Had to ask for coffee constantly the day we arrived we only had 1 towel for the 4 of us,coffee pot was broke had to get a new one,the main reason for staying was for the pool. Owner said wasn't opening this year. If we needed clean towels we had to return the 4 we used the night before. The air conditioner was leaking on the floor. Last night we stayed asked for clean towels and the lady didnt have a key so we had to wait until this morning which we had to leave by 6:30am so we didn't get showers. The room was never cleaned or beds made our whole week and only 1 roll of toilet paper was given to us. Nice place to lay your head but rude owner and not very friendly. Just my opinion.

Bed hard as a rock with extra large hard pillows and toilet paper like tin foil. Not to mention the owner parks his car where customers should park to arrive and I being handicapped had to risk a fall on the ice that was not salted or treated in anyway. No clear path to the room from the snow and ice either. Horrible experience will never return.

NO breakfast as advertised. NO restaurant. The tub was dirty. No maid service past noon, and no one knocked to see if we wanted it. When came in at 10 pm 1 towels left each night!! upstairs people were so so so loud. carpet filthy. when out of shower feet were then so dirty on bottom from carpet. Air conditioner barely blew and it was 99 each day! Will neer recommend that place!

There were bugs in my room. I took pictures, took them to the desk, and asked for a new room. They did not have a different room and the night gal claimed they were not the infestation type. They were indeed the infestation type. She states she could not give me a refund. We slept in the car. Next morning they tried to say because I had entered the room and moved a wash cloth and didn’t get my refund the night before, (from the same staff who said she couldn’t do that, and told me I would have to wait for the manager)- I was not eligible for a refund. Even Expedia tried and got no where with the hotel. Eventually the owner watched the video to prove I didn’t do anything but walk in and walk back out and I got a refund. This entire trip was sabotaged by trying to save a few dollars- Not worth it. Never will make that mistake again!!

It was quite dated. The room was neglected. Over time, if a room is not consistently cleaned well, it just gets dingy. There are little things that make a difference. We had hairs on the blanket on the bed. The owner/manager replaced the blanket for us and apologized. Our phone also did not work, so they repaired it while we were out. The entire property needs to be refreshed.

It's not fancy, but the location is great for families visiting students at Harding. It was clean, and the service was fantastic. Management was very cooperative when a billing issue arose. Overall my family was very satisfied with our stay here.

The man that checked me in wasnt nice and was a bit more rude than i wouldve liked. I ended up with a smoking room and he said " I didnt give it to you, you chose it!" I was baffled at first but i just smiled until i found out that they were charging me a $100 deposit along with the price of the room. There was burn marks all over the blanket even. Then, I Couldnt even get my deposit sent back to my card until they left to go check out the room. Again i was baffled. The lady was very nice as we were checking out though. We wont stay there ever again!

Upon arrival, i told i had to pay 100 in cash before i could even get my room that i had already paid for it was late there was no atm at the location and was never told when i purchased the room. Very frustrating 😕 also loud noises all night

It would have been nice to know the pet rate or even known to have a place to be able to see the rates for pets, , would also be nice to have a receipt for the entire amount spent at the motel, as far as the stay it was ok, I didn’t like having to come up with the 150 dollar deposit, first time for that. Which I did get it back, and 25 dollars per pet is to high,

Great value, efficient and friendly check-in, everything worked as it should. I would stay here again. And, it had Direct TV, which means TCM (Turner Classic Movies).

Over all stay was really okay. Everything worked efficiently. The coffee was great. The check-in was great. Karen was on her toes. However, the owner was not easy. . He was negative about all things. This could be a really great place if the owner would just understand his visitors. Graduation in Searcy, on Saturday at 12:00 and you ask for an extra 90 minutes because you need to change and load up dog...Especially since I had purchased 6 nights...Trust me most are leaving on Saturday..Plan ahead and make it a fun time for your clients..Plan on a late check out..Know what is happening and know your clients.. I am a travel agent and with a little effort..this could be a great property and a joyful stay.
