining and the shower knob wasn’t attached and fell off in my hand. The bathroom shelf was not there and had holes in the wall from where it was. The lamp behind the tv/dresser was dangling. The bed was clean, sheets were clean, room was clean other than what was mentioned above. The price not bad for four nights. If I had to stay here again I would.

Half the power plugs in the room didn't work. They didn't open the ice machine room or lobby for coffee until almost 8 am. The room with the ice machine had a laundry, but it was inaccessible when needed. The freezer in the mini fridge didn't have a door, and defrosted the entire time, even dripping water on the floor. When we complained about the drip, the wifi didn't work anymore. The power plugs in the bathroom had no place for usage, the counter and sink had been moved to outside the bathroom, but no plugs there. There was no coffee or phone in the room. The faucets on the shower came almost completely out of the wall when you lifted the tab for the shower. The exhaust for the bathroom looked installed but no way to turn it on. There was no option to not have housecleaning come in every day, and the locks on the door were murky at best, with the chain-lock for the door held together with wire. The guy in the office had a funny smell, and made me feel uncomfortable.

I wanted an inexpensive but clean, safe, quiet room with comfortable bed. This was exactly that. Bedding was clean, room and bathroom clean. The check in clerk was friendly and efficient, also helped me with the password for the WIFI--which was fast. This motel may be in the process of upgrading. A few nicks in the paint on the bathroom door frame but the rest of the room was in good order. I've seen some prior reviews that were negative but my experience was what I was looking for.

The shower curtain was ripped up and had blood stains on it. The bath tub faucet was breaking off. The remote was only good for changing the volume. We had to change the channels from the tv. The paint job was messy and only the hot water was from the bathroom sink was working. Overpriced for the condition of the room. Even tho our blanket had cigarette holes in it, it was a non smoking room, the beds were comfortable.

The rooms are not as advertised. It still needs work. My girlfriend got ate up all night to where she had blisters. The hotel has potential, but needs alot of remodeling. The bed sheets were dirty and had hair and stains on it. The smoke detector was off the wall in and just sitting in a spot that should have been a second drawer but it was an opened spot that was missing the whole front part. The wall had a hole in it and this was the second room cause the first room was horrible dirty bed sheets kids writing all on the wall. Red food stains that stands on onside the bed box spring. NEEDS WORK!!

We requested a refund, the room was not clean, smelled like mold, the jacuzzi was nothing like the one pictureed on their website and had layers of scum in it. There were true hoarders living there with cats running in and out of rooms. Not to mention the 2x4s randomly placed holding up cabinets and sinks. The lock on the door was broken. There was no possible way we would let our family stay in this motel. Absolutely disgusted

I was looking for an inexpensive hotel and understand that you get what you pay for BUT this was horrible.Towels and toilet paper ALL piled on back of the toilet - no where else for it. Came home from a long day, turned on the TV to relax before going to bed and the TV screen was busted to where you could not watch (I have a picture but see no where to post it). Next door starting shooting off LOUD (aka "BIG") fireworks at 11 p.m. (on a Tuesday night???). Even for the lower price, I would never stay here again.

Room was very clean. Adequate towels, soap, shampoo etc. Blanket on bed is thin, no others in room. Heater was okay, but never really got warm enough in 33 degree outside temperature, but was okay for sleeping. Everything worked, tv, coffee maker, refrigerator. Room worked for single overnight stay.

I've stayed there several times. Inexpensive yet what I needed. Clean room, comfortable beds, quiet--the walls are thick and not close to traffic. The rooms could use some paint touch ups in a few spots. I prefer a few such spots with a quiet room rather than higher priced places with thin walls and noise. All I want is a comfortable bed, clean quiet room, plumbing that works well and heat/AC that works and feeling safe. And a very affordable price, 10 minutes from downtown

The room we were provided did not look at all like any of the photos on the site and was quite dated. The room was a non-smoking room, but was adjoined to a smoking room. The stale smoke smell was strong upon check-in, and grew stronger as our neighbors did partake in the smoking amenity. No chain was present to secure the door. There were also very few electrical outlets, not even enough to power all the in-room equipment simultaneously. Lastly, we discovered one (formerly) live roach between the beds.

We were camping and had to be relocated due to bad weather. Coming from the Super 8 Wyndham in Hot Springs, this place is AMAZING. The customer service is amazing and their is no hidden deposit like in hit springs super 8.

These people are about as rude as it gets. Asking for a late check out offended them so bad it's ridiculous. Checkout is at 11:00 am so at noon it will be $20 per hour. This place doesn't want your business and it's a dump as well.

Upon arrival had to hassle with owner about prebooking with Hotel.com. Refrigerator didnt work in the room and he stated he couldn't replace it until tomorrow. He wasn't near fully booked and wouldn't take one from another room.Wasps in the room upon arrival (2) as soon as we opened the door.

No continental breakfast, no hair dryer, no coffee maker and other things that are falsely advertised as available and are not. My rate was changed at check in every time and i was charged 15 dollars more each time. Owners are very rude acted as if they did not want to be bothered at all. The room was literally filthy. Room is furnished with the bare minimum and what it does have is falling apart. I dont recommend that anyone stay at this property in the condition it is in.

I walked to Magic Screams at Magic Springs Amusement Park twice. Ozark Mountain songbirds were singing all day. The office was very helpful with questions. Not far from Oaklawn racing and casino. The stay was perfect.

Owners were awesome helping with parking (44 feet of truck and trailer)...very easy access to where we were going wheeling for 3 days .. easy access to great food and u can walk to the water park

Fire alarm keep beeping so they called maintenance and all he di was take the front of and put it in the drawer beside the bed and left . There was no coffee pot . They had no creamer for coffee. The bed was hard
