Excellent service, clean, good facilities and good breakfast. Only downside was that we stayed for three nights and our room was never cleaned.

The pool was gross. We first pulled out a sandwich wrapper and foam block that was inside a packing box. Then once we got in and were swimming there was a bandaid and cigarettes in the bottom of the pool. We immediately got out. We told two staff members so they could get it cleaned for future guests hopefully.

Was not informed that the hotel was under construction but it was an okay stay I love to look out and see a nice view construction was blocking most of my window view breakfast was okay I was amazed by the pancake maker it wasn’t messy like other hotels I dislike that I couldn’t come down and have breakfast without my children as I’m an early riser and due to my sons boxing event he couldn’t eat until a later time after his weigh in so we all had to suffer until then

The property is new or newly renovated and very nice. The staff was excellent. My only complaint is that the laundry is coin laundry. I use laundry services frequently and have not needed coins in years and was slightly annoyed by not being able to use my credit card. I found it odd I needed cash for the laundry, but could only purchase a soda with a card. I would stay at this property again.

Well appointed hotel

The first room we got has no air. There was tape on the bathroom door where they had been painting. The smoke detector was laying on a chair.

carpet in hallways was in need of vacuuming. Black is a terrible choice for carpet cleanliness. Exterior paint was peeling in large chunks

Absolutely wonderful. The lady that checked us in Sunday night was tremendous. Friendly, efficient. Wonderful outdoor pool, free chocolate chip cookies, a great breakfast!!! Good workout room (2 treadmills, stair stepper, weights and a bike). This hotel is absolutely great for the price. Will definitely stay again. Absolutely what my husband and I needed for a quick night away.

My room was filthy!!

This hotel is absolutely filthy. There was a huge crack in our ceiling over the bed that looked like a water leak that left behind mold on the ceiling, there were stains all over the walls all over the beds, and floors and neither of our T.V,’s worked and neither did the phone in the room. The exterior of the building had peeling paint, and missing stone bricks everywhere. It was in desperate need of renovation inside and out and cleaning. It’s unfortunate Searcy doesn’t have many options but beware booking this hotel.

Nice, clean hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delish!! Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. I don’t think it was cleaned during my 4 night stay. Maybe this is to be expected.

The property was very clean. The people were very friendly.

Noticed several things broken and the restroom facility was not cleaned very well. People were super nice.

The beds are not the best too soft and no extra blanket.

The staff was nice, our breakfast good and our room comfortable. Rating knocked down a little for an inoperable in room refrigerator and in room phone.

Conveniently located, nice interiors, great staff, but… terrible for sleeping. Beds are not comfortable and squeak. The worst is noise from the street and coming from within the building is very loud even with the fan on. Be prepared for sounds that are literally as loud as dump trucks, trains, motorcycles, and cars with no mufflers all night long.

Lindsey at the front desk was awesome. The hotel was great from the breakfast to how nice and clean the rooms were.

Good a lot time to get someone in the front desk

The person checking me on was in training, the trainer was training her via a phone call. There were no towels in the room. The sink stopper would not work therefore the sink was full of soap scum and facial hair. There was a piece of a bar of soap in the tub. The beds were made so I'm hoping the changed the sheets.

Very nice property. Room was wonderful. The front desk even called when we were there for about an hour to make sure the room was ok and to see if we needed anything.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel in the past year and a half. My first stay was wonderful; the place was a hidden gem. The second stay was good, although the place was starting to show some wear. This stay was terrible: the bathroom was the grossest I have ever encountered. The door wouldn\'t even close or latch. My shoes actually stuck to the tile floor as if someone had spilled soda pop on it. And the bathtub was so gross, I couldn\'t even stomach taking a shower there. No towel racks to hang towels anyway. And something had been ripped off the wall and not repaired.The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The service... ABOMINABLE, including having to wait at least 10 minutes for the desk clerk to appear to check me in (with no way to summon the absent clerk). A sign said that the clerk had stepped away and would be back shortly. I could hear people talking behind the check-in area, and when she finally did come out, she giggled "sorry." Breakfast was supposed to be from 6 to 9:30 a.m. when I went down at about 6:35 a.m., there was no sign of it nor was there a desk clerk or anyone else present in the area to ask about it. At about 7 a.m. when I was leaving, breakfast was open and others were eating, so I went to eat only to find nearly every hot item already empty. In my opinion, this place has not been well maintained or well staffed, and in a very short time (1-1/2 years) has gone from delightful to a deplorable dump. I will never stay here again!

It was a really nice quiet area. A really refreshing place to stop after a long day of driving. Staff is super nice and professional. I will definitely pick this as my next hotel.

Our 2nd stay here while visiting for college tout. I had hoped that our first satisfied experience would be repeated. It was. Will book here each time we go.

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast

I was not a happy customer. The microwave was missing its rotating plate so was unusable (not cleaned by staff?), the bathtub had a hole in the wall and a big chip, and the water from both faucets was soapy. The breakfast buffet was out of many items. I also requested a crib on the reservation a week earlier but none was reserved for us. I was also charged $5 for a bottle of Coca-Cola. The room was spacious , however, and the beds were comfortable

There was something in the air (maybe they'd had water damage from the recent hurricane remnants??), but I had a crazy headache and my husband couldn't stop sneezing everytime we walked in the hotel. Other than that, the breakfast was great, the sheets were clean, and the staff was fantastic.

We had a roach in the first room. The front desk was very receptive to switching rooms and gave us several options on the property but it’s hard to forget a roach on the wall. Unfortunately they couldn’t comp anything because we booked through Expedia which was very frustrating! Service was overall amazing and the best part of the stay. The breakfast was pretty awful with stale bagels, English muffins, and biscuits. The ‘pancake’ machine produced cardboard pucks. Breakfast was a double thumbs down from the kids. Would not pay this rate to stay here again.
